Jules was very patient and explained the contract quickly and thoroughly. The rental was a 2026 GMC Terrain and was really fun and nice to drive. They washed and vacuumed it well prior to releasing it to me. My only complaint was that when I used the AC, it smelled like the previous renters smoked in the vehicle and it stuck around the vents (which was no fault of Enterprise). (though the tablet used was Dee's) and my overall experience with Enterprise. Due to limited vehicle availability, I was given a blue hybrid Toyota Camry. While my reservation email indicated I would receive a Nissan Altima, I could see that vehicle had been assigned to another customer ahead of me. During the vehicle review Benjamin asked what brought me in. I explained that I had filed a comprehensive insurance claim after running over debris on the highway. His response was, "I've never heard that one before." The comment came across as dismissive and condescending. After I provided additional details about my vehicle, Benjamin responded by saying, "Well, this car is better." I did not ask for his opinion on my vehicle, and the remark felt very unnecessary and unprofessional. The overall interaction felt standoffish and unwelcoming. As a customer I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not my experience during this portion of my visit.

We had a slight issue as the additional driver doesn't live in Hayward and we needed her to come sign early. Prajwal at this location was accommodating and worked things out for us. He had a pleasant demeanor and even joked once or twice. I felt very comfortable hear. When he learned that I was driving to Vegas, he even gave me a newer vehicle with Vegas plates. The car was clean and didn't smell of smoke. Prajwal even checked the oil and determined that none was needed. The process was quick and painless and I was in and out fairly quickly. Here's What I Think... I will make this my go-to car rental place whenever needed. If you live in Hayward, please consider this place.

I had a minor incident that left considerable scratches, markings, and a small dent or two on my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander (not white). I dropped by just to get an estimate, and even though I didn't make an appointment, Elias was cool & considerate enough to still take me and checked it out. Where one collision repair shop in Fruitvale estimated $1800 (to take the whole panel off and work it), and another in Hayward estimated over $500, Elias hooked me up with the MOST unbelievable subtracting discount! I think & imagine I would only see something reserved to be offered in that degree given to a business owners' personal family or friends! To add to the exceptional, he and his guy offered to take care of me right there and then even though it was the late in the day (and it's not like I didn't see other cars being worked on too). I waited with him in his office, and we were just shooting the breeze. Elias is just the coolest, chillest, most laid back, most personable guy. A guy that's eager to do you a favor, do what he can for you; completely why you can see how I described him/them as an establishment/person that will treat & take care of you like a family or friend. And if you are big dog lover like I am, there's a bonus with his office/business, and I loved hanging out with him and his dog (I think his name was Jake). He was a true professional and just a flat-out nice guy. No pressure whatsoever just good service. The office is pretty much just a big trailer. Well, that's okay I don't really need a luxurious surrounding. Like others have stated it's just a set price so you don't have the hassle of negotiating. We always get cars that are still under warranty so there's really no risk at all. In the past you could always return a car after a few days, we have never had any reason to do so. The last time we bought a car here we were actually out in 45 minutes. That's pretty darn good. The only time we had a big problem is when they supposedly pre-checked car actually had worn tires. That was not so good but they made it right when I pointed it out to them. They put on some brand new tires for me. Okay they made it right and that's fine. The other problem we had was pretty minor. The cars don't seem to have the second key fob. They will get you another one but it's a bit of a hassle to go have one made at the shop. So for my next purchase I will ask ahead of time to make sure it has both key fobs.

I got estimates clearly stating a certain total price for the project, but afterward got charged extra. When I called to inquire, they said their policy was weekend delivery cost more and my initial estimate included their weekday delivery rate, not weekend, and they couldn't honor the weekday rate they quoted me in the estimates they had given me.
