From the web, it partners with this church and community programs. It seems to operate around community support and social impact initiatives. I recently visited this small coffee shop nearby and ordered an Iced White Macadamia Latte. The flavor was okay, but it wasn't as strong as I prefer. I found out they only use two espresso shots in a large cup and fill the rest with a lot of milk, which waters it down a bit too much for my taste. One downside is that they charge extra for milk alternatives like almond or oat milk. My drink ended up costing nearly $10, which is double what I typically pay at Starbucks for a Venti Quad Espresso with oat milk and three pumps of white mocha--only $5.05 there. The seating area could definitely use more attention. I had planned to work on my laptop, but all the outlets were in use. I also noticed cobwebs and a buildup of dust around the seating area, which made the environment feel a bit neglected. Overall, it's a cozy spot with potential, but for the price and quality, I'd think twice before making it a regular stop. read more

This place has been great to me every time I've walked through the door. I'm always greeted with a smile when I walk in and order. Their pre-made sandwiches are great. The breads are made by a local baker. Their mulberry tea is definitely a favorite of mine. Very relaxed atmosphere. I usually walk in around lunchtime and usually always find a good place to sit. I'm a college student so finding a place to eat and do homework quickly is important. Outside seating on a sunny day is also great. Definitely a 5-star place. I love eon coffee. They are a small business that has a very cozy set up and has treat coffee and decent prices. I really love their inner decor, with a fireplace and many other things that just make the shop look classy. There is plenty of seating compared to other shops and also a nice parking lot in front. I also love their pastry selection and although I have never tried it, their ramen looks good. They also have sandwiches that are good. It is a perfect place to go if you are a chabot student looking for some coffee before or after class or for a place to do homework. read more

This place is conveniantly located across the street from chabot. they have internet and some good food...keeps you going when you are last minute finishing homework or trying to get some studying done. I come here often. The coffee is as good as any in the business. I think for me, the best part about EON is their staff. They just really take care of you. And if you are a ramen fan, they serve ramen on the weekends. Why? Well my guess is that it's Japanese owned. read more
