I love that Enterprise come gets you free. It seems logical if you are renting a car, you don't have a car to go get said car. Eric was friendly and personable, explained all the terms really well. I also got a discount because my car is being worked on. I love the word discount btw. Almost as much as bacon, cheese, or chocolate. Rates to begin with seemed pretty fair, at least from the few times I have rented vehicles in the past. If I need a car rental again, Enterprise is who I am calling. read more

I was in a car accident and was sent to this place by the insured party's insurance company for a rental. I was told they would be open until 6pm. STRIKE 1: I went to Enterprise after work and my husband dropped me off. I found out they had closed at 5pm. STRIKE 2: I called the next morning and was told someone was available to pick me up at 11:30am. I recieved a call at 11:49am saying the pick up would be delayed for a while. I asked if it would be within 30 minutes and the Enterprise staff member said, "Yes." She asked if I had any unavailable times and I said I had an appointment in Richland at 2:00pm to sign for my car to be towed to the collision repair shop. She said it would not be a problem and that I would have my rental by then. I called Enterprise at 1:06pm--no answer. 1:18pm--no answer. 1:30pm--no answer. I got a ride from a friend and left my house for my previously scheduled 2:00pm appointment. I received a call at 1:41pm, an Enterprise staff member was at my house to pick me up. I told her I had been waiting for over 2 hours and now they were going to have to wait for me as I had an appointment across town at 2:00pm. She apologized which was appreciated. I told her I would be available at 2:30pm and she could come back then. 2:31pm I received a call from Enterprise saying they were going to DELIVER the car to me! HOMERUN!! 2:39pm Mirna delivered my car to my house, went over all the details and SAVED my experience. THANK YOU MIRNA! The car was upgraded to a 4 cylinder SUV. It was dirty on the outside, fairly clean on the inside. I have no problem with this rental vehicle. I'm very happy Mirna took care of the situation. read more

This Enterprise location has employees that are way overworked and too busy to help. There aren't enough cars to choose from, and the car I got, while not dirty wasn't cleaned out. It was dusty and had discarded earplugs in it. I had been offered a standard size and got a Ford Focus instead. They couldn't pick me up only 7.5 miles away because they are understaffed. They offered to get me "in contact with a taxi company" instead. I'm unimpressed. The car itself was fine (other than not being as clean as I would expect). It seemed well maintained, and it was up to date. The attendant was friendly enough but the poor guy was trying to handle three customers and his associate was out washing a car that someone was waiting for. I don't think it's that the employees don't care, I think it's that they can't afford to. Enterprise isn't supporting this location as it ought. Every time I call and hear the company logo, "the company that picks you up," I think it's ironic. Enterprise, support your employees, or they won't be able to treat your customers the way you want them to. read more

We reserved a "4 wheel drive SUV" 36 hours prior to the pick up time. We were told we would have something like a Ford Explorer. We were expecting a sturdy, heavy 4-wheel drive that could handle the snow that we were going to encounter on the mountain passes. However, they only set aside a 2-wheel drive SUV for us. We would not have known it was only 2-wheel drive, if we hadn't mentioned that we were planning to drive over the mountain passes and were so happy to have 4 wheel drive. While I was saying this, the employee was madly typing on the computer and then announced that he decided to "change" our reservation to a 4-wheel drive, and that we were "lucky" they happened to have one in the lot at that time. We ended up with a TIN CAN that was called a 4-wheel drive SUV, a Mitsubishi Eclipse -- which is just a tiny compact car disguised as an "SUV". No foot room. Small seating space for 4 people. (We were crammed.) Barely any room in the back for 4 suitcases. Such a light car that we would have had trouble if we would have run into serious snow conditions. It was a big disappointment! When I asked why they didn't have something like a "Ford Explorer 4-wheel drive SUV" like we were promised, they said that the "call center" doesn't always know what they have on hand and promised something that they didn't necessarily have. (What??) I told them I called their local number and spoke to an employee, not a "call center." I can say some nice things, in that the employees were polite, the car we rented was immaculate, and when we drove off and the tire pressure lights immediately came on, they quickly put air in the tires when we came right back. read more

Was in a collision and sent here from the insurance company, confirmed my reservation over the phone and seems great until I walked in. Was not told any information about what to expect. Had to pay out of pocket after being told I would not pay a thing. Lady at the desk was not helping or willing to work with me. Ended up without a rental car. Thanks a lot! read more

After an accident, my husband and I were sent to this Enterprise by an insurance company to get a rental. We arrived to find that ALL the cars were absolutely filthy and not cleaned inside or out. The female employee, who reeked very strongly of alcohol, stated the cars were dirty because their pressure washer was frozen (the temperature outside was 58* at about 6pm. Not the temperature that causes liquid to freeze!). If you're okay with a dirty car and employees that drink on the job, this place is perfect for you to rent from! read more

The general manager was very apologetic about Andrea's behavior and gave us our deposit back. He even offered to rent us a car anytime we want, absolutely no charge. We are very grateful for this, so I give enterprises the five stars it deserves. Still, watch out for Andrea though. read more

I was renting cars fairly often over the last year, and this location constantly found ways to disappoint. They overcharge (I used one of those weekend specials with limited milage and I'm almost positive they overcharged me for the milage overage), they're randomly gone (I waited a half hour at the office one time, and when they got out of the car - late for the pickup appointment, they both had coffees - they claimed they were "getting an oil change". Since when does it take 2 people to drive to an oil change, especially when you only have 2 employees), they fib about "upgrades" (they didn't have the car in the class I reserved, so they "upgraded" me to a crappy Kia Soul), and almost all the cars have been filty - stains, crumbs, sticky stuff on the steering wheel and shifter, and have given me all kinds of attitude (they said it was my fault for having to wait for them). I finally gave up, bit the bullet and am paying extra by renting from the location at the airport. read more
