Update: After reaching out to the email recommendation by Chad, I was contacted a few days later by Judy. All she had to say was basically, thanks for letting us know. This is after typing out my entire experience again in an email. Enterprise then spams you with an email asking how their Customer Service was and after filling out the short survey, I was contacted by Judy again! She apologized for not caring in the first email and said my experience was being forwarded to Regional. Shortly after, I received a call from Shelby! The rude, condescending "branch manager" from the airport. Unfortunately she is not someone I'm open to talking to. I'm normally the type to give people several chances but after seeing her treat the man before me poorly, and then myself? That was enough for me to know any further interactions with her would be the same. Another big reason to look into Turo. You won't have to deal with the corporates trying to pass the buck and now have eventually passed it back to the the ground where the problem employee is calling me directly! It's scary. Grandson reserved a rental car to come see us as his had broke down. He could not use his debit card as he did not have a flight number. If he was flying he would not have needed the car. His credit card limit was too low. Had cash but they would not take it. We offered to give our credit card info but they would not take it as it didn't have his name on it. Since he did not know all of this until the day he was to pick up, no other car rentals had anything available in a truck or SUV to hold his family. read more

We needed to rent a car for a road trip due to an unexpected car repair that we were not going to have time to get to in time. Our online reservation experience was flawless. We chose the Enterprise on E Francis in Spokane, WA. The employees there were worried they wouldn't have a car for us and called us the day prior to let us know and explained that we may need to make a reservation at a different location, but that location would honor our reservation. It turned out they did end up having a car for us. They even had a few to let us choose from. We chose the wrong car, which we didn't fund out about until the next day. We needed to be in Carson City, NV, on Saturday afternoon, so we left Spokane at 2am. About 4 am, just outside of Pasco, we got an error message on our dashboard that said there was too much oil in the car. After that, the car started running rough, and it started using more gas. Or was it still dark out at this time, so we got somewhere safe and called Enterprise Roadside Assistance. They told us to drive to the Paclsco Airport and wait for the Enterprise there to open at 8 am, about 4 hours later, so we did. We sat outside until 7:55am. When we went inside, there was only one employee there named Lexy Garza. She was behind the National Rental counter but told us she worked for both companies. I explained what had happened and she stated that she had no idea what I was talking about, she had no rental car to exchange for me, I had to take the car to be repaired myself, and they weren't even open yet and she didn't need to help me. At this point it was 7:59am. She told me it wasn't her problem. I called Roadside Assistance back and asked them what I should do, and they said they would resend the email. I went back up to the desk and asked Lexy about it, and she ignored me. I called Roadside Assistance again and explained what was happening, and they promised to send my ticket to a manager, and someone would contact me in 30 to 60 minutes. Nobody at Customer Service or Roadside Assistance would let me speak to a manager and nobody ever called me back. I asked Lexy again if she would help me. Again, I was ignored. About 9am Giavanna Sorn, Branch Manager, came in. She was just as rude as Lexy. By now, I had called Roadside Assistance about 6 times and Customer Service twice, all assuring me that they could see that my ticket was there and that there was a car for me to drive. We told them we would just continue on our way, and if the engine blew up, that would be on them. They didn't care. We told them repeatedly we were going to complain about them to their managers, and they would just smile and shrug. I finally got Roadside Assistance to resend the email, while on speaker phone, so that Giavanna could hear that it was being sent and miraculously the email was received. They gave us a Nissan Sentra to drive, and six hours later, we were back on the road. A few miles down the road, we realized the brakes are grinding when we use them. Now we need to contact Roadside Assistance and start this Rollercoaster all over again. I will be following up with the Spokane location, the Pasco location, as well as corporate on Monday. read more

Nice people at office, but their booking system has major glitches. Tried renting a car online, got confirmation, and when I went to pick it up they said they had tried to call but they had no cars. So I went to the office in Pasco because I called their local number and talked to a person (not a person from office, but got a person on the phone that was not local) and she booked me a car. We went to pick it up, guess what, no cars. So 2 confirmation numbers meant nothing. Ended up at the airport and ended up getting a car from Budget/Avis. The lady in Pasco did say to call the local number, but when I did I got the online person, not local. Major glitch in their reservation system. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the actual people I talked with were nice. Don't trust a confirmation number until you are at the office. read more

I have been an Enterprise reward member for many years. This is the first time I have had such poor customer service. When I brought the car back I had told them the different concerns I had and they just came back with excuses. First I had been told they didn't have any compact cars but I could rent an SUV for more than double the cost. I went outside and placed a reservation for a compact. I went back in and they said I would have to wait for the car to get cleaned up. The people behind me were also waiting. They brought their van around the front for them I was told they aren't supposed to do that but if you ask they will. So to me it was perceived that they were extending the customer service to one customer and not the other. So disappointed in this branch. Expect more from Enterprise! read more

Enterprise in Pasco did a fantastic job during my recent trip. Although I forget the names of the two employees behind the counter, both were very friendly and professional. The cars are parked very close to the trailer and there was no big airport hassle getting out of the lot. The return process was seamless and went as well as one could expect. Overall it was a pleasure interacting with the Pasco Enterprise staff and honestly that is hard to say for many companies today. Keep up the good work! read more

I had a reservation from Costco, went in to get my car and they said they can't rent me one because I don't have a credit card. I had $500 cash and my debit card but the cashier said they could not accept it. I will have to go to another location. I was dropped off here and inconvenienced several hours because of this idiotic policy. read more

My Flight with Allegiant Air had issues with one of the tires and delayed my late night arrival in Pasco 2 hours which meant I'd be arriving to Enterprise after their closing time of 10pm. I called Enterprise and Andrew said he would wait for my flight to arrive up to half an hour after closing. I arrived almost an hour late and at the Enterprise counter Andrew was there waiting for me. He even remembered me from my last visit 2 months ago. I'd recommend Enterprise to everyone. I have used Enterprise while traveling. Always had a great experience with them. BUT, When a family member had a car issue, the car shop from Pasco, offered a rental, free of charge, while they worked on the vehicle. A very small vehicle was brought over to the car dealer with 1/4 of a tank of gas! Every rental I have gotten and returned was always and expected to have a full tank! The person that brought the car over made a comment, just make sure it comes back with a 1/4 tank! After this experience, I will NEVER deal with this company! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ok so I made reservations through Booking.com. Bought the extra insurance then got to the counter and was told that my prepaid debit card which my paycheck goes into for last ten years has no bank logo and they can't honor it because people with type of card steal the cars. So does a bank logo have magic powers to prevent a car being stolen ? It's not like the money wasn't there. I paid 1200 for my hotel not motel they took it no problem . I paid Alaska Airlines they took it no problem. I am now stranded in Pasco trying to find a car. I just pain $160 for a taxi ride last night. Apparently all the car places at the airport refused me as I tried. Hertz guy just shook his head. They made me a manager of Radiology practices feel like scum of the earth. Do they know why I don't use conventional banks I had cancer and bills skyrocketing this out of control. I messed up because I got sick. I sit here crying in my room at the Beautiful hotel. I saved for this vacation. Just remember have a bank logo it makes you more credit worthy and it's a guarantee you won't steal one of their cars. read more

Service was fast when we picked up car from airport, walked a fair distance to get car with luggage to discover car wasn't cleaned, windshield caked with bugs!!! We stopped ourselves to clean and got on the road, 4 hour drive where we quickly figured out something was wrong with transmission or this Ford Focus drove like crap, it would hesitate every time you hit the gas and pull. We exchanged after first day only to be told they were aware and that car just drives crappy....wow thanks. It was great knowing we got a dirty crappy driving car. Fair prices. read more
