I recently rented a car here through my car insurance because my car was being repaired. I was told that I was going to be charged $124.00 for full coverage while driving the rent a car from Enterprise. I found out later when I checked my bank account that they charged me a different amount $324.00. I spoke to George the manager and he apologized that his staff had dedicated more than what I had agreed to. He asked me if I had consented to the amount and I replied that I was never contacted nor did I authorize or give consent for them to charge my credit card for any additional money. The manager George said he was going to refund me $174.00 apologized and said it would take 3 to 5 business days. 7 days later I checked my account and nothing was refunded back to my card. I then proceeded to call George to inquire about my refund but I was told that he was on vacation. Seems like Im getting the run around and was ripped off. My next recourse is to file a small claims action and notify my insurance company. All this extra work and inconvenience because I was over charged with out my consent or knowledge until I checked my contact and account. I got scammed. I recently visited this Enterprise location when my insurance reserved a rental car for me while I had my car repaired from being backed into. The fact that it was located literally right next door to my auto body shop was so awesome and convenient. When I first confirmed the reservation, the young man I spoke with was trying to get me in something the same size as my vehicle, a large SUV. But my insurance would only cover a certain amount per day and I didn't want a lot of out of pocket costs. I told him twice I'd be fine with a simple little compact for the duration of my repair. He finally understood and reserved a small car for me that was completely covered. When I arrived for pickup, they were a little busy but the service I received was friendly and with a smile. All the employees seemed to really enjoy their job and being there. They camaraderie was a sight to behold. Even at 8 a.m. on a Monday morning! When they brought the car around, it was a mid-sized SUV. To be honest, I was a little frustrated because I had already stated I didn't want to be out any additional costs. I said to the gal "Wait a minute...I said a compact. I don't want to pay for a larger car." She then informed me they didn't have any compacts available and they were going to honor the price for the compact on the mid-sized SUV. Okay, THAT was awesome! Turning the car back in was just a pleasant and easy a process as picking up. I was very happy with my experience here and that I benefitted from their not having any compacts available! read more

Unfortunately, I was in a three car accident and was the middle car. My insurance recommended me coming here and everything was flawless. It was quick service. Got the car I needed and didn't have any issues throughout my time. I do want to give a shout out to Tracy when I dropped off my car. I filled up the gas tank, but I guess the employee didn't notice and charged me a fuel fee. Tracy caught it right away and I'm thankful because I didn't even notice they tack that on there I appreciate her looking out for me even on the smallest aspect, but that just shows the dedication and honesty that she has. She was friendly and nice and even though it was close to closing time, she still gave me a ride back to the mechanic shop so I could pick up my car. She followed up with me and let me know she would handle it right away and within a day it was taken care of and the correct invoice was emailed to me. Thanks Tracy! This location is a mess. I've rented here several times and there is often a long wait because they understaff the location. I've rented vehicles and had to return them due to mechanical problems and one had a tire with the steel showing through the tread it was so bare in the middle. I tagged it on the socials and got a call right away! Just tried to rent one against my better judgement and after being told it was going to be at least an hour wait for my car I asked them to cancel. I'm trying to rent one from the airport location which is better to deal with but now I can't because they didn't cancel the rental that I NEVER RECEIVED AND CANCELLED AT THE LOCATION. I will say I spoke to the manager yesterday Garrett and let him know I was literally in the middle of dealing with a family emergency I called him from the hospital and he stated he will note the account that I was turning in the car today. I got a call from Matthew earlier today and tried to explain that and yet he kept trying to ask when I was returning the car while again I'm in the middle of an emergency that I'm dealing with I said I was returning it and had to hang up because there was no empathy. Less than 30 mins later another rep named Daniel called me or whatever his name was. At this point it feels like harassment. I will NEVER tent from them EVER again! Garret is a very nice person but the other two need help. I always stated they were rude and lack empathy and never listens to what I asked and in this situation it was the worst experience ever. Best experience ever. After struggling to rent a car for two days...I am so glad I remembered this was our local enterprise. The process was easy and affordable. Makayla is a joy and a treasure she helped us sooo much I am not sure what we would have done. I needed a rental car for two days and this place came through. Always having issues at Penske Honda either it's parts sales. I called for some parts and it was 2:30 in the afternoon and these guys were busy. They did not answer the phone. I called four times they didn't answer after the fifth time they answered and they had me on hold for 15 minutes and when they answered, it sounds like they were laughing in the background. I don't know what they're doing. Maybe they sound like they weren't too busy to answer the phone. I was gonna spend some money but now that with What I've heard and all the questions I asked the salesman. He never really he didn't what to give me a straight answer. I asked him for the parts that he wanted and I asked him if he wanted a van he said no it's OK. They're all the same parts. I told him nothing the same parts. I'm a certified mechanic ESE I know what's wrong and what's right so that's why I'm putting this complaint comment whatever you want however you wanna see it but that's the kind of customer service you have at Honda. I had the ABSOLUTE worst experience at this location. I made a reservation for a vehicle two weeks in advance, as I needed a truck for my nonprofit work. