The staff were friendly, but I unfortunately lost a significant amount of time due to a faulty vehicle. I picked up a 2025 Corolla LE on Friday and had a flat tire the same day. I had to carve out an hour on Saturday to get it fixed. Later that same day, the same tire went flat again. There was no nail or visible cause, but it required another trip and another hour of my time. For someone with a flexible schedule, two hours may not seem like a lot. But for me, carving out that much time was difficult and set me back quite a bit. I wish the vehicles were inspected more thoroughly before being put back into the fleet. This could have easily turned into a dangerous situation if it had happened while driving at higher speeds. read more

Feeling really disappointed leaving this review since I have rented vehicles in this location and never had an issue except when I did! I went thru an accident and a third party covered the rental however after the car was turned in I keep on getting a charge every day for $148.00, I have my card blocked and the payment doesn't go thru but I get the notification everyday including weekends. On Thanksgiving day I went in person, spoke with Daniel the branch manager and he said he would take care of the issue and the payment will be cleared. Days went by and a week later I called and spoke with Tyler and he said he would speak with Daniel and give me a call back which never happened. Well this morning I called again, spoke with Tyler and I explained I wanted to get this issue resolved and he said he had not gotten back from Daniel and since I wasn't renting the vehicle anymore he wasn't able to do much. Picked up car in PA, car was not very clean, inside or out. Dog or cat hair all over, dried up pink stuff in the carpet Normally would have asked for another one but it was the only minivan available & we were on a schedule, heading to S.C. Well, got in the van this morning & the inside of the van had been invaded by ants. My worst nightmare! Phoned Enterprise several times to swap out car to be told someone will call us back and that was 6 hours ago, almost 7. Can't drive a car with ants crawling over me. We'd definitely crash. Nice people with a decent selection of vehicles. Typically has a few customers and so takes a bit of time to get the transaction completed. But this could be attributed to the good business practices they have. I have rented a couple of times. Once, I was surprised that they tried telling me I had to pay for gas since the tank was not full. I told them that I had the same leve of gas as when I took it. I know they took pictures but no idea why there was a confusion. Fortunately, I had taken a picture as well and showing that was sufficient. So, suggest taking a picture of the dashboard. read more

I called Enterprise two days before Thanksgiving. I reserved a car and got a confirmation number. Later that night after they were closed I got a text saying they had no cars available. I called the next morning and got a human "Josh" who sent me to a manager - it was actually a robot system that sent me through a number of choices and finally got a person who told me that it was terrible. They were going to have a regional manager find me a car and get back to me. I waited for 7 hours with no call back. They did not help or even follow through with what they said they will do. Also, side note, I talked to a human to reserve the car instead of the website because I wanted a guarantee that I would have a car. Enterprise also has a series of questions they ask you in the confirmation page where they ask you for add in options and do not explain fully what they are for, or what they cover. No Car, No Empathy, No follow through. But they did insist on getting all my personal information for their data base. It is probably just the frustration of the moment speaking, but I am thinking about a legal remedy for this situation. I am angry I do not get to see my kids or grand-kids for Thanksgiving. Thanks for nothing Enterprise. You do not deserve the one star I was forced to give. read more

