With shaved turkey and ham tucked inside, using French toast instead of the traditional fried preparation made it surprisingly light while still being completely indulgent. The Cuban was equally impressive. Perfectly pressed bread, chopped barbacoa, ham, pickles, and mustard came together beautifully. Every bite was packed with flavor.
