If my order was placed in Que at the time of order how is effected by the volume of orders after it, first come first served right? Ive never had a problem with them before. And i love this place but i called and was put on hold and hung up on. I called again and was put on hold again and the girl who answered was very confused with my order! When all i wanted was the sauce on the side. I then sent my friend to pick up the food and she comes back and my fries are soggy and my chicken cold and barely has sauce. Come on guys! Big Sad Face, I love this place, never have I ever spoke against it but on Super Bowl Sunday, my normal routine is we get a family meal and munch out. I called in my order and must have gotten an employee that was so overwhelmed she couldn't help but be rude. First off, they weren't serving fries or buffalo bread/pizza, whatever it called, best thing ever. She said just wings. So I order a family meal and say when will it be ready she says I have no idea, what????????? you can't give me a ball park figure to drive there and get my food, she again says no, we are working as fast as we can and no time frame can be given so sadly I didn't want the food after she left a bad taste in my mouth and I was almost HURT that I was spoken to like this and what person doesn't serve a full menu on a day that they know they will make bank? Not the best possible business to me but I am sorry to say that they have lost my business and will just go to other stores to eat like Pt Loma when there or Santee but not to these rude people. I love the food, and has always supported them and bragged about how good they are and now I feel like my boyfriend has cheated on me. By far one of the best wing establishments around. I believe better than hooters & BBW. They have their own unique taste and the bread is always so delicious!! Always stop by and pick up a chicken strip combo as I'm driving back to the imperial valley. Just as good after popping in the microwave. Finally gave this place a try earlier today and I absolutely loved it. The foos was really good and fresh. The bread sticks were amazing. My favorite part of the whole experience was the customer service. One of the managers there named Avine had the best customer service I had ever seen. i usually always go here to get my wings. but today pissed me off so much. i called in for pick up and the lady told me my 5 piece boneless wings and dozen breadsticks would take 10-15 mins. i get in early so i waited in my car for a bit. and when i walk in, i pay and they tell me that my food wasn't ready yet. that's fine. i'm there super early. as i'm waiting, two employees were standing at the register gossiping. there's a whole bunch of us waiting for our to go orders and they don't even bother calling any names out. they take it from the window and just throw it on the counter. i'm still waiting giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they're busy. THIRTY MINUTES pass and i ask if my order was ready. NONE of the employees know where my order is. so the guy i ask is looking through the many orders on the counter. and comes to find out my order was one of the orders that wasn't called out by the gossiping employees. read more

I always love some good wings especially during a lunch break or what have you. I called to place an order for a 6pc bone in combo that included two breadsticks and veggies. I was told that the order would take about 15-20 minutes, I said it was fine so I arrived to the restaurant to pay 25 minutes after I called to ensure my food was ready. Once I arrived I was told they forgot to make my food and that I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes. Mind you there was only one other customer waiting so I don't see how there would've been any issues. Manager ally I believe her name was, was on her phone and not really doing much. The two girls over the counter were too busy socializing and didn't ring me up until 10 minutes after I arrive. Laughing, talking and on their phones. Was a teenage white woman and a teenage African American woman who seemed to be training. Once I finally received my food the chicken was cold, I didn't get ranch (I purchased two) and the bread sticks were cold as well. I won't come back here, it's disappointment. I rather take my money to KFC and drench it all with hot sauce because of the service I received. read more

My best friend and I usually come here once a month to get our favorite wings & bread sticks. But the last couple of visits have gradually gotten worse. This time was where I draw the line. We walked in and ordered our food and it took about 20 minutes for our to go order to be ready. The chicken was dried out and incredibly chewy. Seemed like they were old and recooked (so why did it take so long???) and the breadsticks had literally no seasoning on them. I've never been so disappointed with wings n things in my life. They have really good wings with a nice variety of sauces. You get bread sticks carrots and celery as sides with a meal. Love the food. But the prices are high for what you get. Its a fast food place with restaurant prices. If the prices were more reasonable I would rate higher. read more

I am from Buffalo, NY and I gotta say that the "Buffalo Wings" here are on point with the wings back home. Even the little bags of celery and carrots are identical to the ones back home. Kinda makes me wonder tho...lol. But overall, the wings, breadsticks, and garden salad were delicious. read more

Since El Cajon lacks a Buffalo Wild Wings, I decided to give this place a try. First, the wings are more expensive than most places. They are served in a very wet sauce, which is unusual for wings. Nice place! Staff is good and they keep it clean which means a lot to me in any food establishment. On World Cup Final Day, there were tons of people in there so I decided to come back later after the game. When I came back the place was trashed and the staff cleaned up behind those dirty freakin' people so fast it was amazing!!!! Shout out to the staff that day that cleaned up. Awesome job! I don't know why wings and things decided to discontinue most of their sides. They now only have French fries and breadsticks. The website leads you to believe that there are more flavors of wings than there are. I recommend going to Buffalo Wild Wings in santee instead. read more

The food was good - tender chicken in the boneless wings - big pieces of chicken, crispy, not too much breading. Delicious sauces - we tried honey BBQ (kids loved it), medium and spicy buffalo. All great. Even the ranch and bleu cheese were above average. But the good food was not even the best part! An employee named Clarissa was. Some other reviews criticized the service, so I have to counter them by saying our experience with Clarissa was great. First she helped us save a bunch of money by telling us we could order a family meal and still get all different sauces - we didn't all have to agree on one flavor. Then, while we were eating, we saw her interaction with an elderly gentleman who was dining alone. He was hard of hearing and a little confused, and Clarissa was SO patient and helpful with him. We were all very impressed that she took so much time with him and stayed calm and patient even as he was having trouble hearing her or explaining what he wanted. WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION! Customer service was horrible especially coming from the manager! We placed an order ON THE WING WEBSITE and went in to pick it up and the guy at the counter said he could not find our order, so he grabbed the manager to clear things up. Immediately she's rude and snappy towards me and try's to say they do not do online ordering and that it was a scam. proceeding to tell her it was from their own website she just got more snobby and didn't try to resolve it in any way not to mention she didn't try to tell us to call another location in case there was a possibility it was placed at a location that does do online ordering. before we even leave the parking lot she puts a sign on the door about online ordering right in front of us and laughs as she walks away. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this location and it's snobby ass manager. learn some respect and learn how to communicate, it's called customer service. i'd put zero stars if it'd let me. read more

The food was excellent, I really liked the wing pizza thing. The strips/wings themselves were great, very succulent and juicy. I would say that the staff is chill too. All in all a pretty legit spot to get that wing fix. My only request would be if they had hotter wings...ya know the kinda stuff that makes your regret buying them.