I had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My car was being worked on at the shop due to an accident. The other party insurance company covered my car rental, so I chose Enterprise, which was located closest to my repair shop. Th customer service was very helpful and friendly. I loved how easy the process of me getting checked in and out. The wait wasn't too long. It took probably about 10-15 minutes; from getting me into my car rental and on the road. I have to say one of the best part of my car rental experience was when I went to pick up my car from the shop; I was able to drop off the car rental to the Collision Center, and they were able to return the car back to the car rental for me. Enterprise I have priorly utilized for car rental needs several years ago using insurance claim for partial payments of rental vehicle. I had recently rented a vehicle at local Enterprise just as self no insurance used. Easy phone reservations had been made receiving confirmation information number in via email. Location of site office Enterprise had its own personal lot. Restroom inside are kept well maintained easy access and spacious waiting lobby area to get checked in and serviced of picking out a car. I was shocked to get delay in serving since I had not been priorly informed that you need physical driver license on you to be able to release a rental vehicle out for personal usage. So, I got upset of delay time and had to go to local DMV to get retrieve a reissued paper with details of DMV Drivers License. As courtesy they had a driver take me directly to DMV to be able to complete this requirement of form retrieval for me. This check out process did not get completed until after 1:00pm which delay my time of hour all vehicles in the lot were all checked out and non had been available for me. There had been other questioning and required proof of address during this in store drop in as electrical statements showing proof of residence and as well as well as recent statement of work pay stub which I did not have on me so other forms that had been of recent payment such as alarm had been shown for prof of current active service with recent payment. Throughout this entire rental usage I had not been accompanied of any other guest rider or passenger of rental vehicle as when it had been checked out in usage of myself. Vehicle is kept in good condition and returned back into Enterprise office. Easy smooth check in and courtesy ride had been provided to get to wherever is needed if drop off. There were lots of blockages delay as very difficult time for me to gather such information of documents since I did not have these forms on my as I had kept all legal documents forms and ID cards placed in unit area which I have not been able to have accessible access to my unit area for over a month, but only office access to my unit space. I have been going through a very stressful time interruptions of my personal workings for several years. My personal vehicle is still in good condition Honda Oddysey Van which had recently been serviced but then shortly after completely drained my battery and my vehicle broke down did not want to move start at all in areas of Santa Clara. Towed my vehicle to nearby shop to get is repaired serviced to start working and starting the way it should be. Hasn't yet been worked on for any started repair. This rental was very easy to Navigate use, and handling of vehicle very steerable. I really like the condition being on roadways. Left sitting while other customers were served that came in after me. Was the place crowded? Nope. (But I am not a Karen who is going be loud - I just won't come back again.) The stars are for the convenient (to me) location and the use of technology to make check-in and check-out fast and efficient. If I could give it negative stars I would. I rented from Enterprise in Santa Cruz to go to an appointment in San Jose. Car got a flat while on 87 got off Almaden exit as far as I could. This enterprise was less than half of a mile, they left me on the side of the highway exit for 5.5 hours the office was less than half a mile. They wouldn't come he me just to go to the bathroom. I said I would walk they told me I had to stay with the vehicle. They told me they would uber me but then said uber couldn't pick me up where I was I'm an older disabled woman but they kept giving me the runaround. My husband had to drive to SJ to get me from the side of the highway and enterprise wasn't going to give me another car until they got the other vehicle in their possession. It was traumatizing. Hot, no food or bathroom 5.5 hours And the lack of concern by these people (less than half a mile away) REFUSED to help me at all! It was 90 degrees and if the car would have been a little more away from freeway I would have sat in the air conditioning but too close. I just can't believe that anyone would do this to another human being, and still be in business! read more

I made a reservation late at night to rent a compact vehicle while my car was in the shop. Day of (before they were even open) I received a phone call to confirm and verify that I had the required documents. Ana helped me in branch, she took my info and even mentioned that with my claim number she could discount my out of pocket rate. She set me up with a car for the next few days and even noted what shop my car was in. Ana was so kind and helpful during a very stressful time for me. I made the car reservation weeks before our road trip. The day before our trip, we got a call in the late evening telling us that sorry we don't have a car for you. I was hoping Enterprise will find another alternative for us since we already have the reservation, instead they ask us to call another number the next morning and see if they can help us. We have no choice but cancelling our trip. We always like Enterprise's services and this time was a huge disappointment. I don't mind if they find me an alternative somewhere else but leaving the customer panicking without any assistance that's not acceptable. Enterprise is our number one go to rental company, we book cars few times a year for our road trips. This shocking surprise just scares us away. read more

Nothing special about this location, if anything it's definitely a lot smaller than other enterprises. Luckily insurance was paying for the rental so I don't care too much, I'd say they have around ~15 cars available to pick from although that number lowers if you consider the cars that need to be washed/processed as a return first. Out of those they usually have about half being an suv, half sedan/coupes and the rare hybrid/electric. Insurance was paying for a luxury class for me of which they could only offer me one option(well they did offer 2-3 suv's but I don't enjoy the suv driving experience so I passed) so it really did suck not being able to choose a sedan/coupe or even a manufacturer I'd prefer. Nonetheless, pick up took a bit of time, got there around 8:30-8:40 and there were already 4 others there. Was in and out within 30 minutes so no complaints there I guess. Workers were nice and made sure things were streamlined. Drop off times? I decided to arrive at 4:20-4:25ish and boy everyone was trying to drop off their car at this time. I got pretty much ignored but I guess that was also slightly my fault for choosing to sit instead of standing (no one else was in line... so I thought it was okay considering the three reps saw me and acknowledged me while they were helping their customers). Nonetheless someone came up to them and was also acknowledged and they got helped shortly after. At this point it's 4:45 so I opt to just take the rental back to my collision shop as they have an Enterprise drop off (did not want to do this incase any damages were blamed on me but not really wanting to create an awkward scene and this would now be too late to request a drop off at the collision shop according to them). So you know, overall, very small location, needs a lot more workers to handle the drop off volume, would love more cars but they're obviously limited on space and highly recommend doing everything before 4pm if at all possible (for me it was not, due to collision shop calling me in the afternoon stating car is ready so not much time to plan ahead). read more

