She managed the whole lobby so professionally and orderly. There were a bunch of us waiting but we all got serviced quickly and efficiently (and with a smile)! I didn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes when Henry came over to help me. Incredibly friendly he showed me some options outside and even offered to speed up the clean up of a taller car that I wanted instead of forcing me to stick with a small car. The rental itself was gorgeous, she did what she had to do that weekend with no issues. I even got a text that opened up any communications or questions I had for enterprise while I was gone for the weekend. Upon returning it was even faster if that's possible! When I said I needed a mid-sized SUV, he briefly put me on hold to check how many they had. Once everything was processed through my company, he called to remind me what I needed to bring. When I walked in, I was greeted by the most cheerful gal (Alayna?). I told her I loved her energy and she gave me a high five lol. Keanu showed me the cars, and was thorough with inspections, including checking if the car smelled like smoke. I know it's all standard protocol but saving time and frustration is always appreciated. I've rented from Enterprise at their former location, but even then I don't remember being this happy with the staff.

I originally signed up for a full size car but realized once we got the car that it was a little too cramped for our road trip. Rebecca was helpful in helping us choose a higher capacity vehicle, although there was limited selection. Also, it was an upgrade, therefore, there was additional price but it was still reasonable. We upgraded to a mid-size SUV but after a few miles of driving it, we noticed there was significant road drone noise with the tires. We called the 800# and explained to Rebecca the situation. Without any hesitation, she told us to come back for a replacement. We went back and the only other SUV available was a full-size SUV. She went ahead and upgraded us to the full size at no cost. Throughout the entire process, Rebecca was patient, she understood our needs, and was very helpful. The office, by the way, is located inside the hotel. There were no clear signs other than to walk inside and glance in all directions until you see the bright Hertz sign to your left and Rebecca with a big smile behind the counter. 5 stars for the customer service. 5 stars for their price (this is with co. discount) 4 stars for car selection.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of hiring someone from Facebook Marketplace to repair the damage. Instead of fixing it, he ultimately ruined my car; terrible dent repair and factory paint job. He then ghosted me when I confronted him. Definitely learned my lesson. Sometimes paying a little more for a professional (like Reliance) is worth every penny. Thankfully, I found Reliance Auto Collision & Rental, and they completely exceeded my expectations. They truly earned their i-CAR Gold Certification! The dent repair and paintwork came out flawless and perfect, you can't even tell anything ever happened. I originally brought my car in just to repair the two passenger doors, but they also noticed scratches on my side skirt and another side of my car and took care of those as well. That level of attention to detail and customer care meant a lot. The turnaround time here was also top tier. Another shop quoted me 2-3 weeks (or longer) and overall was not very transparent about the timeline. I dropped my car off on Sunday (on their off day), and they had it ready for me by Friday, in less than a week. A huge thank you to Elias, Masood, and their team for taking such great care of both me and my car. Where one collision repair shop in Fruitvale estimated $1800 (to take the whole panel off and work it), and another in Hayward estimated over $500, Elias hooked me up with the MOST unbelievable subtracting discount! I think & imagine I would only see something reserved to be offered in that degree given to a business owners' personal family or friends! To add to the exceptional, he and his guy offered to take care of me right there and then even though it was the late in the day (and it's not like I didn't see other cars being worked on too).
