Seems like the proper cleaning attention isn't given to rentals at this establishment. Picked up car was dripping wet as if it had just been washed. Not a horrible place to rent from. Enterprise has their rules and this site enforces them. The lady I dealt with clearly was used to dealing with people who wanted her to break the rules so all of my questions were met with stern answers as in "don't even try to fuck with me". I like warm, she was cold, but she did her job and I can't ask for much more. read more

Coriana needs to be fired. It seems like as many complaints she has gotten, she still seems to be there. And specifically after she told me she makes enough money, she doesn't need that job. LOL Jenny, however is very nice & such a huge help. The manager that called in regards to coriana, didn't say much beside "I'll talk to her" which obvi talking to her in the past hasn't helped. Great service with awesome customer care from the manager at this spot. I've been to several over the years and really it's only when you find a solid leader from the top down that makes you come back for more. Hell im driving an hour to rent just to insure im not taken advantage of as I have from other spots. From the start, Yuri took care of me. The car i rented was new, clean and in fantastic condition. I had SiriusXm radio for free the first day of my drive and returned an hour past check in due to hiccups on my drive back but not a problem with their understanding! I also left my vehicle onsite without issue. Not all locations are alike. You'll be in safe hands with this office. Just ask for Yuri!! read more

I tried renting a car from this location last minute as my boat was unexpectedly being serviced at the marina in nearby Winthrop harbor. When I called for availability the customer service representative took my information then put me on hold to schedule a pickup. 5 minutes later the representative picked up my call and told me that she did not have a vehicle for me and had no clue when one would become available. I asked that she investigate and call me in an hour since she already had all my reservation information. She stated that she would. That was 3 days ago. I never heard back from her. I would NOT recommend renting from this location. I ended up finding a vehicle in nearby gurnee at Avis. Avis was VERY helpful and actually cared about my situation. read more

I always rent from Enterprise when I take out of town trips! I've seen many employees come and go - but the service has always been consistent. They have always treated me with great courtesy and customer service! I've never had an issue with them being unprofessional or rude. I had an issue with one car that decided to "quit" on me - and they jumped through hoops to ensure that I had a new car and that all was good! I've received some upgrades without asking - I couldn't ask for any better service! Keep it up! read more

I went into Enterprise to see exactly what I needed to rent a car. I was told I needed a utility bill and or phone bill if I was paying for the rental with a debit card. If I was paying with a major credit card I wouldnt need the bills. I made them aware that I didnt have any utilities in my name but I did have a phone bill that I had access to online. I went home and printed out my phone bill and called Enterprise to then make a reservation. I informed the lady on the phone I had a phone bill printed from online, she then stated that as long as my name and address were the same as on my drivers license then it would be fine. I made her aware that I would be paying with a debit card and she said that would be fine. I get to Enterprise to pick up the car and they will not accept my phone bill because its not a contract phone bill. I then asked why that was not explained to me the two times I made each Enterprise associate aware that I was printing out my phone bill. I was then told they dont know why I wasnt told that but because it wasnt a contract phone bill my reservation would be cancelled. The associates at the Enterprise office were very rude and couldnt give me much explanation on why I wasnt made aware that they could only take contract phone bills. They didnt care to try and help after they realized the bill was not a contract. read more
