First time experience. I decided to wait three weeks to see if my gel polish started to chip, peel or crack. I'm happy to report my gel manicure is still in perfect shape dispute the gap that needs to be filled in. Please note I am very rough on my nails, being a busy mom and running behind two German shepherds. I had a great experience at this salon even with No appointment they managed to fit me in on a busy Saturday at 4pm. The service was great, staff was personable, everyone wore a mask and practiced social distancing. I got a regular gel manicure which was about $36 (good price in my opinion). I booked an appointment three days prior for two spa pedicures for my husband and I. We waited 15 minutes past our appointment time and then come to find out the person on the phone never wrote down the appointment. Instead of waiting another 15 minutes past our appointment we rescheduled for Monday night. We arrived promptly on time for our appointment and my husband and I were seated in the pedicure chairs. The tech asked who wanted to go first because she was going to start and it sounded like once another tech was done they would come over and start the other person. No big deal since there were two other techs in the building. I had my husband start his service since his feet are rougher than mine. Well, 35 minutes later and no one started my pedicure yet. I decided just to not get my pedicure. The whole point of booking together is we like to have the experience together, not be almost an hour behind the other person and now we are here for 2 hours. Extremely frustrating experience and we won't be back. Also, it seems there is no hot water hooked up to their pedicure chairs. The service started luke warm at best and got cold just 10 minutes later. The tech asked about my water before I decided to not get my pedicure and I told her it was cold, cold. She got up and came back with a boiling electric tea pot to put hot water in the basin. My husband had to wait another 10 minutes to get boiling hot water in his basin so more than half of his pedicure was done with COLD water. Completely unacceptable especially when it's $61.00 for the "ultimate" pedicure we selected. If you are looking for a professional, relaxing pedicure you WILL NOT find it here. read more

First of all I don't like to complain about a business because I know we are all working to make a living. However, I went in today as a walk in and a young pleasant lady offered to do my nails only to get yelled at by manager or owner that there were others who were waiting. The person was still getting a pedicure!!! And she told the young girl "you handle the mess you got into"My complaint was how owner or manager embarrassed the young girl who was trying to do her job. They charge $12 to take off gel polish during your pedicure which was very odd to me. She rushed through my pedi like they had a shop full of people, mind you it was literally only 3 women in the shop including myself. AND she only did ONE coat of gel polish on my toes. I had to continually tell the technician to fix bubbles in my nails, remove nail polish surrounding my nails, and received the grittiest hand massage because she did not wash her hands throughout. The salon and nail drying machine were also dirty. Do not recommend. read more

