I love Escape 360! The Carrollton location is so convenient and service was great. I went right when they opened and all the servers were ready and they went straight to work. They also brought all our food out on time and everything was delicious. This is my favorite place for fluffy pancakes! They have very creative dishes and drinks. Their ambiance is also very relaxing with a lot of wooden interior and plants making me feel like I was at a tropical place.

A couple of things to note. Parking is a challenge. It's busy, so be prepared to wait at least 30 mins and longer if you come with a group. Second, there is no physical menu. You scan the menu I at your table, order and pay from there. The aesthetic is beautiful. It's clean and well run and the food, despite being a little on the high side is wonderful.

So I went here with my friend to check out since this is a new location. I have been to the one at McKinney. I had so much expectationsss but the experience was just okay. I expected at least someone to come and ask if we needed water, or guide us where the water was - we found out it was available at the far end of the cafe in a water dispenser. I ordered the crème brulee latte which was amazing and that's the only reason I am giving 3 stars. The coffee was not too sweet and was just perfect for my taste! The service was slow, also, you have to scan the QR code to order the food and pay on the spot and then they just bring the food /drinks out for you. I ll prolly still go once again for the coffee and their famous soufflé pancakes. But I would think twice.

Been to the McKinney location and wanted to try this location. This location is just as beautiful! Floral and tropical vibes. Food and drinks are just as delicious. Staff and service as great, per usual. I expected a long wait because it was packed when I arrived but I was seated right away. This cafe restaurant is great for small or large groups but more comparable for smaller groups. Great place for Thai food or just desserts and drinks. I love those drinks and their soufflés. My friend and I ordered a tea, ube milk latte, and mixed fruit soufflé. If you haven't checked out either location, definitely do! Till then, let's eat and sip!

Rating: 4.5/5 Went there on a Sunday and a random weekday around the same time. The hype was truly worth it. Sunday Visit - went with my 2 other friends. Waited for about 30 min. We ordered: - Malay Curry with Coconut Rice and Roti - Sweet & Spicy Noodle Bowl - Pesto Pasta - Thai Siam Mango Souffle I also ordered the Mango Coconut Latte. I am amazed by the flavors. We were able to finish everything because they were that good!!! However, I don't recommend double shots for the latte. The coffee's taste completely overdrive the fruity flavor. I love my coffee but this is not the kind of drink you want to go coffee crazy on. Random Weekday Afternoon Visit - went by myself, no wait needed for 1 person (there was still a waitlist) - I ordered: - Creamy Gochujang Pasta - Pandan Latte I am very surprised by the gochujang pasta. It's spicy enough but it's not too spicy that you can enjoy all the flavors. As for the pandan latte, U learned my lesson from my previous visit and only ordered single shot and I am glad I did. I could taste the pandan pudding at the bottom and you know how rare it is to be able to taste pandan in any kind of beverage or food. I would totally go back for this drink. I also ordered a Basque Cheesecake to-go with ube on the side, only because they ran out of the ube basque cheesecake - are they basically the same thing?? Tbh, I am not sure if I like the cheesecake with ube on the side. The ube tasted quite artificial :/ but I would love to try Ube Basque Cheesecake just to see the difference. I have so many things I want to try in this restaurant, especially the drinks. I would totally go back and update the review as needed!

Escape 360 cafe recently opened their second location in Carrollton. This spot has 2 floors, and some private rooms as well. They have always been known for their aesthetic interior decorations and this new location kept up with that image. I tried the Thai Siam mango soufflé. They also serve lunch items and many drinks. It comes with 3 fluffy soufflé pancakes with a mango sauce, coconut flavored sticky rice and ice cream, assorted fruit, and some condensed milk like cream to pour on. They forgot the condensed milk for me but it was fine. The pancakes were really soft and bouncy, but what really caught my attention was how good the sticky rice and ice cream were. They paired very well with the pancakes and fruit. I will say that I am somewhat disappointed that this is a mango flavored dessert and has no actual mango fruit in it, but it was very solid

I just had a chance to visit this location, and I must say that it is beautifully decorated! When I first entered, I was immediately greeted and offered a seat. Unfortunately, I only stopped by to pick up a tin of matcha. However, the awesome young lady (I wish I had gotten her name) was kind enough to give me a tour of the location. This location is larger than the one in McKinney. One of my favorite features is the upstairs lounge area in the back of the cafe. The host told me that it could be rented out for special events. I also liked the upstairs seating area that is open to everyone. There are large windows in the dining area that allow lots of natural light in, giving the cafe a nice view of the outside patio. It seems like the outside patio is incomplete at the moment, as there were no chairs or tables. I forgot to ask when it would be completed. Nevertheless, the interior has ample seating to accommodate most groups until the outside patio is opened. Overall, I had a great visit and got to take home some great matcha. I cannot wait to return and try one of their new drinks!

