I've been trying to eat "cleaner" recently and made a stop into Epiphany to curb my appetite when I wanted to jump off the wagon. I wasn't overly interested in any pastry but, saw they had sandwiches, pizzas, and quiche so I took my place in line. Additionally, I'm completely oblivious to Gluten Free and Paleo diets or restrictions and have had poor opinions of anything GF. As I stood in line, I noticed the staff put out a King Cake (basically a Mardi Gras styled Cinnamon Roll). EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER IN LINE was buying a slice. Mind you, I wasn't interested in any pastry but now I was curious. I ordered a slice (a good sized piece) of the King Cake and a Roast Beef sandwich w/ Boursin & Arugula on GF bread. I was served my warm piece of King Cake immediately. Took one bite, and was immediately sold on ANYTHING Epiphany was doing. It was amazing, and lacking absolutely nothing. In fact, I'd say the King Cake was probably the best I've had! My roast beef sandwich was served up shortly thereafter, and delivered as well. I mean, you can't really mess up boursin cheese spread but I was nervous about GF bread. It was a great sandwich, and I was pleased to know that I have healthier eating options just around the corner from me. Most significantly, I had DELICIOUS healthier eating options at Epiphany. We were in Ft. Myers on vacation so drove down as we love to try out any GF bakeries or restaurants during trips, aren't afraid of a little drive and the reviews were positive. We are GF and soy-free so this shop worked out well for us. The shop is small and cute. It's in a strip mall with parking out front. We enjoyed most of what we ordered. The cinnamon roll was our fav (would definitely get again!), the quiche was quite good and one of the things that had me most excited as I can rarely find that elsewhere & would buy that again as well. The apple turnover was also really good. Even my mom who almost goes out of her way to dislike GF foods enjoyed this one. The pizzas were good- they make their own crust. However, given the price of $25/pizza, I'll opt for my $9 local GF delivery pizza and instead get more quiche. Sour cream coffee cake was fine, but probably wouldn't get again. The lemon loaf was quite good and given the cost per slice at $3.75, we opted for the entire loaf at approx $12. Great texture and lemon flavor. Also appreciated the take & bake dinner rolls. They hit the spot but you have to really like yeast-y type rolls. Even my child commented on that, although they're probably closest thing we've found to the take & bake regular rolls you find at the grocery. All in all it was a good visit and I'd stop by again next time I'm in town. The reason for only 4 stars is...1)No prices on the menu so it wasn't until we were rung up at $130 that we realized pizzas were $25/ea and a cinnamon roll was $7.25. We were on vacay so we went with it, but it sure would have been nice to know what we were getting ourselves into. 2)The cashier was NOT knowledgeable or helpful with allergen questions. You'd think that working in a place that caters to people with special diets, you'd be super ready for the ingredient questions, questions about other allergens, etc. She was young and maybe new, but the other young gal she asked up front didn't know either and instead of going to find someone who did know or to look the info up, she just said she didn't know and looked at us. Okay then.... On a positive with customer service, there was a guy who brought out our pizzas who was super customer friendly and almost seemed like the owner or chef. I've never cared for GF items mostly because the persecution is that they don't taste good. Oh well Roth the owner and her bakery proved me wrong. I visited the bakery every morning while we were at NCH birthplace and my wife was having our baby. Every item I tried was amazing - the quiche is to die for, Chocolate raspberry brownies blew my mind, the espresso is excellent and the whole bakery is designed with so much taste. Great job! This place is amazing. The food is fresh. The baked goods are unbelievable and the service and staff are super nice. We found this place as I was visiting a friend in Florida. I am gluten-free and it is very difficult to find good gluten-free food. The apple turnover crust was just like something. Your mom would bake on her pies. The buttermilk waffle was fluffy and so good I didn't even need syrup not to mention I have not had a waffle in 15 years because there's usually no gluten-free options. The cinnamon roll is just like what I remember cinnamon rolls to be like before I found out I was gluten free. I purchased a cinnamon roll to take home with me back to another state and reheated it the next morning for breakfast, and it was just as fresh as it was just made that day. This is a must go to if you are in Naples and need gluten-free options. I purchased bagels to reheat and they are just as fresh as well. Everything is delicious. This place has THE BEST gluten free food anywhere. Period. I've been gluten free for 4 years and 99% of the food I've had is so disappointing. We tried their cinnamon roll and their everything bagel today and it did not taste gluten free whatsoever. There was zero sacrifice. Everything is legit GF and amazing! I've tried almost every baked good they have that is also but free. They even have waffles ya'll! When's the last time you had a GF waffle or cinnamon roll? What about quiche or dinner rolls? The line is always out the door but that's a preferred problem to have. The tiny place is buzzing with big attitude and yummy food. The wait is worth it! They are kind people who try and accommodate everyone. It's expensive, but if your GF you already know the life-lol. Don't hesitate! My wife is gluten free and we went to epiphany for our wedding cake. The staff were extremely helpful in getting us what we wanted. We asked for vanilla inside and chocolate hazelnut icing with some flower decorations. It came out great! The only comment I would make was the cake was a bit dry. We also got Christmas cookies from this bakery that were outstanding! You would never know the difference between these and regular cookies. Highly recommend! read more

I am giving this bakery a 1 star review solely based off an experience I had with one of the girls that works there named Julia. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with rolling eyes and a very uninviting face. She seemed so annoyed I'd even stepped foot in the place. Then when I asked for some samples she immediately said "are you gonna buy anything or what" when I asked to talk to the manager she said that she was the manager which I highly doubt. After that the only thing I could do was just leave... as I left you would not believe what she said. " you don't look like you need anymore baked goods anyways". Been in here a few times and have had things I really liked, and things that were pretty flavorless. I want to hopefully clarify the cinnamon rolls bc there's a lot of mixed reviews. I've had both the gf/df cinnamon rolls and the keto rolls- the gf/df ones, either fresh or frozen, were SO good! Really soft and sweet. But the keto ones were completely flavorless and dry. The icing takes like butter- no sweetness to it. The rolls are made from almond flour so they're pretty dry and have a bitter flavor. In my opinion keto is too hard to make good dessert for so if you don't need to eat keto just go for the gf/df rolls! read more

I typically do not write reviews but I'm extremely upset and disappointed with my interactions. My boyfriend had placed a phone order three-four days before my birthday for a cake and cupcakes. I'm gluten free so we picked epiphany because I've previously had an order from them and it was amazing. We went to pick up the order and they did not have it. They didn't even have history of us calling and placing the order. I contacted the store and was told I had to prove when we placed the call. I did so and have not heard back. I wasn't able to get my cake or cupcakes on my birthday which was all I'm looking for being 20 weeks pregnant. I was told I should've placed the order through email for more confirmation. If you cannot take phone orders and follow through on making them you should not offer to take phone orders. Extremely disappointed. Still have heard back after three days of me proving we called. I had to go to Angelic Desserts, luckily they had gluten free cakes and brownies available on site for my birthday which were delicious. Epiphany told me they would make up for it if they did me wrong. They did and have not made up for it. I will be thinking twice before ordering from here. Extremely upset and disappointed. read more
