I made a confirmed reservation through Enterprise's website on Saturday, August 2, 2025, to pick up a car at their location (7311 Hull Street Rd, North Chesterfield, VA 23235) on Monday, August 4 at 5 PM. On the day of pickup, I received a call from their manager telling me there were no cars available. I was told they would check with other locations and call me back. I waited more than three hours -- no one ever called. I called what supposed to be an Enterprise Customer Care Team three or four times, and each time was told, "We'll call you back." But no one ever followed up. This caused serious disruption to my travel plans, stress for my family, and forced me to seek last-minute (and much more expensive) transportation. A confirmed reservation should be honored or responsibly handled if circumstances change. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through.

They gave me Toyota Camry with a hole in the driver's side floor. I called the manager. he said he would get me a premium car and call me back. Never heard from him again. called the next day and was told they would look for a premium car. Never heard from Enterprise again. I called the National service line and reported the situation to thr agent. I was told he'd contact the location and I would get a call back. I never heard from them again. Don't ever deal with these people. I'd rather walk then deal with Enterprise.

Unfortunately early, the morning of 3/2/26 before work I was in an accident and my car was not drivable, needed to be towed to a collision shop. I have a brand new job, so getting to work the same day was imperative. I found a rental at approximately 11a.m I was quoted $55/day. on Wednesday, my insurance company called and authorized a rental car for me, but they, like most insurance companies use Enterprise. I brought them the car back Wednesday and told I would get back my $200 deposit. Well did not happed and they charged me $400 for two days of a rental. I have called and spoke with someone and set up a case for a dispute. Well, since that time, I have not gotten a response from a human being and all I've gotten is two emails., saying my case was updated twice. Over a month, no resolution, no human explanation of what I was charged and no refund. This the poorest customer service and bait and switch sales technique I have ever experienced. I would rather rent a horse for transportation than do business with this crooked company. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM! This is the first of many bad reviews that will be written. Case: 80350414

This seemed odd because the hours said they closed at 12:00, so we arrived 30 minutes early in an effort to help them out. HAHAHA Well turns out their employees didn't feel it was necessary to send out all the rental reservations they had for the day. They left before we arrived. With no one there to assist us, we were forced to rent a car elsewhere but have no received our money back for the insurance yet. This is absolutely ridiculous and if they knew they would not be working this day they never should have set our reservation for this time. Made the inquiry through yelp and received an email with an available day and time, on Thursday. It stated to "Reply to William on Yelp," which I did. I responded and confirmed the date and time, which was for today April 18, 2025 10.00 am - 12:00 pm. After no one arrived by 12:10, I called and was told they did not receive my response through yelp. Got some nonsense about the yelp app and etc. I was told that I was sent a message with their contact information, including name and telephone number. Did not receive any of that. Then I was told that my vehicle could not be done until next week. I stated that I wanted it done by this week end that is the reason I accepted the Friday appointment. Interesting to note, there are no recent good reviews. The only review in 2025 was a 1 Star. I should have paid attention to that and the fact that this was the cheapest quote I received. Next time I will follow my mom's advice, you get what you pay for, as well as be led by the Holy Spirit!

I can only imagine what is going on and being said behind closed doors. The way he talked with customers was neither helpful, or supportive. Maybe that is what Hertz wants...a demeaning manager, who berates his employees in front of customers, talks over customers, and does not provide solutions. I also just found out this is his first week?!? Anyways, shout-out to Shaheem, he did a great job dealing with David's attitude, and handling a stressful situation. Thank you for all your help! I'm giving this place a 4 star, for two reasons. One is that the people who helped me, did the best, with the resources that they had. Secondly, I want this to stand out as it is the only 4 star review. One last note...it's May...and almost every one of the lights were busted.