Amazing experience. Just love the ambiance. The service is excellent. The coffee, yum ! The coconut brown sugar latte so good ! The ube coconut soufflé, wow. Service was very good. Friendly and efficient. So glad they opened this branch in Carrollton, it's so much closer to home.

This place was worth the hype. I pulled up to a two story beautiful storefront and was already excited. Inside was a live in oak tree in the middle of the place where all the natural elements tied in to the ambiance of the tree. The two story space was beautiful. You could sit at a few tables on the 2nd floor that overlooked the dining space below. You could see the pastries fr the counter and the team making your matcha drinks. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I waited for 30 minutes to sit on the 2nd floor. You go up a small flight of steps and spotted. They are about 5 tables. You scan to order and pay right away. My server helped guide me to choose the Ube coconut soufflé and yuzu lemon soda. Omg goodness the presentation was pretty and the soufflr was soft and flavorful with Ube cream. It was good I ate the whole plate. The yuzu was refreshing. It was definitely packed so expect lines. I can't wait to come back for a good coffee and more food options.

Cute place. They don't take reservations so get there early like 10 am on a Sunday. Note, all orders are done via a QR code so you will be charged a service fee and asked for a tip. This place offers beautiful and tasty items, just be prepared for the price. Each souffle pancake is around $20 and each drink is around $8. They only offer a few savory items. I might return.

Had such a great experience today at the new 360 Escape Cafe in Carrollton TX! My friend and I got there right when they opened for brunch, so we were seated right away and had a chance to really enjoy the space. The vibe is amazing: beautiful decor, fun atmosphere, and everything that came out of the kitchen was absolutely Instagram-worthy. We both ordered the Malay Curry with Coconut Rice and Roti- I ordered the chicken while she had the shrimp - YUM! Both dishes were packed with flavor. The curry was rich and comforting and had the right amount of spiciness, and the coconut rice, roti bread, and sunny-side-up egg made it such a unique and delicious dish. (Tip: dip the roti in the curry)! For lattes, I tried the Mango Coconut Latte and my friend had the Pandan Latte (which menu says was the barista's recommendation). Both were fantastic and refreshing! And then there was dessert... the Ube Coconut Soufflé ... WOW. It did not disappoint! Light, fluffy, and full of ube and coconut flavor. It was as beautiful as it was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and every detail- from the presentation to the flavors- made the experience feel special. If you're looking for a fun brunch, coffee date, girls' outing, or just a place with amazing food and gorgeous presentation, definitely put 360 Escape Cafe on your list. We'll definitely be back!

I've been to the McKinney location a couple times and was super excited when they announced a new location closer to me! This place is POPULAR so expect a wait especially on the weekends. Food was flavorful and delicious. The drinks were a bit of a miss for me. Matcha wasn't very strong but the lattes are good!

As we were waiting, we noticed that 4-5 tables were done eating and paid their bills. All got up and left, the staff quickly cleaned the tables. The cleaned tables were empty for another 15 minutes. The lady that took our names down took a while to call the next customers. Seems like we were waiting just to wait...she sat one party down and waited another 10 minute to sit the next group... anyways, after we waited for a good 40 minutes, we were finally called to be seated. Sat down and was immediately served with water and took our order down. Time for the food review: Chicken popcorn - nice crisp and texture, but lacking flavor. Felt like it needed a dipping sauce. Pork lard rice - disappointing, bland Pork intestine with green mustard - this dish was okay.. Crispy garlic salted fish - fish was nicely fried and flavor was good. Probably the best dish so far Crispy pork chop - this is the reason why we came here.. we wanted to find a dish like May Ice cream. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. The pork chop was extremely salted. From the skin to the pork itself. Walnut shrimp - this dish was foul. Who puts sprinkles on the side?! Tasted like I was eating an ice cream shop. The shrimp was also dry. Overall, not worth going and waiting. Food was lacking.

