Speaking from my experience, my first visit to Enticare, Chandler was an emergency situation. I called as a new patient that needed a same day appointment. They accepted me and Li Li helped me wrap my head around what was going on with me. The staff is professional and respectful. Christina Miller is better than good at what she does. She's knowledgeable and has a pleasant energy that is welcomed. She's thorough and makes sure you understand what needs to be done and how. I've been a patient for a few years now and I've seen a great deal of improvement is my situation. read more

This office is amazing, they were upfront and honest with me about how to treat my sinus problems. The Dr. was waiting for me when I got called back to the room, which was awesome in itself. Going to the Dr. is never fun, but the entire staff was fabulous!!!! I also had a minor Sinus issue and popped into the office without an appointment and the girls in front took my problem seriously, and didn't get frustrated at all. We were originally scheduled for 11/19/19. The office called us to tell us that we needed to reschedule because the Dr was actually not available that day. They moved our appointment to 2pm on 10/23/19, I specifically asked how long the appointment should be because I have to meet my 6-year-old's school bus at 3pm and I live in Tempe. I was told it would be around a 30 minute appointment. I figured it would be ok because as long as I leave there by 2:45pm, then I can make it for the school bus. We arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. My daughter saw them previously, so I wasn't aware that we would need to complete the paperwork again, if they had told me that on the phone, then we would have come even earlier than we did. Not a big deal, but still an inconvenience. They called us back into the "scope" room around 2:10pm. My daughter has already had a sleep study that diagnosed Sleep Apnea, the Dr at this practiced had previously tried to schedule her to have her tonsils out. We weren't able to do it then, so we're here now trying to get her scheduled for the surgery. The nurse tells us that the doctor wants to use the scope to look in my daughter's nose. They put medicine up my daughter's nose to number her before the scope. Suddenly, they come into the room and tell us that the doctor will not be coming in and they need to move us to a different room because they only have one "scope" room and they need it for another patient... They had already numbed my daughter's nose?! This was around 2:20pm. The walk us to another room but when they open the door, there is another patient in the room. They quickly explain that it's "ok" because he is the patient that needs the "scope" room and he will be leaving. At this point, they shuffle the other patient past us and then without wiping anything down or any other type of cleaning, they usher us into the room and left us there. The room smelled disgusting. I think the patient in there before us had like halitosis or something, but the stench was overwhelming. I couldn't even stay in the room. I left the door open and returned to the room around 2:30pm. The room still smelled bad, but it was tolerable. At 2:42pm, we had still not been seen by the doctor. When I asked a nurse in the hall way if she knew how much longer the doctor would be, she told me, "You'll have to wait. She's with another patient and can see you after." I said, "That's fine, but I need to know how long it will be because I have to leave. Our appointment was at 2pm and it's now 2:42pm and we still haven't seen the doctor." She repeated what she had just said... I told them that we needed to leave and we can reschedule. The staff at the front said, "Well, if you leave now, just know that they're booking way out..." I said, "Ok, no worries, we'll find someone else then." The staff at this office literally gives ZERO F's about patient retention or service. It's unfortunate because my husband was supposed to have a sleep study done at the Scottsdale location but we will be cancelling and taking our business somewhere else. I pay $203 biweekly for my health insurance. I'm sure they have better providers on our network and I fully intend to find one. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star because the Scottsdale office is better and if you're going to that office, you'll probably have a good experience. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! As a new patient, I made an appointment for my 19 year old son and I see the doctor. I asked for the Gilbert Office, was told they are closed indefinitely due to Covid. Was schedule then for the Chandler office. Was told that we needed to wait in the car after check in by the scheduler when she confirmed my appointment. When we arrived at the office, my son stayed in the car and I checked him in that I could pay for the visit. I was told by Rosa, very rude and short with me, I would not be able to join my son in the office. My son has some disabilities and I prefer to make sure that I attend appointments with him to ensure that the doctor gets all the information and then I know what is discussed. I asked to speak with the office manager Kate, who never came to talk with me or discuss my concerns. I tried to explain that due to my son's disabilities I need to go with him to see the doctor. Rosa, again very rudely told me that unless I had paperwork to prove this disability, which is a 50 page report from a local neuropsychologist, I would not be allowed in. Rosa also told me that I was already told this information? Ah, no. When I left, I noticed a couple walking out of the office that I overheard making a follow up appointment for the Gilbert Office, did a mention they were a COUPLE? I had on a mask, was willing to have my temp taken, whatever. I can't believe that the office manager Kate, never attempted to come to the lobby to speak to me, they could care less about my son's appointment. By the way Rosa, I was never told that we both wouldn't be able to go together. I really hope that there are some changes, because what you told me and what I saw in your office was completely different. Couples walking in and out of the office, but I couldn't go in with my son when I am paying for this? No, not going to happen. I will be letting my insurance company know about your serious lack of service as well. Poor, really, really poor! read more

