I ordered the BOGO special, and to my surprise and disappointment, the hot sauce and ranch sauce both didn't have much flavor. It seems they watered the sauces, and you could tell by their diluted appearance. They weren't thick like in the past. I'm wondering if the restaurant was running out of the sauces and/or was trying to conserve their inventory by adding water. Parking here can really be a pain during peak hours, but it's like that for a lot of the plazas on Convoy. Sometimes you can find parking on the street. The place is clean and they have several televisions strategically placed around the restaurant usually playing sports. I like the sports memorabilia and jerseys they have decorating the restaurant. I went at 2 o clock on a Tuesday afternoon and no one knew what was going on it seemed. So much odd activity amongst the staff, I've never seen the cook out talking to customers so much (instead of making my order). I called in an order and then order something else while I was there. I was told 15 minutes for pizza sticks but waited half an hour because the cook was out talking to people and making his friends items first? Odd. Buh this time Monica who says she the general manager tells me no we dnt do that here. I always get the lemon pepper wings which people judge me for since they're not covered in sauce. But they are so much crispier! Try them if you love having the crispiest wings ever. The meat is soft and super easy to eat. The breadsticks are amazing. They're soft and buttery and amazing when dipped in Ranch.
