He and his team were the best service I have EVER had when turning over a house for rent. They were reliable-- José always got back to me right away, arrived when he said they would, and completed the job within my required timeframe like he said they would (a rarity; in fact, they finished ahead of schedule!). Importantly, they do beautiful work. For me, they painted the entire interior of the house, including all cupboards inside and out, and made many repairs--some, I think were difficult repairs that many general contractors could not have done well (have not been able to do or do well in the past like repair outdated crank-out windows, adjust out-of-alignment cupboard doors, and craft a sturdy shower-curtain rod that has a 90-degree turn in it). Importantly, they paint beautifully, which requires preparing surfaces well, something most licensed, very experienced painters do NOT do in my experience. I have older homes with wood cupboards that require careful preparation before painting. AG Handyman Services prepared and painted them better than anyone has ever done for me. And there were lots of damaged places on the walls and ceilings that had been patched with large bumps in them. All walls were completely smooth after they finished. I cannot compliment or recommend José Galván and AG Handyman Services highly enough. Their outstanding workmanship and dependability took a huge burden from my shoulders.