Save yourself the time and money and go ANYWHERE but here!!!! I had my sons PCP tell me he needs his tonsils ASAP, we ended up in the ER the night before his apt and his discharge papers say to have his tonsils removed! We go to the apt and the nurse was RUDE literally cut me off from speaking and told me to save it for the doc! Then the doc comes in and i start to talk and i tell her he was diagnosed with strep last night, i kid you not the doc gets up and comes back with a M95 mask on , its strep not the rona ‍ she literally stood 3 feet away to look down his throat NEVER put hands on him! And said she wants to do a sleep study in 6 weeks!!! My son is almost 6 years old, weighs about the same as his 3 year old sister! He cant eat he cant breathe and she wants to push this out for a sleep study?! Total crap! Then my husband calls to talk to the doc and the nurse calls back and basically calls me a liar that she examined him with a tongue depressor and everything! She never touched my son!!!!! read more

My neurologist texted me to let me know he had sent a referral for a hearing test to Enticare. I called and they said they had not received it and stated they would call me in a week when the fax arrived. They finally called and tried to book me at the Deer Valley location even though I live in the East Valley. I finally got an appointment at the Chandler location. I arrived at 11 for an 11:30 appointment for a hearing test. The lobby was so full there were no chairs left. Every single person was called back before me including 4 patients who arrived after me. When I was finally called back at 12:15 the nurse practitioner wanted to prescribe an antibiotic and steroid even though my referral was for a hearing test. She asked me to go to lunch and come back at 1 pm. She said they don't take appointments for hearing tests without an appointment with the practitioner. I asked why the receptionist booked it without telling me that and there was no answer. Major waste of my time. read more

I had an appt in which I waited well over an hour to see Dr. Knott untill I finally just left, paid my copay and all which I was told would be refunded. I spent the first 30 min in the waiting room with unruly kids running wild like it was a day care ctr. Neither the parents or staff addressed it. I decided to wait outside where I could still hear the kids. 45 min into my wait I asked how long, they said should be any min. 10 min later I asked again and got the same but was then walked to a room where I waited another 15 minutes until I decide I was done. Very unprofessional for a Dr.'s office to allow both that long of a wait and the chaos in the waiting room. read more

Do not go here. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They wanted me to come in for an appointment to hear the results of an ultrasound when the doctor said she would call me with the results. I've had several ultrasounds done and never had to come in for a separate appointment to get the results. After talking with three people, someone said the doctor will call me tomorrow with the results. The doctor called me back and gave very little information about the results. I am very disappointed and will not be going back. I plan on getting my ultrasound and getting another opinion, I don't trust their observance. read more

I have been told that I had to reschedule since the Dr.(s) I came to see for a simple results reading was not there. They had me reschedule 3 TIMES and had me drive to Chandler and Casa Grande location for absolutely no reason! They told me that the doctor would not be at that location AFTER I had driven there from Maricopa! I see my Primary care provider this Saturday to hopefully get me referred to a different ENT specialist. Unbelievable. I STILL haven't had my results read to me after rescheduling 3 different times! I only had a very brief phone call last night which the lady barely told me anything and that i will have to reschedule (again) so they can once again scope my nose and tell me if Ill need surgery or not. And what do you know? this morning they told me that I will have to reschedule my appt.for tomorrow. what a joke! read more

