When I started giving my information to another employee, he couldn't find my account correctly because the first employee had entered almost everything wrong -- including my email address and phone number. I have no idea how that many basic details could be entered incorrectly. Then I had to repeatedly ask for the correct rental rate/document because I needed it for my insurance reimbursement. Even after explaining this clearly, I was sent the wrong information AGAIN. I specifically told them I was not leaving until I received the correct document because their mistakes could create problems with my insurance claim. Something that should have taken two minutes became an unnecessary struggle. The worst part was when the car arrived. I simply asked the young lady what type of vehicle it was -- gas, hybrid, or electric , because I have zero experience with electric vehicles. Her response was, "I'm not going to be able to answer your question. If the manager were here, he would explain that to you." I was shocked because I wasn't asking for a technical explanation ,I was simply asking what type of car they were giving me. She then tried to look at the car herself to figure it out. How are you handing a customer a vehicle and you cannot even tell them whether it is gas, hybrid, or electric? Her attitude made the situation even worse. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional. The way she spoke and acted made it feel like she owns the place. I will NEVER return to this location. Between incorrect personal information, incorrect paperwork, repeated mistakes, and an employee who couldn't answer a basic question about the vehicle while giving attitude, the entire experience was unacceptable. Save your time and frustration , choose another location.

The first car (sedan) that was given to me had a bothersome cigarette smell. It was visually clean and functionally drove without issue. I reached out to Enterprise and kindly requested a swap of vehicles. Paulina was able to help accommodate my request. She maintained professionalism and provided clear communication answering my questions with assurance. I swapped out to another vehicle without issue. I appreciate the easy experience with this Enterprise location along with the patience and understanding of their staff.

After waiting more than 30 minutes, I asked for any updates for them to tell me the car was gone. I was given conflicting information about the vehicle, first a Nissan, then I was told my paperwork was for a Toyota, and finally I was given a Honda Civic without updated paperwork. When I asked the employee who had helped me, "Where is my car?" she replied "I don't know" with a lot of attitude. I ended up leaving close to 1 PM after arriving before my 11:30 appointment. This caused a major delay, ruined food I had ordered while waiting, and added unnecessary stress while I am already dealing with back pain from a recent car accident.
