Honestly, she's a poor representation of what food truck owners in Rapid City are about--this is a community where local vendors are usually welcoming and take pride in customer relationships, and her attitude stands out for all the wrong reasons. I have never once caught her on a good day. Last week, I clearly stated when ordering that I wanted cheese rellenos with no green chili sauce on top because I'm vegetarian. When my order came out wrong, I brought it back and politely let her know. The look she gave me was pure disgust. Instead of remaking the order, she scraped the green chili sauce off and handed me back the same rellenos. What I got were soggy, scraped-off cheese rellenos that I couldn't eat because they had already been contaminated. Unfriendly service, careless food handling, and zero accountability. This was my last visit.

I got a breakfast burrito and my husband got the breakfast sausage burrito. We have been wanting a good breakfast burrito for a while and this is it. The husband and wife combo running the food truck were amazing and the service was quick. The truck looked clean on the inside. My husband and I both agreed that the burrito had the perfect mix of egg, cheese, meat, and potatoes! It was delicious, if you like salsa - the salsa verde is amazing!
