Unfortunately, when a DoorDash delivery driver picked up my food (for the first time) I got a message saying my wings were dropped on the floor. I had no way of getting any sort of refund or compensation for the wings being damaged considering I ordered through their own app so I asked the DoorDash driver to handle the situation. Next thing I know my order is cancelled. I call Mountain Mikes Pizza place to explain the situation and ask for the order to be remade and sent to me in the nicest way possible. I was told my food would be remade and at my house in 30 minutes. This phone call happened at 7:12, by 8pm I still had no food or any sort of explanation as to what was going on (I originally ordered the pizza at 6:06pm). My father called back sometime after 8pm for the second time of the night just to be told my food wasn't being brought to me because there's no "DoorDash drivers available".... This was the first time he was gaslit by the employee. After complaining for the second time on the phone my father repeatedly asked for a refund because at this point it's almost 9pm and everyone in my household has gone to sleep after waiting over two hours for food. The employee on the phone tries to gaslight my father again by saying that they couldn't refund my 110$ order because it was a DoorDash order and I needed to contact DoorDash for that. We told them at the very beginning of the phone call that the order was placed directly through THEIR OWN mobile app, my money didn't go to DoorDash, it went to them and DoorDash was the delivery service. My dad (very frustrated at this point) ends up asking for a refund three different times and hanging up. Next thing I know (before the phone call is even over) I'm getting delivery text messages about a DoorDasher about to pick the food up. (This would be the second food order replacement) Fast forward another 40 minutes, the food I no longer wanted shows up at my house. None of the sauces I paid for showed up, and all of the food was overcooked, hard and cold. I paid 110$ for food that wasn't even worth half of that. After all the stress and BS of the night my mother calls back for a third time demanding a refund because the food is disgusting and not at all worth the 110$ we paid or two hours of headache we went through. For the THIRD TIME, the same employee from the first two phone calls starts gaslighting my mom again saying we need to call DoorDash and have them handle the refund. I had to take the phone and re-explain the ENTIRE SITUATION starting at 6:06pm all the way until 8:45pm at this point. After another 10 minutes on the phone I'm finally told after over two hours that I'll get my refund in 7 to 10 business days. I got off the phone, frustrated and upset with no more appetite, and threw everything in the trash. Three different phone calls involving 4 people over a span of two hours. I have never ever had a worse experience with food service, I will never ever order from here again, and I threw all of the food away immediately after the phone call. I am baffled at the fact that they let the food sit around for 30+ minutes after it was made the second time and still sent it to my house being fully cold and hard. This entire situation made me physically sick to my stomach with how much me and my family had to deal with just to not even be able to eat in the end. Please dear god get pizza from anywhere else but here, and never ever use the delivery method if you choose to do so. This was both DoorDash and Mountain Mikes pizzas fault, I would never recommend this place to anybody. If I could leave a negative star review I absolutely would.

Shakey's has a large seating area with tvs so you can watch sporting events or even have your sporting teams have their gatherings here at the end of the season! The staff is friendly, the food is pretty darn good, its well kept in the dining area as are the bathrooms. There's even a gaming area the kids can hang out at and play. There's plenty of parking and located on Ynez as the same shopping center where AtHome is, See's Candy and more. Prices are reasonable for the lunch buffet and food is good.

This Jack in the Box was a disgrace by comparison. I walked in at 9:30pm with my young son to ask for one small disposable bowl of water for a lost animal. Three employees were visible. Not one acknowledged us for a full 10 minutes. I had to speak up myself. The employee I spoke with said she needed permission -- and the male employee she asked refused outright. We were turned away without a shred of compassion. We walked next door to Taco Bell. They helped us in seconds, with a smile. I was a regular here. Not anymore. This location failed the most basic test of human decency. Avoid.
