I had been here a few times before and loved it, so I decided to go on my birthday with my family and girlfriend, ordered our food and and sat down, took about 45 mins to get our food and when they brought out the food the waitress dropped the tray on the table floor and my dads lap, after apologizing a few times the waitress walked away and never came back to clean up the mess. I went up to talk to her and she had happened to forget about the mess so she finally cleaned it up. So I talked to the manager about getting our meal for free for dropping it on my dad and he said they don't do that. Then I had to yell at him to make us new wings because they dropped on the floor and he had an attitude with me. It's sad that a place that has good food has such horrible service. My daughter loves this place and chose it for her birthday! After reading the reviews I was expecting slow service! Wrong! There were 5 of us in our party ordered the meal deal (20 strips and 16 boneless wings) mixed em up, buffalo, honey bbq, lemon, sweet n spicey. My brother joined us about 15 min later so I went and added 8 more strips to the order while ordering my daughter came and told me our order was delivered to the table so they put a rush on the other 8! (we got the meal deal so we also got bread sticks and veggies sticks with the meal) We really didn't even need the other 8 it was plenty of food for 6 people. I sent 3 people home with a nice snack! Everyone found some flavor they loved! Everything was delivered quickly, and was delicious! If you like boneless strips and wings this is THE place for you! read more

Uhhh.... Never again. Took 45 minutes to get half our meal. Boneless chicken tasted like it was thrown in a microwave & absolutely drowned in sauce. 10 min later they brought out our loaded fries - cold & with UN-melted cheese. Only adding the extra star because they issued a refund. Came here tonight with some friends and it was busy, fine. We expected a wait and were told it would be 30 minutes until we got our food. We waited patiently even past the 30 minutes, until an hour went by. Finally mine and one of my friends food came out, but at least 15 more minutes passed so my two other friends went to the counter and asked what was taking so long. Their food had been sitting up front for God knows how long. To top it all off the order was wrong and the food was cold. We decided to leave after finally getting the right order and a refund for my two friends meals. It must have been a really off night because I saw at least two other people complaining to the employees about different issues. I love this place. My family and I come several times a month. Today's experience changed all of that. I made a phone order at 12:05pm today. Right before I hung up, the woman on the phone told me that our order would be ready to pick up in 10 to 15 minutes. I thought "Sweet, gives us time to get over there to pick it up." We arrived at Wings-n-Things at 12:15-ish. My fiance went inside to pay and pick up, I stayed in the car. When he hadn't come out by 12:45pm, I got worried and called him. He had walked in and paid at the bar. He turned around and told the cashier at the front his name, and she waved him off. He sat there for a half hour, asking every five minutes or so if our food was ready. No one called out his name on the order, and the cashier didn't say anything. He said that she was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. At 12:45-ish, he asked her to check if our food was done, that he had been waiting a half hour and other phone order pick ups were getting their food. She checked and huffed at him "Yeah, it's been done for a while now. Why didn't you ask?!" He said that she became very rude at that point, not even checking to make sure our order was right, which it wasn't as we were missing an item. Now I know that things happen, people don't have good days, but our food was cold by the time we got home. I would have just gone somewhere else if we knew this was going to happen. read more

Typically, I don't have any issues here. But today, I did. We came in around 9:15pm. 45 minutes before closing. The place was almost empty. There was a group of three people who ordered after me, and they received their order before me. They each ordered something. I ordered significantly less than them, and they got their food in 10 minutes. Mine took 25 minutes. I actually ordered something else 10 minutes after my first order, and that one took 45 minutes. I work in customer service, so I'm a very level headed person, but this was completely unacceptable. The customer service from Audrey (unsure if it's spelled right) the cashier, was the only thing that kept me from bringing this down to 2 stars. She was very helpful, and very apologetic for everything. read more

