This was important as we were going to do a 9-hour drive to Las Vegas and I wanted to share the driving with someone. We had a slight issue as the additional driver doesn't live in Hayward and we needed her to come sign early. Prajwal at this location was accommodating and worked things out for us. He had a pleasant demeanor and even joked once or twice. I felt very comfortable hear. When he learned that I was driving to Vegas, he even gave me a newer vehicle with Vegas plates. The car was clean and didn't smell of smoke. Prajwal even checked the oil and determined that none was needed. The process was quick and painless and I was in and out fairly quickly.