A very unprofessional operation! I made an appointment with this office and was told to come at 9:45, but if I went on the patient portal and filled out my information, which I did, I wouldn't need to come until 10:15. I arrived and signed in at 10:00, was ignored until 10:15, at which time the receptionist called me up and told me that my appointment was for 9:45, and that I would have to reschedule. I showed her my notes which said my appointment was at 10:15, but after checking with the doctor she insisted I would have to reschedule. I am working night shift and had to get up in the middle of my sleep to make this appointment! After reading other reviews on here I see that this is not an unusual occurrence! I will find a different doctor in an office that has some respect for their clients! read more

Dr. Viteri's work is absolutely amazing! If you're looking to have an actual doctor instead of an esthetician for Injections this is the place to go. Dr. Viteri is very accurate and very precise. This Enticare location in Chandler has proven to be one of the most unprofessional, disorganized and customer "No Service" healthcare providers I have ever encountered. I have had two hearing appointments cancelled in the past 6-weeks due to scheduling mistakes by their office staff. In each case, the practitioner who was scheduled to see me was a 'No Show' and the office left me a voice mail message 2-hours ahead of my scheduled appointment. In both instances, I called back to reschedule, but, could only get through to their answering service. Needless to say, I have moved on and scheduled to see another Ear, Nose and Throat provider. read more

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. My Dr sent over a referral (on a Friday) and I called on that Same Friday around noon to schedule an appointment and they did not answer. Their voicemail says that if you call before 4pm they will return your call the same business day. So, I left a message with all my information. I didn't get a call back until the following Friday, 7 days later. I asked why it took so long for a call seeing as my dr sent over the referral a week ago and I called and left a message a week ago. The scheduler immediately coped an attitude with me. And said "well did you not want to make an appointment now?" To which my response was that I clearly still needed to see a specialist. So I scheduled an appointment, not knowing where else to go. When I arrived at my appointment the wait time wasn't very long. The Nurse that got my vitals was nice. When Dr.Homan Mostafavi came into the room he introduced him self and asked me a few questions. And then did a quick exam. During the exam he never spoke to me but talked to the nurse who was entering the information into a laptop. I know at the time my left tonsil was swollen a lot. But the Dr still did not say and/or mention anything about the exam he just did on me. He then asked some more questions. Then Proceeds to tell me that what is causing me to have chronic sinusitis 7-30days(every month) out of the month is a migraine 1-2 days of the month(inconsistent, sometimes not even 1 day a month) and that he will order a CT scan, but will probably have to refer me to a neurologist. The nurse then walked me to the scheduler and said that I just needed to go get a CT scan but to push back the follow up 4-6 weeks(seems like a very long time especially when suffering every single day) While standing at the scheduler I had to wait 20 minutes to schedule the next appointment because the scheduler was in the middle of being trained and no one else could help me and they could not be interrupted. To which said that Dr. Mostafavi will not be with Entricare after that so I'll have to see another Dr after that. I completed the CT scan the same week. And called the office to push up my appointment, and inform them that I just completed the CT scan that morning. The woman that answered asked if it was for the chandler office. I confirmed. She then said that I could not move up my appointment and when I questioned why she then said I could move it up 2 weeks to another dr. Then said "you're having surgery right?" And I let her know that I was not having surgery and just reviewing a CT scan. To which she then said I could move my appointment to the same day. I explained to her that I just got the CT scan done and then had to explain that it takes a few days for Simon Med to send the office the results. And asked if we could do next week. She set me up an appointment for the following week and confirmed the chandler locations one last time. When I went into the chandler location for my appointment the woman at the follow up scheduler desk said that they do not start appointments at their location on Wednesday and Thursday until 9 am. And my appointment was for the Gilbert location. (my appointment was scheduled for 8AM) *looked at the sign In clipboard and someone had signed in at 7:45 for an 8AM appointment time* The woman never got up and never looked at me. Just proceeded to look at her computer and I told her that when I scheduled it they confirmed multiple times for the chandler location. And she said that they don't do appointments that early. I told her that I would have to reschedule then for next Tuesday. And she said okay. I then asked her when I call the office does it not ring to this direct office? Or does it go to a call center? To which she responded that it rings to all of their offices. I immediately called my primary care dr to get a referral to a different dr and will be canceling my appointment with this horrible place. read more

