After I picked up the glasses, I kept seeing double and my eyes never adjusted. I took them back in and they checked my prescription and also my old glasses, and Dr. Beals also checked everything even though she didn't write the prescription. It turned out there was a mistake in the prescription so I had to go back to my optometrist to get it changed. When the new glasses came in, Dr. Beals and the staff checked them again and made sure they were right. All at no extra charge!
