Its impressive to have a customer service model and have the customer only talk to the first rep for 10 seconds to be placed on hold without being notified. It took 20 mins to get someone else on the phone which was Ivan. Ivan did in 30 seconds what 6 other branches couldn't do, answer my question, make me laugh, and seemed to be the only individual with common sense and product knowledge. Had a wonderful experience renting a car for new years solely thanks to Anicia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and easy for me. She singlehandedly ran the whole Enterprise BOTH times I came to pickup and drop off. Shame on you and Enterprise ! for only having one employee working and there's always only one employee! Anthony was tremendously awesome for being there by himself. It's not fair to the customers to have to wait and for Anthony to have to have all that bearing on him. I don't think that's fair. He is wonderful. He does his job. Great he's very patient explains everything to you at the same time having like three more people waiting his demeanor is awesome. Anthony deserves help there. I booked a Full size 15 seater van through Expedia for pick-up today at 10 am at this location. When we arrived at this location the van was not available. The person helping us was trying to call his manager and according to him, she was not answering his calls. They are blaming Expedia since they said it's a third party company. They said I should have booked at enterprise.com. We asked why we were not called ahead of time that the van was not available, they said they did not have our phone number. Our booking has our Name, address and phone number. It's a requirement when you book. They did not do their due diligence of checking their reservations ahead of time is what it is. We asked if they can find the van we needed from other Enterprise locations and we're willing to pick up anywhere between here and Pasadena wherever it's available. He gives us a phone number to the Enterprise in Fontana, basically telling us to look for a van ourselves. He keeps going to the backroom leaving me and my husband by ourselves, without any updates or anything. It didn't seem like they were trying to find a van for us. My husband needed the van and needed to be in LA by 12 noon. Needless to say, he is late for his time. So my husband just decided that they will need to bring 2 SUV's instead for their trip hoping it will fit all their equipments/instruments they have to bring for their show. When we left, without a van they kept saying sorry but they weren't sorry because they kept blaming Expedia for the booking problem. When I got home, I went to Enterprise.com and tried to book the same Van for today and it allowed me to book the same Van from the same location. So even if we booked through them instead of Expedia we would have the same problem. read more

I reserved a 12 passenger van in April for June, our Grson was having a tournament in Salt Lake Utah in June. I received a reminder call a week before an confirme the pick up time of the van. The day ce and we should up to pick up our rental, to be informed the van had a check engine light on & they were looking to replacement. Out time of pick up was at 4p, and we show up at 5p because nobody was answering the phone.We show up and rep. Says He could not find a replacement for us. I would like to say that I had a great experience here at this particular Enterprise (Highland, Rancho Cucamonga location). The store front is clean and orderly. The cars are all well maintained, washed, and in good order. I was helped by a young man named Ed. He helped me with the paperwork, answered my questions, and was extremely polite. Very professional! So in case you don't know, there is a nationwide shortage of cars and it has affected all rental companies. Especially trucks and SUV's which are hard to come by. However when I rent, that's exactly what I reserve, because it's usually for a road trip with my family and lots of luggage that doesn't all fit in our car. That being said, this branch has always tried to take care of me. Yes it's a small branch and doesn't have nearly as many options as the airport, but it's also a lot more convenient to come here. This most recent time I was called by Aaron for 3 days advising me he was doing his best to get me an SUV. When the day came and he still couldn't, the new manager Vinny stepped in and found me a small SUV at a nearby branch. I wasn't overjoyed but it was better than nothing. The next day Vinny called to tell me he had secured me the large SUV I had wanted, so I went in for the trade. Luckily I hadn't left on my road trip yet because having the large comfortable SUV made a huge difference for my family's comfort on our weeklong trip. My point is times are tough for this industry, and you might not always get what you want when you want it, but this group of employees goes the extra mile to try their best to take care of you. read more

