Great food but when they tell you it's going to be 35 minutes for your food to be ready an you go check 45 minutes later & they tell you it's going to be another 10 It's bull sh.... specially when 35 minutes it's already a very long time when you are hungry! Pieces have reduced in size, must be inflation. Sorry almost forgot it was cold ! Manager was cool and attempted to correct the situation. Went on a Sunday for lunch. Staff were very nice. Typical self-served sport bar. There isn't a seat where you don't have a view of a TV. The wings were just ok. Tonight I ordered 2 double meals .When Picked them they had 20 minutes left before they closed .The bar was closed and when I got home the wings had no sauce and neither did the strips . Met some family here the other day, they asked me what I wanted and I said Wings they suggested Wings N things I agreed and here we are. Half of my group ordered before me they ordered a few different kinds of wings, a few minutes later we place our order for a combo of wings and bread sticks. Cashier was friendly and everything went well a little pricey but not too bad. Got my food a short time later and the wings were a great size and they are about on par with other wing places, bread sticks were good so I was a happy consumerist. Now where the 2 stars come in was when the other half of my group that ordered before me after 25 minutes still no food, we were elbow deep into our dinner and they were still waiting. Went and asked and they promised it would be right out. 10 minutes later the next person went to complain and wasn't happy about it. The manager pulled some random amount out of her ass and refunded $9.11 no reason why that amount on a $32 bill just that amount. Another 10 minutes past now were just about done and they just want their money back. They go up and and over another nine dollars and some change and say that's all they can refund and the food is coming. After were done and almost an hour later their food comes out with no explanation on why it took so long just that it wasn't that long even though every one around us had been eating for a while. Manager made no attempt to make the customers happy just started saying they can't give refunds. Done, when things go wrong that's when you prove to me you are good at customer service when everything is great its no challenge. This place failed, look for a manager that knows how to work well under pressure and I will come back. read more

Food quality: The strips and wings are great and they have the best sauce I have ever tasted on wings. As good as the chicken is, the breadsticks are even better: Brushed with butter and garlic, they are both crispy and soft. They can also be revitalized very easily in an oven or a toaster oven to perfection. Just an observation, though, which I believe merits the loss of two stars: The prices essentially doubled in the last 4 years. For a very long time, I would go to this location and order a "B" Family Special for between $25-30 a few times a year. This consisted of 16 strips AND 16 wings, plus 12 breadsticks. Now? $25 buys you 16 strips OR 20 wings, plus a paltry 8 breadsticks. I understand chicken/wing prices are very volatile, month to month--sometimes even year to year. However, while the chicken prices rise when chicken is more expensive, they haven't dipped when chicken is cheaper. That's fine, since it's a restaurateur's prerogative to make money, but you cannot also screw up the quality of the food in the process. On top of the increase in price, the portions have also suffered, resulting in the loss of another star. The strips used to be nice and big thick pieces of battered chicken breasts, now they are thin, emaciated chicken fries. Either raise the prices and keep the same serving size or shrink the serving size and keep the prices. Doing both is greedy and long-time customers like myself have noticed. I've only gone here maybe once in the last 2 years. I was even there when they renamed this place "Wing-N-Out" and for some reason, before returning to the "Wings-N-Things" moniker. The chicken strips were so ridiculously small on my last visit, every 2 pieces should have counted as one. It was such a disappointment, I never had the urge to go back. read more

Been here numerous times. It's a fast paced fun environment. Good for sports and wings. Food is always good and employees are always okay except for a few of the bartenders. One seemed not to know what she was doing. I was sitting at the bar and it wasn't very busy and still it would take 10 plus minutes to get a drink. The two girls did not seem to care. The only bartender I seem to get good service from there is a girl with straight bangs. She's great. Other than the bartending the rest is good so I deal with the short coming. read more

I was here 2 or 3 weeks ago because the owner Sam contacted me on my review. I had no intentions on ever returning, but he was really apologetic about my bad experience and made sure I was able to go back and have a good experience. My son and I went to eat after I picked him up from school and the meal was amazing!!! It was fresh and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Came here on a Sunday for the first time and it wasn't too busy when we got there the cashier was very friendly and helpful. We ordered an order of original wings and boneless. Both were very tasty my only complaint is that the service was very slow. I'm guessing they make everything to order so that made up for it. Have been here a couple of times, it's been ok. But today I wanted to try something else. Asked the cashier for their Epic chicken salad. She then gave me a choice of buffalo or Greek. I chose Greek. And after I had a choice of dressing. The waitress brings back a salad without any chicken. I told her I asked for a chicken salad. I then watch her go back to the cashier and watched them talk about it and me. Granted I can't hear what they are saying and can only assume. But with the way they were moving their hands around pointing up and down and shrugging their shoulders is enough for me. The waitress then comes back and said, "you ordered a Greek salad which has no chicken if you want the other one it's gonna be extra". I literally waited more than 15 minutes for a salad that is already prepared in their fridge. And if I asked you for a chicken salad, why would you then give me a choice between a salad that has chicken and one that doesn't. I took the salad without chicken and it was definitely not worth the time and money. So disappointing. We used to come here all the time for lunch. Never again. Customer service is non existent here. My fault, I guess when I asked for chicken, it still wasn't clear that I WANTED chicken! Ridiculous. read more

I only care for their boneless strips with mild sauce, but they are excellent! Don't ever order wings by accident as they are not nearly as good as the strips. They mess up my order 1 out of every 2 times I order for pickup. One time they gave me tacos and fries instead of boneless strips and breadsticks so always check your order before leaving. read more
