    I rented an 18' Material Lift and I was absolutely pleased with its performance. Talk about the…read moreright tool for the right job. I lifted over 100 bundles of roofing shingles that were 70 LBS each. I thought the machine would fit in the bed of my Nissan Frontier, but they confirmed it didn't. I was able to rent a 6 x 10 trailer for it. Of course, I left the tow ball at home and needed the trailer light adapter but they hooked me up. Even assisted with loading, offloading, ratchet strapping, etc. I couldn't be happier with the quality customer service and this machine saved not only some backs, but some man hours as well. An outstanding experience.

    NEVER AGAIN! Got a 15' machine lift for $81 per day. Got it on a Saturday and was told for a full…read moreday, I had to have the item back by Monday when they open because they are not open on Sundays, which means I technically get an extra day at no charge. Turns out I needed it for the following Monday, which should only be another day. Well they charged me for 2.5 days because all of a sudden Sunday counted. NO ONE GAVE ME ANYTHING. THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS, so as long as I returned the unit by opening on Monday, it was a ONE day charge. I should have been charged for 2 days since they were only open for the 2 days. Then, I was charged a warranty that I did not ask for nor did they disclose to me at signing. Their answer was "well it's in your contract". That might be the case, but as a courtesy, just like renting a car or a u-haul, you are "asked" if you would like the insurance. I would never have agreed to a warranty on an item that is very old, but solid. There was little chance of anything breaking. It's all metal. Worst of all, customer service was terrible. Whomever the lady is at the front desk, she has a horrible attitude and should be fired. She didn't give a damn about my concerns. She knew I was clearly bothered, but didn't care. My guess is she is used to unhappy customers. Apollo rental lost a customer for life. Was never about the money... it was about the service and the integrity of the sale. Would give ZERO stars if that was possible.

No matter what time your reservation is, expect to wait close to an hour to pick up a scheduled rental. On my last pick up customers and I had been told the delay was because all the available vehicles were scheduled for oil changes. Who schedules an entire fleet for maintenance at the same time while customers are arriving for confirmed reservations? Quoted 15-20 minute wait time... Yeah okay.  try being honest and communicate with your customers. I waited over 45 minutes to receive a vehicle, completely disrupting my schedule. The online check-in process and reservation confirmations are a complete waste of time if the vehicles aren't actually ready when promised. What's most frustrating is that I called the day before to ask about an earlier pickup and was immediately told no. If they already knew there would be delays due to maintenance, they could have adjusted pickup times or at least communicated the issue in advance instead of wasting everyone's time. Customer service and operational planning at this location have been extremely disappointing.

AAA came to my residence and Mike ran diagnostic testing while working on my driveway floor. After removing trim panels and checking every fuse box,and switch inside and outside of the car, he found the problem and ordered the part. Once the part was received it was installed and everything was reassembled. While there he also changed my oil and filter. The repair cost was reasonable compared to the labor time it took to find and resolve the problem, remove all the needed trim panels and reassemble all the parts in a very professional manner. Called him to come do what I thought was a simple battery swap, it turned out to be a little more problematic than that (typical Chrysler) but Mike kept me informed every step of the way and didn't just throw parts at the problem to see if that worked he took his time to get to the root of the problem on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, the best part is he does this all from where ever you are so I was able to keep working while he worked on our Jeep. Way cheaper than going to any dealer and such a better value as you get to talk to the mechanic working on your car so you stay informed every step of the way you aren't just guessing if they are working on it they are working on it. If you are in the need of a mechanic I highly recommend giving him a call. you will not find a better more honest mechanic. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

While my wife and I were considering purchasing a Nissan, (and we were not in the market right at that moment), one salesman quickly became two, and the two then became THREE, all ganging up on me, all acting like they were my new best friends, saying "We really would like to see you in a new car.," flattering me and trying to charm me into giving them a yes, all while they were trying to pit me against my wife. A TOTAL TURNOFF. I don't need three people trying to convince me to make a purchase, especially threeA desperate sales people. (I say this from he point of view of having been in sales myself, so I knew their game.) But the service department was even worse. On two separate occasions, they attempted to bully her into getting additional, very expensive service that her car did not need. She was very suspicious because they were very pushy about it, so she took her care for a second opinion at Complete Automotive, a company that has a superior rating with Yelp and will not offer a service that a car does not need. They agreed that Maus was playing games with her. On another occasion, my wife wanted one thing done for service that only an authorized dealership would be able to do. I don't know exactly what was involved in it, but while doing their work, they came up with a list of numerous additional items that they said needed to be serviced, totalling around $6000. When she refused, the woman working with her became snide and pushy, and gave he an entire list of all that needed to be done, then insisted that my wife sign each item stating that she was refusing the service, WORSE, the woman told her that they would not return my wife's keys until she signed the papers. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! The commercials make the owner of this dealership look like the nice guy next door, but it all starts at the top. We noticed this type of behavior at BOTH of their stores, one in Brooksville the other in Pasco County. If he has true integrity (which I doubt), he would fire EVERYONE at his stores, from sales managers, to sales, to service managers and service workers and start from scratch. It would be great business decision and good for PR, but when has this dealership ever had integrity? STAY AWAY FROM MAUS!
