Food is really good still my only complaint is there new policy about splitting the sauces. I always get a 24 piece bone in with 3 sauces 8 wings per sauce, now I'm told I could only do 2 as of a new policy. And when trying to order as 3 different meals it seems they still try and tell you you can't do that I gave up trying to get the three flavors I wanted and hung up. Went there last night because I signed up for the e club and received free breadsticks. The cashier was new and when I went to redeem the coupon from my email she didn't know how to redeem it. She went and got ally the lead and she poked her head out from the back and yelled it must be printed. She was very rude and short. Obviously doesn't understand customer service. I was a little bummed and their marketing ploy worked to get me to shop their business however the customer service sucked!!! Horrible wait times , horrible service , I like the food at this place but customers beware , order your food from 7pm or after and you get worst service , I called my order in at 8:06 and was told it was gonna be 30-35 minutes , so I went in at 8:30 in case it was ready a few minutes early and to pay , paid and cashier he told me they would call my name in a few minutes , waited and saw multiple people walk up and order food after me and get order before me (walk ins not phone orders btw) at 856 cashiers ask what my name was ???? I ordered a beer at the counter and wasn't carded, it was then served to me then I was carded which I found really strange since it was paid for and served already. they had plenty of tvs to watch the game from all angles of the restaurant which is always a plus since we went on Thursday to watch football! overall it was good, not great. read more

Just came in for some food but decided to stay for a few beers. The shorter blonde bartender with the nose ring was very distracted flirting and chatting with the gentlemen at the bar and it took about 5 whole minutes before she noticed me. Waited for my food to arrive and then waited for about another 5 minutes before i was acknowledged and asked if i wanted another beer, once i requested my beer it seemed like it was an inconvenient request because it was taking her away from speaking to one of the other male patrons there. It felt like an uncomfortable setting. I love wings n things and come here weekly. The 2 stars is for service, because every single time I call in my order and then come to pick it up they never have it ready OR it is sitting on the shelf but they do not grab it. I wait, and wait, and wait as my food sits there getting cold. The staff is oblivious that I am sitting there waiting and my food is clearly ready. I am tired of watching it sit and having to ask the staff where my food is only to have them pull it off the shelf cold and not even be somewhat aplogetic. Absolutely ridiculous! My family came to this establishment a few days ago for dinner. Went up to the counter to order our meal and was just given horrible customer service. All the employees were rude and snarky. We still decided to give the restaurant a chance since we were already there and super hungry. Waited about 25 minutes for our food, which is fine there was a little dinner rush. After a employee brought us our food we had noticed that 2/3 orders were wrong. We went up to talk to the employees and they refused to do anything about the situation. After wiping off an abundance of sauce of my sons wings I took a bite into mine. I noticed a weird taste and texture. Took one more bite and had my husband taste it. He noticed the same thing. Started cutting up the chicken to find out it was all RAW. By that time we've been in the restaurant over an hour. Clearly irritated we packed up the food and left to find dinner elsewhere. $55 dinner down the drain. The next morning I messaged management about my experience only to be told that there was so sign of my order according to his staff. So I emailed my bank statement over and still haven't heard anything back. Will be in contract with my health department. I don't wish this experience upon anyone. I have always loved this place, but since the prices have gone up I only go a few times a year. I recently went and ordered the buffalo fries. I was super excited until I opened the meal and realized there was a TINY amount of chicken in my plate. It looked like 2 or 3 pieces, and the fries were not good at all. First visit here and I have to say I was very let down. Have heard amazing things about this place but that was not my experience. First off wait time was 25min on a Monday with not many people inside. Second off the soda tasted disgusting!!!! Tried the tea tried the lemonade every drink had a tap water flavor! Pretty good, I lived in Murrieta/Temecula area for about 9 monthes and after discovered this place went at least once a week. Happy hour is mon-fri 3:00pm/6:00pm, they have 5 wings for $2.99 (w/veggies, breadsticks extra) and on tuesdays each wing is only .55 cents.....Love the garlic hot they are really, really good and put lots of garlic. The seasoned fries I don't like very much, just do the regular. The salads are pretty good fresh and appetizing along with the tacos. All in all, one of my favorite places to hit when I'm in town!!! read more

I honestly enjoy the wings but the prices are high and kind of gouge you with the menu options. I should be able to order just wings and not have to take 2 pounds of bread along with. Just ordered the 24 piece family pack and they wouldn't let me get different sauces. Only one kind of sauce with each set???? I can't even split 12/12???!!! Never heard of that at a wings place. Then I wanted to order an additional 6 piece of another flavor and guess what...? MORE BREAD!!! No choice. In fact, the gentleman told me if I wanted to drop the bread it would be more expensive! And by the way... how can I order just 6 of one flavor but when I order 24 it seems an impossibility to get 2 different sauce choices? You need to change this or educate your employees! read more

There is something special about their extra hot strip wings and warm garlic bread combination with blue cheese. If you don't want wings, they have chicken fries, pizza bread and salad. By far the best buffalo wing sauces on the planet! I have a problem with having to try the buffalo at every restaurant and this one beats everyone by far! Their Mild, Medium and Hot Buffalo is the best flavor possible. Their Garlic Mild, Garlic Medium & Hot is full of chunks of real garlic and is incredible. Their BBQ sauce is great too! BUT one thing that I cannot forget to mention is their Ranch and Blue Cheese dressings are made inhouse too and they are the best.. I have actually bought their sauces by the jar for taking home!
