I ordered the Fried Pork Chop with a side of Yuca Mash with bacon and peppers. The plating was beautiful. This Fried Pork Chop was HUMONGOUS and impressive looking. The meat was tender, oh so juicy, succulent, and well seasoned. It was absolutely delicious! The Yuca Mash didn't have enough pronounced pieces of bacon and peppers throughout, so I wasn't the biggest fan. I was able to sample the Rice and Peas, which was cooked perfectly, fluffy, and wonderful. What a hearty meal! Service was excellent.