Dr. M is awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I am very happy I went here for my care. These guys get very busy doing their job and see many patients in a day so it can be a bit of a wait sometimes but I think with Dr's who actually take their time with their patients listening to them and making sure to give them proper care, that can be understood and respected. Talk about a ridiculous wait every time you're scheduled for an appointment! Every time you're guaranteed to wait over an hour ... even when given an appointment months in advance. Girls at the front desk rarely know what's going on and seem to be under qualified to handle payments. Once you finally get back to the room, the doctors are knowledgeable and helpful! Just sad that you have to explain how insurance works repeatedly to the front desk teens before you can be seen for an appointment. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today, I drove over an hour to make an appointment. Traffic was crazy. Recognizing my predicament, As a courtesy, I called which meant navigating through their extraordinarily difficult phone system to speak to a live person. I suggested that I would likely be a few minutes late. It turned out that I was spot on 15 minutes late (their limit!!!)and they would not see me. It took a month to get the appointment scheduled! Somewhere along the process, from referral to scheduling, you'd think they'd make mention of this unfriendly, Happy to take my business business elsewhere. I did call the referral person at my GP to schedule with a different provider and to let them know what happened. read more

I had scheduled for both of my kids to be seen back to back for their tonsils. The woman who scheduled my appointment said the appointments start at 2:30 on the 4th at the Chandler office, but to arrive at 2pm to complete new patient paperwork I even asked her the date and time a second time while on the phone with her and she confirmed to arrive at 2pm. When I get there, I am told I should have arrived at 1pm because One of my kids (#2) was scheduled for 1:30pm and the other (#1) at 2:30pm. I told the woman checking in the patients that I was told to arrive at 2pm. She apologized and told me it was a scheduler from a different office that scheduled me, but she that one of my kids could still be seen that day and she could reschedule one of my kids for the 25th of the month. I was furious. So om oldest (#1) was seen on the 4th of Feb. When kid #1 was able to be seen by Dr. Knott, the appointment lasted a maximum 15 minutes with Dr. Knott spending maybe 10 minutes with us. Today, the 15th, I get a call and I am told that my other child's (younger-#2) appointment (on the 25th) has to be rescheduled because Dr. Knott said to reschedule it. So it was rescheduled, for what I assume is the Chandler office because I explained that any appointment must be made for the Chandler office. The woman scheduled it for the 1st of March. (It takes me 40 minutes to get to the Chandler office and that office is the only office closest to my house.) The scheduler called me back to tell me the appointment on Mach 1st is at the Gilbert office. I explained that it is not okay because the Gilbert office is too far. So now, my child (#2) has to wait until March 18th to even be seen for the first time. All the while, both of my kids are snoring and having difficulty swallowing most of the time because their tonsils are so enlarged that my oldest child has been diagnosed with obstructive apnea and is getting next to no restful sleep... Still waiting for the call to schedule surgery for my oldest! The scheduler(s) don't give a damn, nor do the ones who "check-in" patients. Bring your own chair, because the waiting area is almost always full and you'll be waiting a long time to be seen. read more

Went here today because I was supposed to have a doctors appointment at 2:45pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and signed in. I was never informed that the doctor was running late, and after almost AN HOUR AND A HALF of sitting in the waiting room in hopes of seeing the doctor, I decided I had had enough and left. The staff at the front desk were not very apologetic either. I rescheduled my appointment for next week, but I do not think I will return to this facility afterwards. read more

