I really hope this company rethinks their policy and considers what people might be going through in order to just get to a class that makes them feel motivated and happy and glad to be there but maybe they got stuck at work late got through traffic did everything in their power to make it to class just to feel better and healthy only to be met with someone saying they're not welcomed because they've made it five minutes past the time. Or maybe you guys should just advertise if you're running late don't even try ‍ If you get lost, make a wrong turn get stuck in traffic. Parking here was very easy and there are many spots right in front of the studio. I bring my own shoes when I go to indoor cycling, but from what I could see, they do offer free shoe rental if you don't have your own. The classes here rely heavily on the beat of the music and there is LOTS of choreography and arm work. Bikes do not have monitors so it's way more about the feel than the metrics.

Then tried to push my foot into the pedal, when I said that's the opposite of what I wanted. The instructor/mic audio was muffled and hard to follow. The staff at the front desk were blasting music and they could not hear anything I said, or visa versa. Only one bathroom but like 50-60 bikes. Class says 45 minutes but ended at 40. Not an ideal workout.

My friends invited me with their guest passes, and the staff members are always willing to help me adjust my bike and get me situated each time. Cute lobby and welcoming gym space overall. Great workouts that you can make as easy or hard as you want. Decent amount of parking. All the instructors I've taken class with have been friendly and approachable. High Ride locations are a little far from where I live compared to the other workouts I do, but whenever I get the chance (and I'm pretty sure I have some passes left) I'm down to go for a ride!
