(though the tablet used was Dee's) and my overall experience with Enterprise. Due to limited vehicle availability, I was given a blue hybrid Toyota Camry. While my reservation email indicated I would receive a Nissan Altima, I could see that vehicle had been assigned to another customer ahead of me. During the vehicle review Benjamin asked what brought me in. I explained that I had filed a comprehensive insurance claim after running over debris on the highway. His response was, "I've never heard that one before." The comment came across as dismissive and condescending. After I provided additional details about my vehicle, Benjamin responded by saying, "Well, this car is better." I did not ask for his opinion on my vehicle, and the remark felt very unnecessary and unprofessional. The overall interaction felt standoffish and unwelcoming. As a customer I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not my experience during this portion of my visit.

"You should have brought the vehicle back" "The vehicle doesn't need maintenance" The right response should have been: "Oh my gosh the tags are expired!, sorry about that." "Thanks for letting us know about the maintenance we will be sure to get right on that.." Frank was arrogant and unaccountable. My answer was simple, yes the car needs maintenance the dashboard is beeping and screaming it. Your a car rental company, you should make sure the cars are legal to drive before you start renting them out. We had a slight issue as the additional driver doesn't live in Hayward and we needed her to come sign early. Prajwal at this location was accommodating and worked things out for us. He had a pleasant demeanor and even joked once or twice. I felt very comfortable hear. When he learned that I was driving to Vegas, he even gave me a newer vehicle with Vegas plates. The car was clean and didn't smell of smoke. Prajwal even checked the oil and determined that none was needed. The process was quick and painless and I was in and out fairly quickly. Here's What I Think... I will make this my go-to car rental place whenever needed. If you live in Hayward, please consider this place.

However, I have to dock a star for each time I've rented a car it has not come with a full tank of gas. Sometimes it's half a tank, other times, it's a quarter tank. I know it's a first world problem and it's nice that I can return the car with gas at the same level, but it would just be nice to pick up the car with a full tank of gas and be able to hit the road without adding another unnecessary stop. My car…read moreis less than a year old, a virgin, never even had as much as a rock chip or scratch, was slightly dented. After looking around at different auto body shops, I landed on Reliance. Elias and his brother are top tier -- Both extremely communicative and advocates for the customer. Elias is personable and relatable, easily dispelling the anger and frustration from being in this predicament. He urged me to look out for things that I didn't know to look for. He's worked with numerous car insurance companies and rental agencies and so the entire process was smooth and easy. Apart from the hurdles of dealing with the other person's insurance (nothing related to Reliance), I finally received my car back safe and sound. I'm extremely happy with the results. My car is wrapped with a color PPF that they were able to safely remove, remove the dent, and repaint the bumper. I am looking forward to rewrapping him once the paint curing period is over. Overall, amazing experience. I hope I never have to see them again but if I ever have another incident with my car, I'll know where to go.

He was a true professional and just a flat-out nice guy. No pressure whatsoever just good service. The office is pretty much just a big trailer. Well, that's okay I don't really need a luxurious surrounding. Like others have stated it's just a set price so you don't have the hassle of negotiating. We always get cars that are still under warranty so there's really no risk at all. In the past you could always return a car after a few days, we have never had any reason to do so. The last time we bought a car here we were actually out in 45 minutes. That's pretty darn good. The only time we had a big problem is when they supposedly pre-checked car actually had worn tires. That was not so good but they made it right when I pointed it out to them. They put on some brand new tires for me. Okay they made it right and that's fine. The other problem we had was pretty minor. The cars don't seem to have the second key fob. They will get you another one but it's a bit of a hassle to go have one made at the shop. So for my next purchase I will ask ahead of time to make sure it has both key fobs.

They also offered delivery and pickup for an extra fee. The only part of the experience that was not as ideal is the staff member who helped me with the initial pricing and estimate forgot that delivery on the weekend (which is when I had delivery scheduled for) was more expensive than what he quoted me. I got estimates clearly stating a certain total price for the project, but afterward got charged extra. When I called to inquire, they said their policy was weekend delivery cost more and my initial estimate included their weekday delivery rate, not weekend, and they couldn't honor the weekday rate they quoted me in the estimates they had given me.
