If I could give this establishment zero stars I sure would . First off I got here a little before 8:30 pm, they make me wait in line too only tell me that they are no longer taking orders . Before I came I checked too see what time they closed and it clearly says 9:00 pm , so I was shocked when they told me that they would not be taking my order . I spoke too the manager that was obviously very young , and very rude too me , I asked him for the owners name and he stated that I could go online and find it out myself . I am extremely disappointed in the epic wings employee & manager at this establishment. While waiting for my food out side the door, a man next to me dropped to the floor and was having a seizure! My girlfriend quickly dialed 911 and got an operator and was asked for the address of this facility. She rushed in epic wings and asked an employee what the address was and the employee had no knowledge of the address. Then my girlfriend asked for her to find the address quickly because there was a medical emergency in front of there establishment and the employee walked away and said look at the brochure. Her unwillingness to help and assist in a time sensitive situation could of cost a mans life! After the paramedics took hold off the situation, we advised for the girl for future reference to know the address of an incident like this occurred again. The employee took this with a grain of salt and brushed off the situation like it was nothing. Then I spoke too the manager because I felt like this was extremely un professional and I was advised that it is not an requirement for the employees to know the address of where they work. I feel that this is the the worst managed wings empire I have ever been too. I know for a fact ever employee is suppose to know the address. So the lack of care for there customers and just care in general is shameful to say the least. I will never go to this restaurant again. Thank god. We were able to find a table in the corner, which I was not excited about since it was right under one of the 2 big screen tv's they have there. It was pretty loud. The food was great as usual. I usually go to the location in Santee but decided to try this one out. Called in for a family pack, went in and pixked my order up. Seemed busy at the time, paid for my order and went on my way. Got to the park and saw the cashier didn't include plates or utensils. I called them and they appologized and asked the general manager what he can do for the inconvenience and he said nothing, he is so sorry. I asked if i can get a credit next time I go in, he chucked and said no. He said it was my duty to ask the cashier for utensils... my logic is i go in and order a family pack its supposed to be included with plates and utensils. My Husband and I make it our business to come here, at least once a month!.. We always try to get the middle table on the side of the wall to the right. he loves the large mounted Tvs, and the fact that something about "sports" is always on!... We get our usual, strips, and bone-in wings PLAIN!...mild garlic on the side!...1 of each, ranch and blue cheese dressings!...Stella Artois for the drinks!?..and then it's Washroom, pray, and attack! In that order! They have a wide variety of foods to choose from, anything chicken?.. They got you!...fried dyed,(w/hot sauce) and laid to the side! ..They even have Shrimp.. for you seafood lovers!....The sauce has just the right amount of vinegar to it!...You know , the kind that make you hold those 2 fingers on the side of your neck?, like "martin" does?!.. Cool veggies(celery& carrots) for the "recommended daily allowance" group!......get it iiiiin! They also have all the libations you'll need, of course!... Noooo they don't have hard liquor!!!... Duuuh..Gin n juice?.. Really Snoop?.......but beer?, sodas?..Yeeah...they got ALL that!....all you can fill up on! Go ahead knock yaself out!.. and their staff?.. They are always SO kind!.. When that one manager lady is there(Hispanic-Puerto Rican I think? I don't know her name, sorry). She's GOOD!...She's a tiny lil thing, but you can tell she is a General honey!.. Corporate order different bags!) )...But I went back and explained to her that the bag handle popped?.. I'm giving this place a good rating rating, but I'm taking away a star for their not-so-great customer service. I love their sauce and think they do a great job cooking the chicken - the prices have gotten way out of hand though. The individual combo meals used to be a couple dollars cheaper; I guess you change with the economy though, so I can't complain too much about that. The price of a lot of things go up and I still buy it because I enjoy it. The workers here have less than positive attitudes; my hunger interrupted a conversation some of the workers were having and one was very upset to have to break away and assist me. I love Wings N' Things I've been coming here for years. I usually just get a chicken strip meal medium. They recently added pizza sticks and those are amazing I always get them when ordering for dinner. I used to frequent WNT more often but since their hefty price hike it's now only a rare treat. They now charge the same for 16 strips and 8 bread sticks as they did for 25 strips and 12 bread sticks. Chicken breast is not THAT expensive so minus one star for the price. Other than that staff is friendly, food is always ready and hot when you call ahead. What else can you ask for? read more

Been here a lot and last time one of us forgot her purse under the seat Completely our fault but within two blocks realized the mistake and turned around to go back. They handed us back the purse and we thanked them so much for keeping it safe but then on the way home discovered no debit card in the purse. We continued on to the bank to report it stolen and the only charge that was made was a 95.00 charge at the wings n things!!! OMG when we were there I used my debit card and had to show my ID so the thief is an employee who should be fired immediately. When I called to speak with someone in charge I was told the cameras in the place dont work and there is nothing they can do. The food was soggy, cold, and overall lackluster. Not only that, but they managed to forget an entire plate of food. When confronted about it, they ran around in circles for 30 minutes and tried to make me repay for the food again. Having to say "I already paid for it" 10 times was ridiculous. I enjoy wings -n-things on occasion. I always order the chicken strips garlic mild (highly recommend) if u love garlic like i do. I always order to go because it is always packed in the restaurant area. They have lots of TVs if you are a football lover. I always make a stop here when I drive from LA to visit my family in SD. i'm never disappointed. The bread is always fresh, warm and tasty. This place was a shit show before remodel and apparently their attitude problem carried over afterward. After trying to call for almost 30 minutes (to a phone system that apparently can't handle more than one call at a time - smart move), I decided to walk in since I was paying cash. When I got to the front, I let the cashier know that they might be having a phone problem and she snapped back at me that they'd been very busy. I don't think she liked that I snapped back that I was just trying to let them know in case they weren't aware. I was so turned off at that point that I just walked out. Funny thing is that the moment I got back in my car and called, I had no trouble getting through. I let the manager know, but I won't be coming back. These must be franchised because the Santee location is spot on with their customer service and food. I'll make the trip out of El Cajon just so I don't have to deal with the employees here. Everyone seems to love this place. I don't think it's anything special. I'm not a wing person, but I do love chicken strips. Wings & Things chicken strips are pretty awful. Hard on the ends and unevenly cooked meat. I eat them plain as I don't like buffalo sauce flavor, so perhaps if they're drowning in sauce and your mouth is on fire, you won't notice how mediocre the chicken strips are.
