I will never come back.. the guy who started my pedicure kept smacking my legs as if it was massaging me??? Then when i asked for acrylic on my toes because my nails split very easily, the whole staff was in an uproar over it. This is my first time coming here after visiting my mom and I can honestly say this was my WORST nail experience ever. I came in for a fill in set, they made a really big deal about the acrylic color on my nails and they wanted to find the perfect match. I said the closest match was okay but they wanted me to take the whole set off. They ended up finding a close match, but like I said i was okay with whatever. I had one lady start my nails but she didn't want to do it anymore she went to do a pedicure, and had Nini do it. Nini was very kind and gentle at first, she wanted to accommodate me the best way possible which i appreciate. She started doing my nails after showing her a inspo set, that she said she could do.. It got to the point where I started not to like it, her regular client came in for an appointment and she began to rush my nails and got VERY SLOPPY. I asked her if she could stop because i didn't like it. I was okay with just walking out with plain Jane nails but she was persistent. She would not stop and i grew uncomfortable, i told her to stop and just leave it as is and she just kept saying that I'm making her feel bad and that it looks just like the picture. I'm a non-confrontational person, I just wanted to leave at that point. She told me to come back in Monday and fix it and I told her I'm only in town for a few days and I don't have time. She proceeds to tell me " that's why no one wants to work with you cause you act like that and I have my other client here so I will finish." She didn't have to finish my set. I told her to stop. I've been nothing but nice and respectful. If someone is spending their money at your business you should do your best to make sure all your guest are satisfied not just your regular clients. I'm disgusted on how i was treated here and 100% will not be coming back and you shouldn't either. read more

Rude owner, terrible techs, techs unable to understand requests with pictures. Do not guarantee their work, rude customers, terrible customer service. First off they don't even deserve one star! My daughter went to have her nails done today and even brought a picture of what she wanted. While getting her nails done she noticed it wasn't matching what she had asked for, so tried to explain to her nail tech that it wasn't what she wanted. After 5 failed attempts to fix, my daughter left embarrassed. When she came home and showed me I immediately called the salon to try and get our money back so we could go have them fixed elsewhere. The owner refused to refund our money. I then went down in person to try and rectify the situation, but again the owner refused a refund. The customers in the store were also rude while I was explaining the situation, adding to the frustration. We will never utilize this store again, and I hope you don't either. I asked why they look like that they replied they look better???? Really come on! I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a shot as I don't have a standard nail salon and have had bad experiences at a few other ones around town. I went in without an appointment and only had to a wait a few minutes for someone to start working with me. I ended up having Sally, the business owner and let me tell you- she was incredible. She was so friendly and gentle with my hands, and actually listened to what I wanted. I'm a nail biter with weak beds and she made the entire process so pleasant. I walked in late Saturday afternoon. This salon is very clean. Most chairs were taken but it wasn't packed. My wait was less than five minutes. One lady started my pedicure. I was preoccupied on my phone and forgot to tell her not to cut my cuticles and she nicked me. I was able to stop her in time. She had to do a manicure so she left me and a guy finished my parafin wax, leg massage and polish. They didn't rush me out of the chair and did a good job. This place deserves less than 1 star. The absolute WORST manicure & customer service I've ever experienced. I called & made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon. When I walk in, no one says anything to me, not a hello, or can I help you. I said hi I made an appt for a gel manicure. Again no one said anything, they just started talking among themselves. So I walk over to the colors and start to pick out a color, 5 minutes later someone walks up to me and asks how can I help you. I tell him I'm here for a gel manicure. He said rudely "your looking at the wrong colors". Then he guided me to his station & he handed me a bucket with all the colors. I start to look through it and not even a minute goes by he pulls the basket from in front of me and says you'll have plenty of time let me take that polish off you. He then barely soaks my nails with acetone and starts aggressively scrapping the old gel polish off my nails. I asked if he could be more gentle or add more acetone, he said that wouldn't work & there's too much polish. If you've ever gotten a gel manicure before you know it can and does work. After the old polish was 95% off my nails he decided to soak my fingers in cold water. He then attempted to clean up my cuticles but he wasn't even touching my cuticles with the tool. Next I asked him to not clip my nails, just to file them a little because they are short. He listened to me for one hand and then clipped my other hand. My nails WERE all the same length when I arrived for this appointment. I left and they are all different shapes and sizes. After all that, he then proceeds to start the new polish with 5 % of my old color still my nails. If you care about what your nails look like, this is not the place for you. read more

I went here as my regular manicurist is out on medical leave. So disappointed as I read good reviews. I walked in and requested a pedicure. The young man barely spoke to me and didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted nor offered me a drink as I noticed others offered theirs customers. Then the water was boiling hot so I asked for it to be cooler. He just got a pitcher and dumped some out. He was very rough in trimming my cuticles and nails. I about came out do the chair a few times. I kept telling him it hurt. And he kept slinging water on me also. Definitely not a good experience and now my big toe really hurts. Also I had a torn nail so he left it uneven and get this, painted my skin that was exposed with the polish! Most places would use some glue on the tear and even the nail out. And not paint the skin! I had to go home and rework it myself. Be aware if you try this place. read more

Ok, I have learned my lesson... I will never cheat on Envy Nails again (too lazy to drive there). Not only do they do excellent nails, they make you feel welcome. They are so joyful and pleasant. I've been to lots of nail salons in the area and Sally did the most fabulous job on my nails by far. I took down my review of a different salon that cut me because coming to Envy, Sally proved that doing your nails can be quick, painless, and beautiful. I showed her a design I saw online and she did an even better job than the picture. She also offered refreshments during the appointment too, which was nice. Sally doesn't take appointments on weekends anymore but you can call ahead to see if she's busy. I'd be willing to wait for a seat with her because she's just that good. read more

I have never gotten in to one of my appointments within 30 min of waiting. i. e. apt at 5:30..... still waiting and it is 6:15... another customer here had her apt at 4:45 and is STILL WAITING!!! and nobody communicates at all. i wanted to give them another chance after walking out twice without even getting my nails done because i have waited up to 45 min. just such a waste of time. they literally pretend they don't even see you waiting. read more
