At no point was it clearly explained that these were being treated as two separate services that would be added together. The pricing was misleading, and the lack of transparency felt very unprofessional. On top of that, the entire job was completed in a very short amount of time, which made the final charge feel even more unreasonable for the work performed. Clear communication and honesty about costs are extremely important, especially for services like this. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling overcharged and misled. Said, "it's ok to go to the bathroom in the bushes, the plants like it." His cam was unable to see anything and his auger was unable to unblock the line. Joseph has no idea what he is doing and, if he was not sent by our insurance company, we would have never worked with him in the first place. After our insurance refused to cover us, we called a real plumber with legit equipment, who was able to clear the line with just his camera probe, diagnosed the problem, and provided a long-term solution.

They would show up hours after the time they had given me with no communication. Would ignore my calls for hours on end. Then the tech showed up with no warning even though I repeatedly asked for one since I have a kitten who gets scared easily and work from home with constant meetings. My first red flag is that the invoice I received had a different company name then the one they gave me on the phone. Once I pointed this out they kept switching out the name they gave me over the phone. Over a week after the job was finished a nearly $2,000 charge from the company shows up on my card. It takes over a day to reach them for an explanation so I end up filing a dispute with my bank. After two days I finally get them to pick up my call by calling from a different phone. Then another day to hear from a manager who was extremely rude and to this point has not been helpful. Despite not having a reason for the charge he takes several days to begin the refund process. It has now been nearly two weeks and they have not given me an explanation for the charge and whether my card information was saved for them to make that charge. The manager has given me an attitude repeatedly and ignored my messages and calls.