BEWARE if you rent Enterprise in Europe. You need to book on US site, but the rental agreement you will get in a European country has DIFFERENT charges that you are quoted on the US site. One time charges are CHANGED to daily charges. Drop charge will go up. When you pick up the car, you will get a contact NOT IN ENGLISH. They will not provide a translation, and it is a 'take the car or the guy behind you will' situation. The contract they emailed to me could not be read by Google Translate. This is fraudulent business practices. Avoid Enterprise. Note a comment below that they want me to contact them. I have sent 6 mails and have had at least 4 calls into Customer Support. They promise a call back, but I have received none. This is a company I have used for nearly 30 years. My companies have given them a LOT of business. That is over. read more

Gave them my insurance number and I was cut off with a nope, nope, nope. I explained that it was the number given by my agent for the rental. The person helping me was not friendly or helpful. Way over due but I got time now to write this review. This happened in the month of May 2021. There's a lack of professionalism and support from the manager. Yes I'm calling you out! You argued with me over the phone and hung up. I want you to see this to help you understand why your unfit to carry out your responsibilities as a manager with our reservation and hold your staff accountable for customer service. You tricked my mother! Yes am saying it Tricked my mother to opt into extra insurance. Only reason why we rent a vehicle is because our insurance sent us there. I had set up the reservation and confirmed in the morning 5/10/21 and knew there was a 100 deposit fee. I told the representative over the phone that we will not get extra insurance and my mother will only go and pick up the car and provide her card for the deposit. We opted in only getting a car that the insurance covers. At the location, my mother called and I provided the email to the staff and asked if everything was good to go and he said yes. Later my mother tells me that she was charged $250 for the reservation and I asked her why and she said that she didn't know but he told her it was mandatory to get. I called back and instead of you helping, you were defensive did not allow me to explain. You got mad and started to respond with attitude. So if you can't handle when your staff messed up, then train. You can't complain if you don't train and your position required accountability. So don't be a b*** and take the feedback. You want nice customers and respect, you need to give it. Don't demand it because you clearly don't deserve it. read more

Richard picked us up and made me and my 90 year old Mom feel so comfortable , I could not thank them enough. The service here is great. That is their saving grace, but the BIGGEST issue I had was my rental. I got a Q3 Audi & was thinking "Cool. I got an Audi SUV." Got in & realized how dirty & smelly the car was. There were stains on the seats & the car smelled like cigarettes, but whatever. I was only going to have it for a few days. What disgusted even more was a few days later my son was sitting in the back seat & he pulled down the center console to use the cup holders. When he opened the little trash compartment, there were cigarette butts in there! I of course called them to inform them. I first ask if each car is cleaned & disinfected before they allow another customer to drive the car. The gentleman on the phone was very polite & shocked at what I told him. He put me on hold for a bit & it's ironic I was listening to a recording saying how enterprise takes extra precautionary measures to clean the cars... When he finally came back on the phone, he apologized & offered a free upgrade on my next rental, but I declined. Getting something free wasn't what I wanted from informing them of this. I just want them to be aware someone is dropping the ball cleaning these cars. With the pandemic we are in, you would think all these companies would be more careful. read more

The good: I was going to get car rental from here from Farmer's Insurance because someone hit my parked car and my car needed to be fixed at a nearby auto body shop. The bad: Enterprise by phone told me that I was able to come in the same day at 11:30am. Online, reservations were only able to be made if you made one for 24 hours later. So I did that even though I needed the car that day. By phone, the guy told me he changed it and that I should "be all set" for a same-day car rental. I came and waited in line for around 15-20 minutes and was told they didn't have any available cars but that they could have one by tomorrow. The woman said she talked to upper management to see what they could do but they said they can't do anything. So, from the parking lot of Enterprise I called Enterprise back again. (It was their 408 number but it was probably some off site answering service) and they said they'd call me as soon as a car was available and that they had escalated my request. At 4PM I still didn't get a call back. When I was in line, the people before me looked like they had been waiting around for awhile too. The woman who helped me was nice but wasn't able to offer any solution. They seemed a bit stressed and frantic. The other guy working was running around. The interesting: I ended up having to cancel my transaction because they never called me back about a car being available earlier. By the time they'd have a car ready for me it would've been over 24 hours later and by that time I would have already needed to be at work so I ended up having to borrow a family member's car. read more

I had made reservations day before for 530pm pick a car from here. And i arrived exactly here to let me know i can no longer rent a vehicle. Why didnt they tell me ahead of time? all enterprise stores close at 6pm and i am no longer able to rent . Gentleman said i couldn't rent the vehicle because the family member that had the discount given to us had to be present with the name under the reservation. No where under there policy to show proof of discount .Indeed theres was no cars present at all in the parking lot he had to lie just to cancel the reservation never coming back cause this changed our itinerary read more
