Went to rent a car once we arrived there we were given a different price than what we anticipated.

I've used this location several times due to my vehicle needed repairs after an accident. The staff here is prompt, friendly, and willing to go the extra step to ensure you're taken care of. I was picked up by Dwight several times from the repair shop and each time he was friendly and personable, he made sure I got to the location so I could get my rental he was always prompt something I value. Even in the face of an angry customer he stayed calm and collected, he is an absolute gentleman man no doubt. Every time I interacted with Alex he was courteous, friendly, and always made sure I had everything I needed to be taken care of while I was in a rental. Truly a great man, you don't see people committed to ensuring you're taken care of every day it's emblematical of his character. Rose was always making sure I had things just how I wanted them. My vehicle repair process wasn't a one time thing, so I was here several times. She made sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle I was renting and not just that but I knew how to use it and didn't just abandon me to learn it on my own like some OTHER places might. Absolutely sick to my stomach with this company. The employee did not let me know or give me the option to connect my tolltag while the rental is in use. I drive extensively to take my son to school in a different city and was just charged about $1000. It is nowhere near that high on my normal billing cycles. They are not just making money off of the rental, apparently they like to rip you off for Toll tag fees as well. Had the employee simply let me know I would've easily connected my Toll tag to the car. The average consumer who does not rent cars would not know to do this. Absolutely ridiculous, would never ever rent from this company again. I'm not sure if this is a deceitful practice or just negligence of the employees informing their customers. I did contact the company just now at the website. The response to this review was given. The lady on the phone was rude, she basically did not care and said it was too bad. Horrible experience! Always preferred Enterprise over other companies, but this was a big letdown. Picked up a car this morning in a rush for a meeting, or I would've never left the lot! The car smelled like dog vomit, had a loud squeaking noise, and had filthy stains on the interior! Renting from Enterprise in McKinney was a smooth and hassle-free experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the process easy from start to finish. The rental car was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly. Enterprise's prices were also very reasonable compared to other car rental companies in the area. Although I'm very familiar with renting vehicles at airports, the process was very similar and if anything, they inspected the vehicle a little more than i would have expected. Marcus did a great job of checking me in and explaining everything. The only hiccup was that a water bottle was left on the vehicle when we were inspecting. Looked a little unprofessional. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! They are trying to charge me $1000 for damage for something that I did not do!!! As soon as we dropped off the vehicle the "branch manager" called us saying we did "SIGNIFICANT " damaged for the roof. 1. The car was kept inside a garage at all times 2. DO NOT rent from this location. They lie and state the rental vehicle has hail damage. Very unprofessional and rude.

I sent Chris R. 2 emails at the email address he indicated in regards to his response 2 days ago with proof of payment from my husbands account and continued charges to my credit card. I have not received even an acknowledgment that it was received or that it is being reviewed. I've sent corporate messages etc. to no avail. My card has now been replaced by the fraud and replacement department and charges removed by my bank as I have proved our payment. This company has no business ethics and no accounting practices to rectify this problem. If you don't believe me, check them out on BBB. read more

The rental we were given had transmission issues. Enterprise was very accommodating and switched us out for a different rental.

What a poor experience with this company. We had a rental reservation by our insurance company and we were supposed to pick up a car and they had no car. My car is not drivable at all. So I can't get to work all weekend or anything and the location asked when does your car go to the shop? What does that matter? My car is not drivable, hence the reason my insurance company booked the rental. They were not sorry at all for the mistake, nor did they even try to fix or accommodate the situation. Poor, poor customer service from the location and there main office. No one seem to even care at all. I would not recommend trusting this company, I will never use them again even with a different location. This situation speaks volumes of what there company is really about. It's Enterprise, we may have a car for you when you show up or we may not. Don't even chance or bother with them. read more
