Terrible. New owner is rude and very dismissive. Overheard her refusing to honor a $60 gift certificate that was just bought because she wasn't treated fair by the past owner. That doesn't have anything to do with a customer coming in to use their gift certificate. She also stated she didn't care if she had customers in there or not and could care less if anyone knew about this situation. On occasion; Lisa, the manager, keeps her dogs in cages behind the nail tech tables. She also has a habit of talking negatively about her employees to customers (or atleast to me.) first color for gel mani i chose did not come out as intended, manager told me to pick another color- when i asked why the first color wasn't working, he rudely said "i don't know, sometimes they just happen like that". i picked another color. while applying this color, the nail tech buzzed off the corners of my left hand nails and redid them. when i asked why, she ignored me. the corners of all of those nails are now thicker than the others. read more

I went to this nail salon and they made my toes bleed. Its been four days and my toes still hurt from the cuts they gave me on my feet. My concerns are ppl with certain diseases, especially diabetes. When the technician was clipping my toe nails she not only hurt me but made them bleed. I said "ouch" several times, but unsure if it registered to her?? Then she continued and used a nail file which made me wonder how many others may have used the same file that I bled on or if other bled on it as well. This could be a serious issue for clients that walk in looking for a nice relaxing pedicure, but left possibly hurt or contracting something worse. If you look at my pictures i posted on my toes around the cuticle they are red and crusty and potentially look infected. I will be following up with my Doctor Monday to make sure it does not get worse. There will not be a next time, bc I wont be going back for many of the above reasons. I was recommended to try this nail salon by a friend of mine. The pedicure and manicure were comparable to other local salons. However I did ask for an acrylic nail on my big toe and the technician said they could not do this. I've had this done multiple times at other salons so now I have to go somewhere else to have this done. I also had them wax my eyebrows. I currently have a burn spot over my right eyebrow which is not acceptable. I would recommend another salon. read more

Nice nail salon but depending on your nail shape desires of painting design, it wasn't my favorite. They are great for typical square acrylic with French tips, but almond shape nails with pink and white ombre was something they had no clue about. They tried to match my broken nail with the rest of my fingers and it turned out horribly and cost a lot. read more

It was extremely clean, the prices are great, and the service was wonderful. Jason did my gel manicure, they had so many colors available and I like how they were on fake nails so I could see how they turned out. I liked how fast he did my nails too, I can't stand when it takes 1 hour to do my nails! Also, the pedicure chairs and foot tubs looked amazing I will be back for one of those too and the price is really cheap for pedicures. A friend of mine and I went last night to both get a pedicure. The lady that was doing my pedicure asked if I wanted a manicure and I told her no thank you. The lady doing my friends pedicure asked her 3 times if she wanted a manicure. Every time she told her NO! When the lady finished my friends pedicure she automatically started giving my friend a manicure. My friend then again stated she didn't want it and the lady continued. The lady acted like she was doing her a favor. Then when we got up to front to pay they charged her for pedi and mani $42.00!!!! My friend is to nice and will not speak up. I base my tips on the massage and they never skimp on that! Only thing is I wish there was a place in the area that would do manis and pedis at the same time! That would be a real time saver. I moved here from FL in September 2014. I started going to LV Nail Spa based on other's Yelp reviews and have been going there exclusively -- until today. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!! I made a 3:30pm pedicure appointment there early this morning. I arrived there at 3:30, but the nail tech I requested (Mary) was with another client. I was told to sit at one of the empty pedicure chairs and wait. Another tech filled my pedicure tub and I settled in thinking that Mary was just finishing up with her current client. I was wrong! 45 minutes later she was just starting to apply the nail polish to her client's toes! At that point I decided that I wasn't going to wait around any longer, I put my shoes back on and walked over to Mary. I asked her why their business scheduled appointments when they didn't bother to keep them. She said simply "Sorry". I then told her that I would never be coming back there again and left. I'M VOTING WITH MY WALLET AND I REPEAT, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!! read more

Was in Pinehurst for the Men's and Women's Opens, had a few hours off work the day after the Men's event and wS lucky enough to stumble across this place on Yelp. It was close to the course, they take walk ins and were able to take me right away. Got a great gel manicure, couldn't be happier that my nails are neat and freshly polished going into my 3rd week here in town! The place was clean; the staff was friendly. Second time here and went in for a manicure with my daughter. We live in DC and this was a great find. We did not have an appt and they took us right away. They are super nice and do a lovely job for a good price. They were really cute with my six year old daughter too. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town. The place is ok.....the guys that did my pedicure was clearly unhappy to either be working or unhappy to be a nail tech altogether. He was trying to be quick but I literally told him to slow down. Filing my nails was a challenge for him. I don't know what ever made people thinking that "slapping" your legs and feet are the same as "massaging" them. I only went there because they were the only place without a line. Not impressed....sadly I'll have to find a way to still use my favorite place in Fayetteville since southern pines/Aberdeen hardly offers any good nail salons. read more

I asked my technician for a refill and I wanted rhinestones on the ring finger of both hands. The technician did not understand what I wanted. I tried to explain what a rhinestone was, to no avail. I finally had to pull up a picture of it. He then put the rhinestones on, and put some of them with the flat silver side facing up. He then covered the rhinestones with a clear coat. I'm not trying to be a snob, but all the rhinestones should be facing up, and they should not be covered in a clear coat, as this takes a way their "sparkle", which is the reason you would have them applied to your nail. I requested a simple nail art, and it ended up looking very unprofessional. It also bothered me that this particular technician spoke very, very, minimal English. It was nearly impossible for me to communicate with him what I wanted. This establishment is just fine if you have a simple request such as a refill, french tip, gel manicure, etc. But if you are wanting to communicate anything additional to your technician, you may have a difficult time- at least with this one particular man. When moving to a new area many people want to know where a good place to get a pedi is. Not all nails places are created equally and after a few false starts I have finally found my new go to! My friend and I dropped in as walk ins one morning and we were quickly seated. We were greeted cheerfully and were given lots of attention and did not feel rushed at all. I only go here for manicures and pedicures so I don't know about any of their other services. I have always been greeted upon entering. The manager/owner (not sure which he is) is always friendly. I am always pleased with my results. The store appeared clean every time I have been in. The only complaints that I have are: 1. sometimes you have to wait, in my opinion, way too long for a pedicure. 2. it takes them too long to do the pedicures (average time for me has been 1hr 15 mins from the time you dip your toes until your polish is dry enough to leave). 3. the color selection for polishes is not what it should be. read more
