I first spoke with Andrew on the phone when I needed to pick up my rental late. I did not know their hours, and he was informative and very polite. I ended up picking up the car the next day, and Christian assisted me with a smooth and speedy pickup, which I appreciated since I was in pain from a car accident. The next day I called back with questions I had forgotten to ask, and again Christian was knowledgeable, kind, and provided fast customer service without making me feel rushed. He is down to earth, professional, and very human. I even received the car for an extra day as a result. When I returned the car, Darius handled the inspection quickly and had it in the back for cleaning before I even left the lot. He clearly knows his job well, and though I was exhausted, he got me in and out while leaving me with a laugh and a smile. Wish I had read the reviews before choosing this location. Shady dealings with this location. Check your insurance coverage before utilizing their "optional" coverage, you're probably covered already and although they ask for a copy of your insurance, which other locations don't, they won't offer to save you money by pointing that out. Also, make sure what you signed to pay at pick up is what you are charged once your vehicle is returned. Smug customer service agents don't help either. If I could give zero stars I would. My mother came here to try to rent after dropping off her car to get fix. Left her there for over an hour was so rude and giving her a hard time. They told her to find a lift, and her phone was dead. She ended up having to wait outside and an employee ended up taking her home almost two hours later!! Do not come here. I've had problem after problem with this place and today was my last straw, I see why they are begging for good reviews and surveys. Because they didn't have any cars even though I booked 2 days in advanced and they called to confirm my appointment, I got put in a vehicle 2 classes lower and was told I was not going to be paying that price just to pay the same price, the car didn't even have a quarter of a tank, no windshield wiper fluid, and reeked of car disinfectant and spoiled food because they didn't have time to clean the vehicle properly. Worst customer service I've ever ever ever experienced assistant manager Andrew Howard has no empathy no sympathy for anyone I made a reservation. Have a confirmation number took an Uber all the way uptown to this location $20 to get here and he tells me he's sorry there's no cars and that he did receive my reservation 30 minutes prior, but was too busy to call me and cancel, I'm extremely upset after calling for hours and no answer then finally getting reservations and getting a reservations to be told. I don't have a reservation then he proceeded to tell me I need to leave his store. He's calling the police which she does receive to call the police and I'm waiting another 20 minutes to get a Uber back home. I'll be calling his district manager the whole of Enterprise before this is all over. He should have his job. Terrible customer service. I work for Airline industry. Held me there for an hour and a half for me to try to get a car comparable to mine in the repair shop then ended up charging me the difference anyway after assuring me they would handle it. I upgraded from my Insurance to a SUV and the Car was a disaster (Nissan Rouge Sport) I was offered a vaccum before I rented but declined since I was in a rush & usually clean myself anyway. - The car was covered in white stains (inside & out) - Once I closed the door (after signing) I got hit by a breath taking stink and had to drive with the windows open - He checked the Milage so I do not understand why he did not saw the WARNING SYMBOL, .... 1/2 way home I realized it was low tire pressure (only had 22psi) - entire car was NASTY & covered with not only some residue but spilled Soda too. - I spend hours cleaning it and used Air Bombs (2x$10) to get the stink out - almost wrecked last night cause I had to use the windshield whippers at night (it rained) and was unable to see due to the whippers being useless. TRY TO CALL to inform them so the next person has new whippers but after 1 hr on hold (once again) had enough of wasting my time especially after I actually had to drive to the Location earlier the week to get some questions answered not being able to reach anyone either. First guy I talk to was very condescending but called a Manager (I think) before I had a chance to give him a piece of my mind. His Supervisor understood my question perfectly, was friendly so I left it alone. I am usually a Fan of Enterprise but this experience was a hot mess. read more

I reserved a car through Priceline and told them that I'd be using a debit card. Received two calls the next morning at 7:30. One of the calls was just hold music and no one ever answered. The second one was from a gentleman, Jazz. He told me that I couldn't reserve a large SUV with a debit card. I tried to explain to him that I was going through a divorce and couldn't use credit cards. I told him I purchased the extra insurance and would be okay with them putting an extra hold on my debit card. He kept repeating that I couldn't use the debit card. I asked him to speak to a manager and he said he was one and wouldn't put another person on the line. Then, he HUNG up on me and told me I didn't understand what he was telling me. He was so rude. I have never been treated like that from any car company, ever. Will never use this location again and will tell everyone that I know the same. read more

They were very helpful and worked seamlessly with Caliber Collison down the road to repair my car and get my rental car. The picked me up when I got my car, and they picked up my car from Caliber when my car was ready after repairs. The only complaint I have is that they are currently under construction and working out of a van. I was "skipped" by people while waiting in line. So, the only recommendation is to have a roped off line or number system. Otherwise, I'll definitely use them again! :) read more

A few years back I made a reservation with ERAC as my elderly Mom and Dad were coming to visit us in Charlotte NC and then on to the Outerbanks for a family reunion...The location is on Old Statesville Road...Bear in mind the company's slogan is "We'll pick you up"..Cool..Not!!..I was told that there wasn't anyone available to come pick me up to rent the car...what? I was forced to have my elderly Dad follow me in my car to complete the reservation..As I was waiting in line fuming over this BS, I heard the woman in front of me complain about the very same thing AND the manager actually said to her "I do not have extra drivers on the weekends to chauffeur people because it hurts MY bottom line"....Wow....just wow!...Never, ever again. read more

Enterprise rent a car did not have the car they said they would put on hold for me with I arrived. I had to wait for over an hour for them to 'find' a car for me. They did not do a good inspection of the vehicle before renting it to me but when I returned it, they went over the car with a magnifying glass looking for problems to charge me with. They tried to charge me for damage which was there before they rented the car to me and I had a very hard time proving my innocence. This is the worst Enterprise I have ever dealt with. I have been an Enterprise customer for twenty years. I was forced to rent from here as my car was at the dealer for a part recall. The dealer paid for the rental and this is their contracted company. I waited almost an hour for the Enterprise Associate to come and pick me up. He was polite and friendly. All they could offer me comparable to my SUV was a minivan or a pickup STYLE truck. I went with the *sigh minivan. I elected to have the damage waiver for one day at 19.99, since the dealer only covered the rental. The Van drove fine, and I literally drove it two miles home, four miles to the store , forty miles back and forth to work and another two miles to the dealer. I dropped it off the same time as I was picked up at the dealers. Picked up my car with new airbags and drove home. Enterprise didnt pick up the rental and mark it returned for ANOTHER THREE HOURS. Then they charged the dealer and me for two days instead of one. They also logged me for 100 miles. Then they charged me all the taxes totaling almost 50.00. When I called several times Over the course of three months, I was always transferred into voicemail. No one ever returned my calls. I disputed it with my credit card company and the dealer, both sided with me. Yet, Enterprise sent the charge through two more times stating I had the rental two days. It took me 5 months to get the issue resolved with my Credit Card Company, but This Enterprise company to date has never responded directly to me for the error or inconvenience for the amount of time I had to exert to get their shady fees system exposed. I will never, ever rent from here with my money! Do not rent here, go a little further up the road or to the airport. read more

Rented a minivan to take the family down to FL for a cruise. Have traveled for work and rented vehicles numerous times, but it was the first time I've used Enterprise. They had a couple minivans available and let me select the one I wanted. Mark was the representative I worked with and he was very friendly and courteous! Great service which is rare nowadays.
