However, it broke again so back I went. The two guys who had previously helped went back to work to unlock it. They had to crawl as far as they could through the tiny crawl through space to use a tool to push the handle up to unlock it and then, once again, figured out how to fix it for good. I was so impressed with their down home knowledge and speed along with the most polite and great customer service that we don't see that often any longer. I highly recommend this business!!

The absolute worst service experience from a business that has a 4.8 rating. I can't imagine how…read morethey achieved this given the experience we had. Our motorhome washer/dryer was leaking but only after I would use it. But I'd discovered that it didn't happen if I turned off the source of the water after each use. But we wanted to know the source of the leak and what the remedy was. Admittedly they did locate the source and told us the remedy. And in doing this the main tech made some adjustments on the hot and cold shut off valves. He very explicitly said "don't touch or mess with these now." We didn't. Went to bed and the next morning awoke to a washing machine tub overflowing and massive leaking in the coach basement. Also, they had originally told us that they'd call when tech was on his way. They didn't and he showed up at 7 We had already decided that we weren't going to do the fix on the old washer/dryer but when we called the office they said they'd send someone over--at no charge. We declined. We knew how to prevent another incident and we didn't want the tech to tell us the same thing as he'd told us the night before and then potentially screw up again. pm. And then the tech showed up at our motorhome at 9:00 am even though we had explicitly said that we didn't want a return visit. Again, no phone call to alert us. Today my husband went to the David's RV office hoping to negotiate the $260 charge to analyze the problem but then leave us to face the problem (flooded washer and rv basement) the next morning. We were hoping to get the bill reduced to $130-160 or get some consideration of a compromise but the person at the desk wouldn't even engage my husband in any discussion o of the bill and dismissed him and our legitimate complaint. He also told my husband (who mentioned the lack of promised phone calls to us) that he was too busy to call us to prepare us for the arrival of the techs. $260 down the drain and another mess to clean up--courteous of David's RV!

I missed reviewing them at the time but wanted to be sure to acknowledge them. World Wide RV has a great inventory of motorhomes, travel trailers and class Cs. The staff we worked with were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

The owner, Jeff, lives in town…read moreand was on site when all other travel trailer sales lots are unoccupied and closed except for the summer months. He was the most low-pressure salesman we've ever encountered, and that was a HUGE win for us. He asked what we were looking for (bunks were a must, and a regular hitch and size/weight considerations for the truck we own were all considered) and then pointed out a few options out of their GREAT selection on the lot for us to take our time browsing. The first one he showed us was a 2023 Jayco Jay Flight that was marked at HALF market value. Everything was unlocked, so we took our time looking at a bunch of different trailers at various price points while Jeff went back to the office. He really let us browse by ourselves and after looking at a bunch we ended up going with the first one he had shown us. The credit process was simple and straight forward, and later we were given the option to purchase the extended warranty (which we did) added to the loan. As first-time camper owners we knew NOTHING, so When we picked up our trailer a week later we were delighted that he walked us through it and educated us on how to use everything and what things to look out for. As a finishing touch he had added a few great perks that enabled us to go camping as soon as we wanted: a high quality black tank dumping hose, a white water hose and a pack of RV toilet paper. It was SUCH a great buying experience that we will highly recommend World Wide RV in Lakeside (Wagonwheel) to ALL our friends and family. Jeff is a great guy and really helped us find our perfect camper with ALL the perks without any pressure sales. FIVE STARS!!!