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that there were no trucks available. When I inquired why I hadn't been notified, the associate claimed she had called and left a voicemail, but I received no calls. She mentioned they also attempted to contact the alternate contact on file , who also had no calls. The only option they could offer me was a small SUV, which was insufficient for the tasks I needed to complete. I asked to speak with a manager, but he was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my situation. I was left scrambling to find a new rental at the last minute. I ended up at the Ontario Airport branch. The staff was MUCH more accommodating and understanding, but I ended up having to pay more for a vehicle. In addition having to rent at that location was an inconvenience. Long story short...I will never rely on the Rancho location for my rental needs again! read more

I had to get my car fixed so I ended up at this place, supposedly because it was close to the Gerber Collusion Shop, anyway, I dropped off/returned the vehicle and I left a bag in the front passenger side, I called the next day and they said no we did not find anything, you can come by and look for the item. I was just there yesterday. The manager said to call back tomorrow, so I called two times, but no one helped me out and they put me on hold for almost 40min Yep so at the end, they can hang up on me, Please go somewhere. I didn't get my bag /and the worse customer service too. Why would I go back to this place that they don't give *** about you.. I normally don't leave reviews but feel I had to in this case to warn people of what to expect when going here. I booked a reservation the morning of 8/09 because of last minute work needed for my car. I realized it may be slim pickings on short notice but was pleasantly surprised when the vehicle I wanted was available and reserved. I received a phone call an hour before I was supposed to pick up the rental (6-7 hours after reserving) and that they only had upgrades available. That was fine I thought, seeing I made the reservation on short notice. I did ask if a discount would be applied since I had reserved another car and was told an amount that was higher than what they advertised online. This raised an immediate red flag that I planned to address when I arrived to pick it up. Arriving at this place did not give myself or my girlfriend any sort of confidence in a proper transaction taking place. It was disorganized and seemed like a used car lot. The employee that was assigned to help us (This is all done outside mind you) came to us proposing a vehicle we didn't intend on renting (they had since rented out the car they said was available over the phone) and started negotiating price like we were at a flea market. I went to look at a vehicle that seemed worthwhile (though not what I wanted). We got introduced to an obviously not cleaned car since previously rented that had a quarter tank of gas (not full like any other car rental place i've gone to). We were then barraged with add-ons, up charges we didn't need and other fees that made little sense. We just wanted to rent a car at the advertised price. Now, I don't like signing anything unless I can see exactly what I am paying for and didn't have this "luxury" since everything I wanted to see was on a tablet this child attempting to rent me the car was holding in her hand so I asked to be able to see everything before continuing. The employee apparently was offended by the audacity of this and asked why I need to see this. I replied "I am supposed to take your word for all of this?" and her reply was "well yes, I am a professional". I had to laugh at how ludicrous of a response this was and asked to see her manager. I also failed to mention that the final price was $40 more than my calculations and when I asked her about this she only responded "that is for taxes sir". I did the simple math on my phone and told her that their is $40 not adding up here and she reiterated that it must be taxes. Asking to see this on her tablet or anywhere for that matter caused her to give an immediate attitude. How dare I want to know what I am paying for! Long story short, I expressed my anger to the manager (she obviously didn't care and probably deals with this all day long) and we left without a rental. This place has left a bad taste in my mouth and am only writing this because I know that they get away with this all day long with desperate people not having a choice. This place reeks of bait and switch, horrible service, inadequate training and children running a show adults need to be supervising. The next step is to contact corporate and the BBB. This car rental is a joke and nothing but immature kids working here. They have all these ridiculous choices for add on insurance ls what happen to just one to cover the entire car?!? No there's one for tire, one for the keys one for other BS then there's one for the car! It's almost like 40-60 dollars more a day to add them on! My car was in the shop recently and I needed to rent a car for the day which my Triple A membership was able to provide me with. I went in the morning to pick up the car and was very grateful and satisfied with the service I received! It was every busy as it was the Monday after a holiday weekend and the employees were extremely patient with everyone (even the difficult customers). When it came to my turn the person who helped me get a car was extremely informative and had great customer service. The car I got was a 2021 Ford Bronco and I loved the car! The prior employee was rude and mean, had no interest in providing any kind of customer service. A friend rented a car at this location I was dreading going with her, what a wonderful surprise. I was so amazed by the new direction of an orbited customer service focus when I needed to rent a car I returned. The experience was amazing, I had a problem with the car and I was out of state, had to exchange the vehicle, the response from this office and the Chandler Blvd office in Phoenix was awesome.