Aaron really helped me out this week. I was in a bind needing a truck to deliver a Great Dane and his crate to lax last night. They didn't have any trucks available but he was able to find a sister branch that one truck and was able to get it to me on time. I'm extremely appreciative of Aaron and all his help. I've had this dog for four months while he's been waiting to go to Hawaii and if I hadn't of gotten that truck he wouldn't have been able to go and miss his flight again. read more

If you don't fit a certain demographic they will give you a hard time ! Never thought i would go thru a situation like this in my own neighborhood! This business "picks and chooses" who they want to do business with, made a reservation for a mid size vehicle, the manager trainee Samantha lujan Ramos says they have no more mid size, so I'll have to upgrade, I agree to the upgrade (she prob thought the upgrade would turn me away) but then all of a sudden (the card I've used at enterprise before) isn't excepted by enterprise, (It's a visa debit card !!) so I asked her why not and all of a sudden she got crazy with me said because I don't want to ! and threaten to call the police even tho all I did was ask why she doesn't want to rent me a car, I never raised my voice or got violent, I went to foothill location and got into a car in 20 mins thanks to my fellow black men, don't come here unless you you want to be discriminated against based on your appearance read more

Horrible place!!! We will never use them again! Their cars are junk, always filthy inside and out. The staff is so unorganized and unprofessional! They also Charge your card without asking to do so. Bait and switch by adding additional drivers when asked not to do so which btw u pay more for?!!! They also will add in the extra insurance that u DO NOT NEED if u have decent coverage with your own insurance co. If u do have a problem as we did the whole time we had their car smh while ours was in the body shop call corporate, well that's a whole other issue, your told you will be getting a call back from management and then no one bothers to call to rectify the problem?! We've been waiting over 2 wks to speak to them, horrible service misinformation from different people in the office and corporate. They told us to go on line and make a reservation. Made a reservation for the following Tuesday , they called Monday and confirmed my reservation. I made a reservation back in July for a 15 passenger van. Received a phone call from them the prior day stating they will be having problems with reservation but will check other branches (Ontario Airport had a van available). Came in for the actual pick up and stated they do not have a car. I was suppose to get a call from the regional manager, but didn't receive one. Branch manager attempted to help by renting two vehicles, which I thought were two vans (7 seaters), because it wouldn't make sense to give two cars that seats 5 when I needed a 15 passenger van. All they said was, "Sorry for the inconvenience." We went to the airport in Ontario and they had a 15 passenger van available! But we decided to drive our own car at that point. Plans were ruined, but it isn't the end of the world. They messed up, no accommodation, I do not plan on doing business with them anymore. It's a business, people need their service, how they handled it was not professional at all. I would give 0 stars if that was ever an option. If I would give any advice, I would say call ahead of time to see if they have your reservation so you can plan accordingly. read more

After reserving a suv from this location, when my husband arrived he was informed that they had attempted to contact him to let him know that they didn't have any SUVs available. Reservation was done online all info was available to them. After wasting his time he was offered a minivan at the same rate. Also offered to have another office bring over an SUV. My husband agreed. That didn't happen as the female decided that she was not going to rent to him after all. Waste of time with a poorly staffed and trained office. Made a reservation through the priority pass the day before and when I got there the next day, I asked for an intermediate car (sedan) and they told me the one they had "I wouldn't want" and put me into a midsize suv. When I asked if they saw my reservation for a smaller car, was told by the two working there that they don't have access to their reservations. Pushed hard for me to get the all expenses paid insurance that I didn't need. Would have gone to a different location if I knew the car I asked for wasn't going to be available. read more

If you reserve a car at this facility he will let it go. I have a reservation with Costco for car to pick up at 12 p.m. they called me the day before to make sure I wanted the car and I said yes and I also called again to make sure that they were holding me the car. When we arrived the car was gone they didn't call us to tell us trauma they said they would try to get us another car I had booked a full size car. I called the company at 2 to see if they did get us a car pick up a small compact what do you need to call us and let us know it was there. If you need a car and you want them to hold it for you I would not use this facility they were rude and unhelpful. I also complaint to Costco about this I've never had this problem with any other enterprise. read more