5/5 Customer Service- The person at the front desk, I think his name was David, was very…read moreknowledgeable and helpful and able to get my car fixed in one day! 4/5 Repairs- The only reason I can't give 5 stars on the repairs is this, and if it's wrong on my part then I'll adjust it later, but first, let me state, the tire pressure indicator lights on my dashboard stopped working a while ago. The reason I say that will be made clear in a minute. Over the past week, my power steering light came on in my '09 Chevy Cobalt and I thought "No big deal, my mother's at WalMart, I'll ask her to pick me up a bottle of power steering fluid." So I did that, and I then I googled where to put the Power Steering Fluid in a '09 Cobalt, which I guess I should've done first because I discovered that you don't put power steering fluid in an '09 Cobalt, it's electronic, so I didn't need the bottle- lol. I also read that the '09 Cobalt had a recall a few years back over power steering issues, so I started getting really nervous. What I had going on by now was this, all the indicator lights on my dash had failed over the past few days and even my speedometer had stopped telling me how fast I was going, then, in addition, my car started driving like it was stuck in 3rd gear, it wouldn't go over 45 mph with my foot to the floor and the rpm meter reading almost in the red. But David called me back within a couple of hours and told me that what had happened was apparently mice had made a home under the hood of my car. It's approaching winter and my car is always parked outdoors so I'm actually surprised it's never happened before. But anyway, $800 and only a few hours later I get the call the car is ready to be picked up. i get in the car and start it and it sounds beautiful, all the dashboard indicator lights are fixed EXCEPT the tire pressure indicator light. Now I mentioned this had failed a while ago so I wasn't sure if maybe they considered is a separate issue, but we said to fix ALL our electronic indicator lights and for $800 I would think they should be included. If it's not then fine, we're very happy with the repairs, I just thought why wouldn't that be included as well?

Parts missing after…read morecompletion! * I had front end, differential, and brake work done at various locations because I travel. When I began having issues, I took it to Pit Road and asked Dave to fix all of it, even though that meant paying labor again on parts under warranty. They rebuilt front end, differential work, axle bearings, new brakes all around, ball joints, tie rods, U-joints. * They sent out the warranty parts before I saw them, including the parts that were NOT warrantied. (Shoes with warped drums, pads with warped rotors) * They sent me out with new warped drums. Fixed that. I came back when I began having binding and noise and discovered no grease on several zerks and a zerk missing. * Dave denied culpability and had me tresspassed, claiming family emergency made them close for the day. * NOTE: 3rd family emergency in 5-6 weeks. First time, I rescheduled; 2nd time, he sent me for a wheel balance, told me to come back, and then sent his techs home. * Price gouging, including charged to inspect their own work and charging me for a diagnostic, even though they did the work. Very inflated hours & shop supplies. * Charged for a part that he guaranteed would fix my alignment issue but didn't. * Published my FULL credit card number on invoice. FACTA Violation. * DID NOT DOCUMENT MILEAGE FOR WARANTY on my paperwork. Says it's on his. * Broke driver running board stepping in or out of vehicle. * Scattered everything around the van on a test drive to the point of the bed coming off frame and fridge slid away from wall. * On 3rd visit, finally cleaned greasy fingerprints off driver door from 1st visit. * Dave repeatedly said the ONLY cause was "someone" was riding the brakes. I clearly established I do not, and i wanted him to figure out why the brakes had warped so quickly. * I had to make him remove snarky remark on the invoice placing blame on driver. * I complained of hub heat, but he never tested it when I brought it in hot. Test drove less than 15 miles when i said min of 25 to 50, so didn't test hot. Said they couldn't duplicate it. * Dave was condescending, argumentative, and eventually verbally abusive. He has talked over me, lied to me (* gave me a phone number to call for warranty work, but they say he's not in the system and they don't do my kind of warranties), called me names, refused to see me, defamed me when he had me tresspassed (said I am homeless), called me a liar, and accused me of fraud. Said the June 12 work and invoice is unrelated to my current issue from repairs on 05/26 (My bank recommended keeping both disputes open because if there are problems with the work on June 12, I would need to have the rear axle disassembled to inspect, but that would be the equivalent of doing the job over again, just to inspect. It is "seeping" at the differential cover, but not leaking).

You took advantage of me before the holidays and that's all I want people to know. I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. These screenshots say a lot about Nick and your company's character.
