    DO NOT rent from this location. They lie and state the rental vehicle has hail damage. Very unprofessional and rude.

    The rental we were given had transmission issues. Enterprise was very accommodating and switched us out for a different rental.

When I called back to the office about a hour in a half of picking up the vehicle to let Kelly, Manager know the smell was giving me a headache and see if he switch me to another vehicle, he said, he would call me back that afternoon to switch vehicles; That never happened. I cut the rental short, from one week to one day. Kelly had the audacity to up charge me for the one day rental. At the counter, I showed proof of purchase and my check-in information. The gentleman told me that my check-in was not good and that he didn't have a vehicle available. He did not attempt to rectify the issue or help me out. He just gave me a pamphlet and told me to call Customer Service for them to cancel my rental. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

I mean isn't that amazing? Second I wanna say FA has been around for 15+ years?? Since I moved to Frisco 16 years ago FA has been providing their services to this community. And lastly and the most important: after having an awful and deceitful experience with Crest Nissan here in Frisco (please do not go this dealership ever) yesterday we decided to drop off the van at FA at night. FA calls me today around noon-ish and informs me my van only had a part that was rubbing and making a noise and that they fixed it and THAT IT WAS NO CHARGE!!! What??? The other place told me I needed a part and with labor the total was $3,500!!! Please if you are in the area and you need car assistance THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! I cannot say it enough.     I had my truck's transmission replaced 3 years ago and it was excellent service. However, there…read moremust be new management because I dropped truck off at 9am which I told them the day before to replace transfer case motor but they didn't start working on it until 1pm. I guess dropping of vehicle means they work on truck when they feel like it. I had two other items I replaced myself that took me 15 minutes each they had on estimate to change. Example: transfer speed sensor $124 for part then an hour to replace at $225. The cost of parts are doubled and they charge $225 an hour for labor which is dealership high cost end. My bad I should have researched labor cost. i will not use them again.
