I created this Yelp account for the sole purpose of writing this review. -The Facebook posts referenced in this review have since been deleted by Terri S. Malott and/or Barry Height Jr. of ER Cell Techs, Inc..- ER Cell Techs, Inc. is your basic trickle-down pyramid scheme operated by a small team of criminals. There are numerous customers who fell victim to the rouse, while few customers actually received products after being coerced into producing "unboxing" reviews, writing reviews on their Yelp and BBB profiles, or sending pictures to inquiring new victims... I mean customers, to promote their scam. At the time I placed my order, it was a too-good-to-be-true buy one, get one free iPhone 8 Plus deal, with a free iPad Mini 4 promotional. Their site has a poorly estimated shipping calendar that I was willing to endure while waiting for my shipment, but after the allotted time had passed, they would post on their Facebook page that there had been shipping issues. Or that they were changing their shipper. Or that they went back to their original shipper. Or that they were now offering an expedited $150 shipping option through FedEx. Or that... You get the idea. Eventually, they would claim that their shipping dramas had been resolved, but it wasn't over yet! Now they were talking with attorneys about fraudulent (much like their business operations) transactions or merchant chargebacks (thank God we can have our banks forcefully reverse transactions with retailers we don't feel comfortable dealing with after the fact), and that they were suing other furious customers who were willing to utilize their First Amendment right to disclose to the public how this band of online retail thieves is conning everyone out of their hard-earned money. Anyway, I digress... In another post following this exaggerated nonsense of a distraction, they "kindly" let us know, a numerous bunch of us previously faithful customers, that they were manually refunding all of the orders placed prior to -insert random week here- and that their refunds were already processed and on the way. Which is also false, but not surprising. A few other customers I am in communication with say that they're still waiting on a refund, but doubt that it'll come. My advice to them was to contact your bank or card issuer and dispute the charges; I fully believe that is the only method us victims of this sham have at getting our money back. Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase anything from this site. read more

Do not buy from these crooks, they are known scam artists. They only sent phones to the first couple customers to fool future customers into thinking they are a legitimate company. In reality, anyone thats purchased phones after the first few individuals will receive nothing and they'll your money for the 30 days you wait. Yes 30 days wait because they don't stick to their promise of 15 days. Their calendar and shipping promise of 3-5 days for payment, 7-10 for shipping does not even match up. There is a facebook page called ER CELL TECHS SCAM search for it and read upon how you can file a police report to put these crooks behind bars. They will refuse to provide a tracking number and even if they do, it won't provide any info because its not an active tracking number. Their supposed weekly sales never end, and continue onto the next week. Don't fall for these crooks. read more

These people waste your time with games and constant lies to delay your order. My order was placed in early July, 15 days out they tell me my order is shipped and just my luck their "system goes down". They disappear for several days and then refuse to give me a tracking number or tell me where my order is. All they say it's be patient or they're busy leave a message and they'll get back (ya right). A few more days pass and nothing shows up. Spoke with other people on a Facebook group called ER cell techs scam and I realize I was ripped off. So a word of advice to those that are thinking of ordering, DONT. And those that have ordered call your credit card to be refunded because these scum bags won't. read more

I saw an ad on facebook by ER CELL TECHS, I decided to research the company and read reviews. I found that many people have on going issues with this shop. Many people are accused of wrong doing but its ER CELL TECHS that does not provide customers with answers to questions such as tracking numbers, did package ship, why tracking number doesnt show any movement of the package or even being received by USPS. After a google search I found a facebook page called ER CELL TECHS SCAM, it seems like many people have had problems. As another reviewer on Yelp says, they are a scam. read more

Ordered 2 iPhone X when they were buy one get one 1/2 off and an iPhone 7 for my daughter. Was VERY nervous at first because of too good to be true ya know? Called them and chatted them, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Was told shipping would be something like 7-10 days after processing...no big deal. I got my phones on day 11. I checked the phones serial numbers on Apple (sorry still was nervous lol) and Legit 100% new iPhones. Never been so happy! I will definitely shop with them again! read more

This place is amazing. I broke my cellphone one day basically making it so that I could not make or receive phone calls and breaking the home button. I went to this place and they were able to fix my phone on the spot and get it working again in under an hour. It helped me out so much because I couldn't call anyone. At first i thought its not a legit business and i gave them hard time with my credit card transcation by reporting it to the company. I feel bad for that and today i received both my phones.
