Dr. Green is always so nice and caring and helps me feel at ease and better than before I came in. His staff is friendly and nice. Office is clean. I've never really had to wait too long here. Whew, I got the results and could board my flight... ! I went to the Beverly Hills Clinic on a weekday at 10 am. There is metered parking outside the medical building. When I entered, there was only one person working there and no one waiting. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I am impressed & definitely recommend.

The nurse practitioner gave me a more thorough examination for my symptoms and correct recommendations. She did not prescribe unnecessary drugs. The office was clean and pleasant looking. They care for adults as well as children. I noticed there were some negative reviews from a couple of years ago. I've been here about three times within the last year and every time the wait time is less than five minutes, I get set up in an exam room while I wait for the dr. Every time they outdo themselves, they take their time listening to your symptoms to get to the bottom of the problem. They quickly send your medications to your pharmacy and off you go. Since 2015 Ive had to deal with a lot of flares and until I came here, I've had to deal with the constant pain 24/7 during my flares. Then hung up on us while my husband was still speaking. Her behavior was completely unacceptable for someone in a patient-facing role. When we called back she proceeded to argue with my husband and said we were being recorded wich my husband then asked to speak to a manager and told them to go back to the recording so they can hear how rude she was. Won't be going to this urgent care anymore.
