Every instructor is incredible and I could write a novel about each one, especially at the University location. Each has their own music, teaching style, and choreo which keeps things exciting. However, I have to highlight the Uni studio manager. Brian is an ABSOLUTE GEM and is such a light for everyone he meets I always leave High Ride feeling lighter, happier, and accomplished. I have been spinning for over 10 years and I cannot imagine my life without High Ride.

I get the whole people to show up on time situation, but there has to be some grace for people who show up anyways when you're stuck in traffic when you make a wrong turn and you show up anyways, even if it's just five minutes late it's better late than never and killing people's motivation and pissing them off when it's already such a hard world to make an exercise class happen is so off-putting. I really hope this company rethinks their policy and considers what people might be going through in order to just get to a class that makes them feel motivated and happy and glad to be there but maybe they got stuck at work late got through traffic did everything in their power to make it to class just to feel better and healthy only to be met with someone saying they're not welcomed because they've made it five minutes past the time. Or maybe you guys should just advertise if you're running late don't even try ‍ If you get lost, make a wrong turn get stuck in traffic. Don't even try ‍ We don't care what you're going through to get to our class if you're even just five minutes late don't even try ‍ These better reflect your policies, not camaraderie motivation, pursuit of excellence

Whenever I have guests visit from out of town I have an agenda so they can experience the best…read moreunique parts of Denver. The first things I have them do to start the trip off at full throttle is Dylan's Soul Cycle Sessions. Dylan is an Eccentric Bohemian whose Passion, Playfulness, and Cheekiness drives his cyclers places you would never think you would go on a stationary bike. Through out Dylan's work out experience you'll have extreme amounts of avant-garde fun, an introspective journey of self improvement, and all the while doing a challenging workout. It's somewhat hypnotic. Some of my most memorable moments in his sessions was when I first came in with a friend he stated "it looks like we got some daddies in the house." And in my head I'm like what the "hell" is this place but if I'm being honest with myself, I liked it. Later on in the cycling session I was working so hard to keep up and I was on the verge of exercise-induced asthma. I then see Dylan popped off his bike and bring me an oversize candle that he put up to my face and then he said "blow". My heart rate was literally in zone five and he was asking me to "blow out the candle and make a wish." And I was like... "F*€K it" and I succumbed to this SoulCycle witchery so I blew out this oversize candle and made a wish. Then to my surprise, I became hyper fixated on what just happened and it brought me so much joy and it invigorated me to keep my pase going for the workout. Since that moment I trust Dylan immensely. I'm really big on people who are themselves and they can't be anything but "that". That is Dylan for you. Obviously Dylan is extremely outlandish, I love that about him and what's wild is he is just as extremely caring, kind and inspirational on the other side of the spectrum. He's been through a lot, and has a good head on his shoulders. His honesty and vulnerability inspires the peeps in his session by what he shares. Through his stories, he is an icon of how, even if you came from the deep trenches of despair, with perseverance and determination you can get over your hurdles, and even be this true badass fit, hair flipping, cathartic passionate shrieking SoulCycle instructor. It makes me wonder are all SoulCycle sessions this stimulating or is this just Dylan's interpretation of them. If not, I believe he needs to teach a master class to put the Soul in SoulCycle. I'm so entertained that the pain of a work out is an afterthought. Not to mention sessions happen to burn a $hit ton of calories. Dylan SoulCycle is a Denver Experience Must. All in All Dylan is a Rockstar of the stationary cycling community. PS: Bring a water to these sessions or you will die.

First, the lobby is sooo tiny I couldn't move. Second, the music was so loud + crowded lobby that it felt like I was at a rave. Third, check in using class pass was a gigantic pain in the ass! SoulCycle Denver, calm down. It's a spin class!

I also can say this place is VERY VERY clean and cute! The cycle room has a nice atmosphere to it and they keep the fans on and temp cool so you don't overheat. (Thank you sm bc I need that LOL) They always keep extra feminine products in stock for whenever you may be running low or forgot something. Classes are super fun, easy to follow and they PUSH you to show up for yourself. I always leave a class feeling accomplished and reset with good vibes!! I love the HighRide app and all the pop ups and extras this place has to offer. I love that they celebrate milestones for us and push us just a little harder each class. Yes, they do have a "no late entry" policy, but I do not mind. I respect the instructors and their time and just make sure to give myself enough extra time on my commute to be safe. I also respect the "no show" fee bc it keeps me very motivated to make sure i'm in my bike! LOL. The high ride staff is really not there to burn your pockets or be unaccommodating by any means. This is a small business and there are standards and policies that we should be mindful and respectful of and in my own experience I have had both Gabe and Megan go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

Although the 45 minute classes aren't exactly easy, sometimes I just want that extended time and extra challenge. Filtered water, lockers, and parking are all free. They do charge for shoe rental, so I would recommend investing in your own cycling shoes if you attend regularly.

Looks can be deceiving but this Cycle Bar storefront and nearby Mad Greens are also brand new. Clothes and athletic apparel right when you enter. Check in for your class via iPad. Grab your shoes. Around the corner you have lockers to change clothes and store items. Jacket hooks. USB charging port! All new new stuff. Nice to store your things where you feel it's clean and secure. Two unisex bathrooms. Two rooms to shower also. Towels. Hair dryers. Deodorant. Anything you'd need to shower off and get back to work if you come mid day. They also have a small bar with water chilled and room temp. Bananas. Snacks. Water bottles. Depending on your class even mimosas, orange juice, and small bites. The cycle room or studio contains three rows of bikes in a stadium seating type setup. Music jamming. Televisions show music videos as well as your class statistics. Each class has a theme of sorts depending on the day of the week and tour instructor. We've jumped around a bit but already prefer some instructors to others. Just a vibe and tone they set early. Otherwise it's a blast!
