Even though they were super busy and had many customers waiting, they were very courteous and addressed everyone's questions and concerns efficiently and kindly. Jules was very patient and explained the contract quickly and thoroughly. The rental was a 2026 GMC Terrain and was really fun and nice to drive. They washed and vacuumed it well prior to releasing it to me. My only complaint was that when I used the AC, it smelled like the previous renters smoked in the vehicle and it stuck around the vents (which was no fault of Enterprise). (though the tablet used was Dee's) and my overall experience with Enterprise. Due to limited vehicle availability, I was given a blue hybrid Toyota Camry. While my reservation email indicated I would receive a Nissan Altima, I could see that vehicle had been assigned to another customer ahead of me. During the vehicle review Benjamin asked what brought me in. I explained that I had filed a comprehensive insurance claim after running over debris on the highway. His response was, "I've never heard that one before." The comment came across as dismissive and condescending. After I provided additional details about my vehicle, Benjamin responded by saying, "Well, this car is better." I did not ask for his opinion on my vehicle, and the remark felt very unnecessary and unprofessional. The overall interaction felt standoffish and unwelcoming. As a customer I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not my experience during this portion of my visit.

Wow. My first time renting a car so I was beyond nervous but that was not necessary at all here…read more As soon as I stepped foot out of my uber a lovely associate directed me to the right area (there's 2 other building in the same center but ones for trucks and the other one for sales I entered the well conditioned office for car rentals and was immediately greeted by Laksha (I hope I spelt that right) who was an actual angel. She managed the whole lobby so professionally and orderly. There were a bunch of us waiting but we all got serviced quickly and efficiently (and with a smile)! I didn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes when Henry came over to help me. Incredibly friendly he showed me some options outside and even offered to speed up the clean up of a taller car that I wanted instead of forcing me to stick with a small car. The rental itself was gorgeous, she did what she had to do that weekend with no issues. I even got a text that opened up any communications or questions I had for enterprise while I was gone for the weekend. Upon returning it was even faster if that's possible! Laksha greeted me with the same smile and enthusiasm! She looked over the rental and the gas and sent me on my way! Easiest and smoothest experience. Thank you guys!

The employee there just looked at me when I approached her desk, and they only had 1-2 vehicles, neither of which was fitting. After two failed attempts w. Hertz, I'm so glad I was able to switch to Enterprise. I called beforehand to check availability. That alone was quicker to reach someone. Harry answered and was so friendly and helpful. When I said I needed a mid-sized SUV, he briefly put me on hold to check how many they had. Once everything was processed through my company, he called to remind me what I needed to bring. When I walked in, I was greeted by the most cheerful gal (Alayna?). I told her I loved her energy and she gave me a high five lol. Keanu showed me the cars, and was thorough with inspections, including checking if the car smelled like smoke. I know it's all standard protocol but saving time and frustration is always appreciated. I've rented from Enterprise at their former location, but even then I don't remember being this happy with the staff.

We had a slight issue as the additional driver doesn't live in Hayward and we needed her to come sign early. Prajwal at this location was accommodating and worked things out for us. He had a pleasant demeanor and even joked once or twice. I felt very comfortable hear. When he learned that I was driving to Vegas, he even gave me a newer vehicle with Vegas plates. The car was clean and didn't smell of smoke. Prajwal even checked the oil and determined that none was needed. The process was quick and painless and I was in and out fairly quickly. My answer was simple, yes the car needs maintenance the dashboard is beeping and screaming it. Your a car rental company, you should make sure the cars are legal to drive before you start renting them out. Super Cheap Rental is solely run by him. He has a few cars to be rented and based on what you choose will determine the amount of mileage allotted. We were given a Nissan Versa, we thought it was quite perfect for the the small parking spaces in San Jose and Bay. Excellent on gas mileage too! The best part was the pricing, it really is cheap! We also got picked up from the airport but that was probably because he didn't have any clients prior to appointment. We took a Lyft to the airport since Sundays the office is closed. All in all, we'd rent again.
