So I have been here twice now and feel like I should leave a review. I grew up in Southern California and have been eating at wings n things in Murrieta, CA. So when I saw an epic wings open in Arizona and I realized it was a wings in things I had to go immediately. Now my missing star is not due to the food at all because their wings and breadsticks are amazing (try their bbq hot, mix with bbq and buffalo hot), but my problem was the service. So the first time I came by I got a pretty decent sized order and came home to surprise and realized they forgot the two breadsticks for one of my orders. The 2nd time I got an even larger order ( 4 single orders) and got home and realized I didn't get any of my breadsticks that come with the meals (you think I would have learned the first time) so as much as I wanted to give this place a 5 star, I could not because the experience wasn't impeccable. I will continue to come back and make sure to check my order before I make my long drive back to surprise. read more

I didn't appreciate the customer service. I called and put in my order and even though I came in after my order was done I waited another 18 minutes After paying for my order and giving the cashier my name. After paying for my order and waited an additional 18 minutes while my order was sitting on the counter the entire time because the cashier failed check if my order was ready. The older guy then Ask " are you waiting for something " (seriously what a rude question to ask, what else would I be waiting for!!). I told him I called and came to pick up. He asked my name "AGAIN" then proceeded to get the order that had been sitting on the counter the entire time. I said "o wow, my order was sitting the entire time while I was waiting, I hope it's not too cold". The older guy says " well you did order around 6:20 so it's probably not hot". Ok Sir! It doesn't matter what time I ordered asshole. I walked in at 7:12 paid for my order and if it was already ready I should have been given my order right then and there. Instead I ended up leaving out of that place at 7:30 spending most of that time waiting. Not an apology, sorry for the miss understanding, NO, you would rather let me know what time I ordered. What a jerk! This was my first experience there and I will never go back again. Tried Epic for the first time. Everything we had was delicious. The tenders and bone in wings were crispy and the sauce was tasty and plentiful. The yummy breadsticks were great to soak up the extra sauce. The breadstick pizza and loaded fries hit the spot and it was all topped off with the sweet cinnamon breadstick bites with frosting. The food is really delicious! I give it a 3 stars because I paid $22 for a 6 piece traditional wings , 4 piece tenders and frys . I believe that is a little too high in my opinion. If price isn't a concern for you . Then it's worth a try because the sauce really is delicious and the wings were big and juicy and pretty crispy even though I got them to go and drove home . The frys were pretty good too . I will return to try their buffalo ...Update: Tried the buffalo frys and honestly I think they taste really good ! read more

We waited almost 30 minutes for a "double meal" and a side of fries. Before they brought it out we heard the cashier say it was supposed to have been for here. So yet again we waited almost another 10 minutes! When we received the food everything was cold! We ate it because we paid for it we won't ever be returning to this "epic" place again. read more

I went to Epic Wings for the first time last night and I liked it. I instantly liked how the place looked inside, it just felt like a chill spot to be. Football was on and it seemed like everyone in there enjoying their self by eating some wings and watching some good old football. I didn't care too much about the cashier girl or the customer service, I feel like there can be improvements. I love their Medium Hot wing sauce and their Epic Fries are BOMB. I would seriously just go there for those Epic Fries because they were that good! read more

I was super excited to try this new place since I can't seem to find a wing joint that has a balance of flavor along with crispiness. Ordered a family pack( 24 bone -in) with 3 different flavors. I was kind of bummed because there are no fries included in the family pack, only two ranches included however they give you two bags of carrot/celery along with breadsticks. I was also bummed that the order of fries comes in a little small order size so definitely not something you can add to "family size " order. The lemon pepper wings were very dry , the honey hot had way too much vinegar was not to good at all , too soggy , and garlic Parmesan hardly had any seasoning. The kid who took our order was really nice and apologized for not having family packs with fries but I could hear some snide comments coming from the staff in back when the kid was going over menu with us. I think they intentionally made the honey hot wings so gross and over cooked lemon pepper wings because I asked so many questions about the menu , it was my first time there , they just opened , so of course I had questions. I wasn't holding up the line , it was empty in there , and all I asked is we could have a couple orders of fries (2.75 each ). Vs breadsticks but I saw the cook possible manager tell the kid at register no they can't do that and well needless to say after almost 45$, I won't be back. Being formerly from San Diego and a long time customer of this amazing wings chain, I am a little worried for the new location in Phoenix after my visit there today. While the front staff is friendly it seems the kitchen staff is still struggling to keep up with getting the food out in a timely manner and correctly. We visited around 1pm on a Thursday afternoon and were able to order promptly. While waiting for our food, one customer who had been there waiting when we arrived had to leave after speaking with the manager without his takeout order due to a problem in the kitchen. Another family got their food but there was a problem with their order being incorrect and the manager was again called to a guests table. Our food arrived but also had minor fixable problems. We really want the store to succeed, perhaps more training is needed. Hopefully those that left dissatisfied will give them another chance as the food is totally worth a second try! PS...please consider a store in northern Phoenix!!! read more