Do not go to this Epic Wings N Things!!! Take the 10 or 15 minute drive and go to the one off Winchester Road or Temecula Parkway! Made the mistake of going to this one for the first time and when my friend and I ordered food the dude taking our order asked if we'd like it For Here or To Go. We said we wanted to eat there and he let us know there would be a 30-35 minute wait and we probably wouldn't be able to get a table. We said that's fine and he asked if we wanted the food To Go. The way he asked was very awkward and you could tell he just didn't want more people sitting down to eat so we said that ordering To Go would be fine. We paid and went to get drinks while we waited, I realized we hadn't gotten a number for the order so I went back and asked if we needed a number for the order and he told me they had my name and that's all they needed. My friend and I went and sat down and waited for our food. It was pretty busy so expected to wait for a while. We waited for AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES before I went to ask how our order was coming. The girl at the counter grabbed a bag off their shelf that looked like it had been sitting for a while. I asked if it had been there long and she said "yeah, probably, but we called your name"... the place was packed and she expected us to be able to hear her call out our name? We were sitting near the bar and could literally see the order counter from where we were seated and no one even tried to get our attention or bring the food over to where we were seated. We were hungry so we just took the food back to our table and not only was it cold but it was the most pathetic looking thing I've ever seen. I ordered the buffalo chicken fries with extra cheese and the fries were burnt, there was barely any cheese on it at all and the chicken wasn't even chopped, who ever cooked it put the whole chicken breast on top of the fries. My friend, who ordered wings got 3 sad looking boneless chicken tender things. We were shocked at how horrible the meal and the customer service was, we ate our food and left as fast as we could. They changed their policy on sauce. Regardless of how many wings you order, you cannot get more than 2 sauce flavors. For a family of 4, you must force everyone to like the same thing in their "family pack". Even a simple request like 8 hot, 8 mild, and 4 "no sauce" so my 3 year old can eat is not do-able. I have witnessed so many workers coming out from the back drinking alcohol. It's sad that coincidentally I have witnessed workers getting into vehicles that have been parked next to me and smell like marijuana now. I have NOTHING against it But I'm sorry, are they are allowed to come to work high, making food, working with fryers and knives and everything else? Do we not drug test randomly anymore?! Do we not care if the food is made safely and thoroughly? There has been a few times my food has been cold coming out or the chicken is extremely hard to eat and many times my breadsticks have been so soggy I have to throw them away :( I have not been back in a while the workers act as if it's too much to ask for a box (if you don't know where to get one) or even an extra ranch. I can understand if you have to charge me for the extra ranch that's fine! But at least be nice about it and say "I'm sorry, we do have to charge for extra ranch". Something! I'm very saddened by this store and I use to love coming here with my family every weekend! The fact that they ignore customers and talk with the co workers is outrageous! When it's busy I totally get it everyone is under pressure I've been in the food business it's demanding totally understand but Sometimes it takes just the customer service experience to be bad enough not to come back but in this case it's all of the above. Use to be my favorite wing place but it is nothing but disappointment. The prices are high, selections are low. The last time I went was the final straw; they got my entire order wrong. I ordered 12 wings mild sauce, 2 orders of 5 wings with no sauce, and an order of mushrooms. They forgot the mushrooms, didn't put sauce on the 12 wings, and have me 2 orders of boneless wings but I didn't order boneless. I live 20 minutes away from the restaurant and didn't know my order was wrong until I got home. When I called the manager they told me I was going to have to bring the food back for a refund or a fixed order. They offered nothing for the inconvenience of having to go all the way back. read more

Bathroom for males is so foul and disgusting it smells like sewer and looks so terribly unkept you might get E-coli or Botulism from it. I developed a serious breadstick habit frequenting the El Cajon Blvd location during my SDSU years. I attribute half my ass to these doughy sticks of heaven. If you like Oscars breadsticks you need to come try Wings & Things far superior creation. I order the 6 piece boneless chicken strips combo which comes with two breadsticks, some celery & carrots, ranch or blue for dipping and a drink. You can choose the heat level of your sauce which I appreciate. I also order a bag of breadsticks to go. This is no frills sports and a pitcher food. Take your honey he will thank you. Was dining in when a group of men started being obnoxiously loud and disruptive. I could understand being jovial for your home team but when I glanced over they were looking at pornography on their phones and talking about "slamming" chicks and other lascivious acts completely openly disrespecting women. I lost my appetite. When a nearby diner politely tried to mention their behavior was inappropriate they responded with "F**k You B***h" and many more slurs. It took quite some time for anyone to step in. I felt terrible for the young lady and her son to have to be harassed when they were just trying to eat dinner. Shame that no one stood up for what's right. Those men were obviously intoxicated and out of line. Shame on you Epic Wings. BEST chicken strips I have ever had. period. the chicken is moist juicy and tender every time. they make their own buffalo and ranch sauces which are sooooo good! you can mix and match them too. my husband likes BBQ Hot, I love the mild, just enough spice and all the buffalo flavor. I was going to the one in oceanside for over 20 years and was so excited to see one in murrieta. i could eat here once a week. plenty of tables and TV's to watch all kinds of sports with your cold beer. highly recommended, you wont be disappointed! read more
