From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. This is actually the second time we've had the pleasure of working with John and his team over the past few years. As any Jeep owner knows... it's a Jeep thing--they seem to have a magnetic attraction to rocks and pebbles! This time around, John, Geneva (his outstanding office manager), and Alfredo went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless.