Came during the soft opening in September 2025 with excited expectations based on what we've heard, hoping to find a new go to Taiwanese spot. Unfortunately we didn't find what we were looking for. I admit this was the soft opening and things may improve, and for their sake I hope they do. Biggest issues for us were lack of flavor in the meat and multiple proteins being overcooked. The sauces they used had the flavor but it seems like the meat just wasn't given the time to marinate because the meat itself was bland. That coupled with proteins being a bit dry from being overcooked and you don't have a good combo. If they can tweak their prep process to let the meat marinate then it would solve most of the problems though. The best dish was the fried pork chop rice by far. A bit on the sweeter side so it just depends on how you like it. The bok choy it came with was basically raw though had more crunch than the pork chop. Service was also a mixed bag. The server was super nice and helped give us recs but it just seemed like they were still getting the hang of working in a restaurant. A glass of water got some food in it so the server took it away but they never brought us a new one. Again, soft opening so I give that some grace, but food has to be more on point for a new restaurant to make it. So all in all, there are definitely some kinks to work through for them. Normally I wouldn't write a review for soft opening but given that there are old reviews here plus food quality missed the mark more than I think it should've, I think people on Yelp should get a heads up.

Watching the taiyaki being prepared adds to the experience since the fish shaped pastries come out warm and freshly cooked, creating that contrast between hot pastry and cold soft serve that defines the shop's appeal. The signature Ahboong is the main reason to visit, combining creamy soft serve with a freshly made taiyaki cone. The soft serve has a light, smooth texture that feels less heavy than traditional ice cream, and there are plenty of flavors to mix and match. Matcha, ube, cookies and cream, and other rotating options give plenty of choices, while fillings like custard, red bean, and Nutella add an extra layer of sweetness. The taiyaki itself is one of the highlights, with a slightly crisp exterior and a fluffy inside that pairs really well with the ice cream. The warm pastry melting slightly with the soft serve makes the whole dessert feel more complete and satisfying. Service is usually quick despite the popularity of the shop. The ordering process is simple, and the fresh taiyaki preparation makes the wait feel worthwhile. Even when there is a crowd, the shop moves efficiently, and the desserts come together quickly once ordered. The staff handles the steady flow well, and the overall experience feels smooth from ordering to eating. Somisomi feels like a dessert spot built around the experience as much as the food. It is a great place for a casual sweet treat, a late night dessert run, or something fun to share with friends. The combination of warm taiyaki, creamy soft serve, and creative flavors makes it one of those places that feels different from the usual ice cream stop, offering a dessert that is as enjoyable to watch being made as it is to eat.

If you're dining in the area, you can choose to skip the restaurant dessert and come here. On my most recent visit, I ended up eating outside due to comfort issues. My Overall Rating - 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Heads up! The shopping strip is very busy, and parking can be a challenge. In the front there are many crêpes behind glass cases. It's like a wall of food art. Inside you'll find an open space with a few tables, tons of dark wood, an open kitchen, but on my most recent visit, it was uncomfortably warm. It's was pretty outside (early March), and there were a couple of benches, so I sat outside. 1/2 Star. Service - I think this is the new trend, but you now order through a kiosk. Now, there a lot of positives, because you can take your time and scroll through the selections. But for me, there's something about interacting with someone and asking for opinions. On the other hand, it allows the staff to craft your crêpe in the open, which is cool to watch. 1/2 Star. Food - Full Disclosure - I went with my daughter so I'm basing this review on her opinion. She went with the Chocolate Banana. Now, it was loaded, and the folks at T-Swirl Crêpe do not skimp on the ingredients. Each crêpe is carefully crafted from fresh batter. My daughter gave her approval. When I asked her how did her Chocolate and Banana crêpe taste? "Like chocolate and banana". Thumbs up. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. While the very warm temperature inside made it too uncomfortable for me to stay inside to watch the staff construct the crêpes, my previous visits have been great. I just hope the A/C kicks in when the Texas summer arrives. 1 Star.