I had been coming here for a few years off and on. It's a decent option for Sundays and the salon itself is pleasant. The products are good, service is mediocre-the techs can be a little rough. One tech was amazing, gentle, great work! So I made an appointment with her intentionally for my next visit. I've gone to this salon for years. on 7/26/24 I went in for a pedicure. when I put my feet in the water it was cool. The water was running and filling up the basin but it was not getting hot. I advised the technician of this two times. I took my feet out in hopes that she would let the cool water out and start to fill up the basin once an acceptable water temperature was reached. She put her hand in and turned the water on again and it was still cool. at this point she said something that I didn't understand. I thought she was going to move me. She came back and tap my feet to go back in the basin. She then said she was cooking water and was going to add it. I advised her this was unacceptable. Another technician explained to her the dilemma. Nothing changed. When I asked for the manager all of a sudden no one could understand English. I left and went to Beverly Nail and Spa. I showed a inspo picture of what I wanted which was pink French tips + chrome and she said they could do it but the outcome was NOTHING like the picture. This place was a great find! My sisters, mother, and I found this as nearby salon. They were busy, since it was New Years Eve, but they fit us in for three pedis and three gel manis. They are under new management and I was really impressed with the efficient and friendly nature of the techs, as well as the color selection. The salon was clean and inviting. There were several "regulars" who stopped in while we were there as well for a variety of services, including eyebrow waxing, dips, and more. Best of all, as I was deciding what to do for my nails, the technician noticed that I didn't need a full manicure so she offered to just do a polish change. I originally came in to pick up gift cards for all of the Middle School teachers at my school. I walk in, and the ladies yell from their stand inquiring as to what I was interested in. I tell them a walk in for a basic manicure. She has tells me to sign in, and that's it. Then after a minute, she acknowledges me and says "come sit here" at her station...which she had been sitting at the entire time watching a video. I never pick my color, I never got her name, no pricing, nothing. I did get a mini bottle of water . Then she starts doing my nails GETS UP WITHIN 2 MINUTES OF BUFFING MY NAILS AND GOES TO TALK TO HER WORK FRIENDS!! When she finally returns, after a good 5 minutes. She begins the color (I brought one with me, but she didnt know this when I originally arrived.) Throughout the entire time she was working on my nails SHE IS WIPING HER NOSE WITH HER HAND and then going back to work!! Never washing her hands, just rubbing her snot on me! I'm almost done, hands are in front of the fan, not UV light, a fan. I ask how long? And she stands up and answers a PERSONAL PHONE CALL. The place is new and clean that's the good part. The girl that did my mani pedi was rude to an older lady that also worked there constantly. Turns out the older lady doesn't speak English so she had no idea how rude she was being talked to by Jenny. I may have to redo my nails as I have nail polish on my fingers outside of my nails. She didn't put a top coat in my toes and she missed one finger and when I pointed it out she was a little smartass. My friend that was with me was cut and the worker did not even stop to say anything or ask if she was ok. She simply kept on going. In reading previous reviews this has already happened in the past and obviously hasn't been corrected we should have taken Yelps feedback seriously. When asked if everything was ok my friend said yes I said not really but the kid checking us out didn't ask why. I wanted to get out so badly I'll redo my own nails. Awful. Tried to give a second chance. Its a shame the salon is beautiful but the service is shitty. The guy at the front desk was nice, and he was nice last time no problem there. The woman who did my pedicure was so NASTY. The salon was empty and she took her sweet time getting everything together. When I sat down she disappeared to the bathroom for about 10 min making me wait again very inconsiderate. She also was so rough with the cuticle clippers when I asked her to take it easy she got mad like I was wrong because she was rough. Then I went to pay and she was quick to put the card machine in front of me even before I sat down to dry my feet. You cant tip on the card so I told her I would get her cash. She sucked her teeth and said something under her breath to the guy at the front desk. I went and gave her a tip anyway she seemed thankful. She really deserved nothing at all in hindsight. Her job has to be hard and its not one that I would want. She literally had the shittiest attitude! If she is going to be hateful and rude she needs to quit. That place was empty for a reason and empty it shall remain of the service doesn't improve. I will take my dollar elsewhere where I wont be treated like I'm bothering staff. read more

First time coming here and not sure if I will return. My nails look great, but I did not get the full experience. I asked for a gel manicure which I assumed included all of the usual things, hand soak, cuticle oil, lotion, hot towel, massage, etc. All Tony did was remove my polish, cut my cuticles, and paint my nails. After my manicure I looked at their website and they advertise that they do all of those things as a part of their manicure package. According to the website the gel manicure should have been $30-35. If I did a gel color change then it would be $15. I was charged $25. I have no clue for what. This was also the fastest manicure I've ever had and I think he rushed through it. Although my nails look fine, I missed the experience of getting my nails done. I was also not offered any drinks as they claim they will. read more

