Staff were friendly, and were able to accommodate me walking in to rent a car immediately. However all they had was a Tesla, I was fine with that as I know I just walked it and needed something immediately. The car smelled so badly, I was dry heaving without all 4 windows being completely down. If this wasn't an emergency where I needed a car I would have returned the car and just Ubered. I had the car for less than 24 hours just drove to work and home the day prior and could not be in the car without all the window down. I live an hour from my work place so it was pretty miserable having to be in the car for that long at 11 pm with all the windows down. For $90 for one day, and the smell being so bad, I would say this is pretty unacceptable to charge this much and give cars to rent in this condition. Very disappointing. read more

My ONLY suggestion, if someone sees the customer struggling to get car seats out of the vehicle to transfer to the rental, or visa versa, it would make the customer service even more above and beyond for them to ask if you need help. Hi, I had bad experience with enterprise at 4785 STEVEN CREEK Santa CLara. I had reservation for a car and it is under Geico insurance since I need car while my car in the body shop (Mercedes shop, and reservation can be good with any enterprise location) I called the Enterprise car rental at 4785 Steven Creek location a day before to confirm that they would have a car for me the next day (called at 1:52PM 6/4/2024) and got a sure confirmation. When I came today, they said they had no car. A lady and a man who work there said there would be no car around area and would not even care to call other locations to check for availability. They totally ignored me. What a service !!! that location only wants to rent out exotic car. I had to call other enterprise location (in Sunny vale) and got a car. Just Be aware to check your rental agreement before you sign. Sometimes the actual agreement might be off compare to your original confirmation letter. If you just spend some time to check will save everyone so much time and effort. Although there was miscommunication at the beginning with my billing problem, Thanks to Assistant manager Jeanalyn A, my problem was solved in a timely manner. I appreciate her efforts and her help. I apologized for my over react. Next time I will be more careful when singing agreement . It's not easy to be working in the customer service field , l appreciated her efforts. This enterprise is horrible and just criminal. It took forever to get a simple extension when our car needed to be in the shop longer. Second, they refused to pick up from the auto shop when that was part of the original agreement, so I had to Uber from the body shop just to get there to pick up the rental. Lastly, they found a few dog hairs in the front seat and demanded that I pay an extra $300 to get the entire vehicle detailed - I have had many rental cars in the past and this is grossly overcharging for for what should amount to be a quick vacuuming. Detailing the entire car for a few hairs is just unbelievable. Do NOT rent your car from this place! read more

Rented 1st car on 7/18, made engine nose retruned on 7/19, charged me for the miledge, gave a one star review Swapped a car that borke down again in front of a clinic on 7/21, stranded in a desparated situation that since haven't eaten for the blood draw, low sugar caused my wife hands started shaking. Luckily the clinic lady has a jump cable and able to started the rental car. They did try to sent a driver to pick us but couldn't find us. Picked up 3rd one, spoken to the manager Blake discussed this siuation on site, promised to give a 4 days free rental on top of AAA one month arrangment and not charging the previous 2 cars gas since we were not able to use them. Called 3 days ago 8/16, looks like they are still going to honor the deal. In good faith, plan to return the car on 7/21 Monday and give 5 star for them keeping the words, despite of multiple issues happened. read more

I came here after dropping my car off at Honda across the street. I was asked if I had a reservation - which I did not. The lady seemed confused that I was sent without instruction and I explained that I merely wanted a car for a few days. Eventually I was set up with a car and given instructions to return it at their other office down the street. Okay. The return day came so I went to their other office. The entrance was blocked off with orange cones and I was told that they were no longer accepting rental returns - I had to go down the street to where I originally rented the car and drop it off there instead. I drove back and both driveways were blocked by large vans. There was a sign reading "our drop box is broken, we cannot accept returns at this time". At this point I was livid: my car was ready for pickup, I was stuck with this rental car, and there were no instructions on how to return the damn thing. I ended up reaching out to Honda and fortunately they were able to return my rental car for me. I'm not sure why Enterprise blocked both ways to accept returns without any additional instructions for their customers. What were they gonna do? Charge me for another day for their mistakes?? Overall my experience was horrible. Lack of return instructions, no support, lack of understanding when I showed up...in the future I will not be renting from this location again. read more

Busy on a Thursday evening but Jason was great!! Friendly and enthusiastic attitude! He informed us that they were understaffed today by two people. He was busy working through the line while two others were setting folks up in cars, with another guy washing and cleaning the cars coming in. The Ford Fusion I rented (Honda covered the cost of the car since mine was still in their shop) was just washed and vacuumed. (I still prefer to wipe the inside down with several Clorox wipes!). The walk around was quick. They are mostly concerned with large areas of damage. They can't guarantee specific cars but should be able to tell you what they have available at any given time. read more