Very disappointed with Enticare, my first apt went well, but all downhill from there. They do not return phone calls. I called their after hour number and left a message. They never called back. They leave the numbers of the doctors for emergency so I called the doctor and left a message ( I was very ill and told him so in the message ) He never called back. I called the following day and they had me call another office, again, you get a message and nobody calls you back. Three strikes and your out. I took that as a sign to get a new doctor. Hate this place. All my appointments I've waited a minimum of 30 minutes to get into a room. This is one of those places you plan several hours for. Additionally, the bulk of the staff is rude! It's not kid friendly, despite taking pediatric patients. If you get a choice, I recommend another ENT. read more

Still waiting for my confirmation email from 3 weeks ago, that never was sent. Then they changed the appointment and didnt send reminder calls or answer their office phone. Getting ahold of this office is a pain in the a**. I had to call them for the script they were supposed to send in. The service received was terrible. First, I requested a Doctor, and they still sent in a NP. Absolutely terrible service. After questioning why it was suggested my child be on up to 3 medication, I was told there was no diagnosis BUT they would like to go for a CT (at a later time mind you) when her prior allergy test was negative. Medication should NEVER be the first choice, especially for children. Diagnose first. "Trial and error" is a disgusting way to practice medicine on anyone, much more a child. I had a new patient appointment with a DR at the Chandler office. I'll leave her name out as she could have just had a busy or bad day. . I was skeptical when I set it, as this office also sells Botox and facials. However it was close to my work, so it made sense. This was the worst appointment ever. I don't think the dr even spent 5 mins with me. My appointment was for swooshing in the ear. The dr took me into the exam room only looked at my ear and told me what she thought it could be... it was like I did a google search and she gave the answers and what if's. Prescribed me Flonase and an oral steroid & guaranteed it was hearing loss. The appointment was interrupted by an assistant and took me out of the room without the dr asking me if I had any questions. They scheduled my hearing test for 3 weeks out... since then I found a real ENT down the street and have had my hearing test- no hearing loss. And I just cancelled my hearing test with this office. Please do your research before seeing this office in Chandler. read more

First off, this location does NOT have a MD!!! They will refer you elsewhere or to their Casa Grande office to be seen by MD. Isnt that why i'm here? Whatever, anyway... I got an appointment into this place pretty quick. Though every time I waited in the uncomfortable waiting room for at least 45 minutes past my appointment. I was NEVER taken on time. Though they will charge you if you're 15 minutes late. BS. The NP is very rude and short. I recognized her from previously being the NP at the CVS Minute Clinic at Alma School & Germann. I disliked her then and I really dislike her now! I went in there unable to hear on my right ear. She of course only talked to me on my right side. When I told her this and I can't hear what she's saying, her response "That's okay". Never repeated herself once. Dr. Knott was okay, she found out what the problem is and referred me to a Dr. in Phoenix to do the surgeries I am needing. Dr. Knott is a DO not MD so her practice is limited. Several months later I got a call from their Gilbert office for an appointment reminder that I never scheduled. They were confused when I said to cancel it. Save yourself the time and aggravation and find an actual ENT Doctor, not Enti-don'tcare. read more

I saw Dr. Trainer to see if he could help me breath through both sides of my nose(deviated septum). He prescribed two Antihistamines for one month before going for a cat scan. I told him I was very sensitive to any type of drugs because they are very foreign to my body. When ending up with serious reactions I called the office and left a message within 3 days asking for help due to the pain I was experiencing(sharp ice pick pain in my ear, throbbing pain in my neck, unable to eat, or sleep unless sitting up and taking Ibuprophin) . No call back, called again, in 2 days spoke to trauma line, they asked if I was bleeding and said they were trauma only. I went to Urgent Care they found my blood pressure was way higher than I've ever had it before but no infection. I proceeded to take prescriptions not knowing that was the cause. Called the office again while Dr. Trainer was there, his assistant didn't call me back until the next day. By then I had to go to Urgent Care again and all my symptoms were from both meds. A doctor that can't respond when a patient is truly struggling is not one I would ever want to see again. read more
