Which is ridiculous because that's HIS job. Im not sure if he's still working there. Once I took my car home, I posted my review explaning my experience with the staff and received a call that same day. It was the other manager, he asked if I can delete/ update review and was promised 3 free oil changes to make up for my terrible experience with them and a full interior and exterior detail due to the fact that when I purchased and took my vehicle home it wasn't even cleaned (dog hair and dirt everywhere). I have taken it back to get detailed wasted 2 days taking it back, when I picked up my vehicle both times it was just lightly cleaned. They didn't even bother to pick up the floor mats to vacuum. Now to date I have called to try to get my oil change and detail and was told they don't remember any of this being said to me. Definitely will not be referring ring anyone to this dealership. You might as well go spend your money anywhere else since they don't value their customers at all.

I'm extremely disappointed. I worked hard for every dollar I spent on this car, and to have problems immediately after driving it off the lot is unacceptable. A customer shouldn't have to deal with major mechanical issues right after purchasing a vehicle. l've owned several used cars over the years, and I've never experienced anything like this immediately after a purchase.