When I walked in I asked them if they know how to do ombré nails I showed the julie the tech the picture of nails I wanted she said ok. She just painted them white and threw pink over them. She asked if I like I said no it wasn't what I expected and the white is sloppy then she cleans up the white and re painted my nails like 4 times trying to do ombré I just gave up and told her to do one solid color. The paint job was sloppy still!!!! I got home and as soon as I walked in the door my nail was breaking off from so much acrylic polish remover on my nails from the paint job! My nail was soaked off!!! I was going to come back to this place they offered to fix it the next day so now I have to leave work early to get it fix because when I got home they closed in 15mins! Decor lovely! Clean and relaxing atmosphere! It's what happens afterwards; my daughters wanted their nails done (full-set and gel polish). They decided to give Envy Nail Spa a try. Nearly everthing consist of an extra charge! I was shocked by my total cost, definitly more than I'm use to paying for them. At the time, they were happy with the service they had recieved. 3 days later however, each had a nail to break and peeling of gel polish(you would have thought their lives were coming to an end. Lol) One daughter went back to the spa and they happily fixed the problem AND at no cost! Now she's happy, I'm happy, we all happy! Thank you. WASTE OF MONEY AND BAD SERVICE. The salon itself is very pretty. The staff is rude and they treat you more as an inconvenience. I came today and it's my birthday.. I asked for champagne because they have a place on your paper when you sign in to request your drink. The lady talked to someone and then said no we have none. I asked for wine and she said we have none. They sat me at the pedicure chair and I saw huge bottles of champagne and wine. They weren't expensive bottles at all, the champagne was Cooks. They were all unopened. I asked why they have those but told me they have none. I figured it was because they were very slow and only one other person was in there and they didn't want to open new wine or champagne, maybe they just didn't have any chilled. I would have been fine with that. Instead, she said we don't use those. I let it go. Towards the very end of my pedicure a man came up to me and said he heard I wanted a drink, I said yes but it's okay, no thank you. And he referenced the bottles I initially asked about and said they have some. It's so rude to blatantly lie when they're in my face. The pedicure was 20 minutes max. She was very quick to ask me to pay though. I will not be returning at all, oh, and I need to go home and scrub my feet because they're still not soft like they normally are - compared to every single place I've ever been. read more

I'm from out of town and needed a new gel set. So I've decided to come here because it's near the house and the advertisement was nice. I walked it, it was very high class and nice looking. The lady who painted my toes and soaked off my gel was very nice until I was rushed by the next lady to have my gel painted. The color picked (FUNNY BUNNY) needed about 3 coats for it to look nice which was fine because the 1st lady picked it out for me. As I was getting my nails painted I realized she wasn't putting enough polish on each finger (she knew it wasn't enough gel polish because she she asked her co workers was there more of this color, but still painted anyways) they then proceeded to talk and asked me where I was from.. (plot twist, I can understand every word they said in their language), the tech beside her (HE WAS VERY NICE, GREETED US, TALKED TO US, I WISH I HAD HIM TO DO MY SERVICES) asked me to translate what they said and the lady who did my nails told him I didn't need to because it's none of my business. She was talking junk about people the whole time I was sitting in her chair. I felt very uncomfortable and it was highly unprofessional of her to do so. She asked me if I liked my nails, I said no. She proceeded to add more polish on my nails. Currently I have 5 coats, my shape is bad. For just a nail SALON and not a personal business, this place is also OVER PRICE which their work does not match their price. So don't come for a polish change and expect to not pay a fill in price. Got a gel "manicure" there yesterday and $35 it looks like I did them at home. The "hot" towels they use don't do anything if they sit out while your old gel soaks off. My cuticles weren't pushed or cut so the polish around them looks terrible. You can see in every single one of my fingers where she tried to "correct" the polish. I went back today and they looked at my nails and me like I was crazy and nothing was wrong. Their fix was for me to sit and soak off the polish (again) and do them over. That was not an option considering I wasn't going to waste another 1.5 hours there. I do NOT recommend this salon nor will I EVER go back. read more

I'm new to town, so I decided to check out this nail spa. My first visit was lovely. I had a manicure, which was wonderful. The decor is lovely here.m as well. Based on my previous experience, I decided to return...that was a bad idea. I started the fill-in process with Tony. He didn't get all of the polish off from my previous color that was applied. Acetone would have done the trick, but he used a drill to take it off. Smh. Tony did the overlay and asked me to wash my hands. I returned to find a new person standing there to finish up. No explanation about why or anything. Tony proceeds to do the customer's nails who was sitting next to me. The new guy finishes and my nails are wet, so I'm trying to pick up my things. No offer to assist me to the drying station, but was all smiles with the other customer, I'm guessing they're a regular customer. The best thing today was the guy at the front counter. He was polite and explained things to me, which speaks to his consistent disposition, since he was the same way during my first visit. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more
