I absolutely love escape rooms, and I was thrilled to find a fantastic one close to home! We played the Arizona Shootout, which was quite challenging, but our amazing game master Patrick and host Catherine made the experience even better. We successfully completed the room and enjoyed asking for clues along the way. It was a wonderful time spent with family, and I'm excited to go back for another game. They've got a special tonight--50% off if you play another game--so we're gearing up to take on the Mansion Murder next! Highly recommend!

Edit: not sure who's manning their yelp page but Im pretty sure we did the Las Vegas escapology. See below for an email from them lol After doing 20+ escape rooms, the 2 we did here: Star Trek and Orient Train one were ok. The theme/decoration of the rooms were great but puzzle and content wise they were a 3/5. Star Trek: the lights and spaceship feel were cool but like others said, the escape rooms here lack a story tell feel and kinda just feel like your doing puzzles by puzzles without a connection. Sometimes we would complete a puzzle and it would take a while for the complete noise to sound or to even figure out what the next steps were. Overall, it wasn't the worst but def not close to the top. Murder on Orient Express: the theme of this room was great but one of the puzzles was just ???. This is supposed to be the hardest room and it was doable since they give u hints on the tv screen occasionally. I get that they want people to move along if they can't solve one puzzle but sometimes it felt like we were solving it and they just gave the solution which defeated the purpose.

We had so much fun at Escapology! I have only ever been to 1 escape room which was the Saw Escape Room. This was more family friendly and great for all ages. We did the Murder on The Orient express. It was not scary and it was super fun. It certainly was a challenging room but the details were so cool! Everyone in my group were first timers and they all had a blast. The inside of this place is so cool looking and the employees were all really nice. We had Marc and I believe Isaac as our Game Master and.... Host? I can't remember the titles (sorry!). They had to give us quite a bit of hints HAHA! But that's okay. It was so fun. Ultimately we failed, but they told us that was one if their more challenging rooms, so that made us feel a litrle better. If you're thinking about an escape room, I recommend this place. There are so many to choose from and it was so fun!

Super fun time! First time at an escape room and it was a lot of fun. Will do this again!

I don't know why they all picked loser signs... we got out in under 55 minutes!!

We had such a great time! The room was challenging, but also not impossible to get through. The host and our room master (Marc!) were both very friendly and helpful, the rooms were designed and maintained very well. Overall, the experience was great for our family of four including two kids aged 12 and 10! My husband and I sifted through lots of reviews of escape room businesses and Escapeology had the best inventory of rooms. There were two other businesses closer to our hotel, but we opted for this one because of the storylines, trailers, and awesome quality theming. The price was great, too. We had a mix-up because we went to the wrong location in Town Square at first, but we called the S. Maryland location and they were able to move us to a later time at no extra which was much appreciated. The waiting area had really nice furniture and some puzzles to play with while we waited to go inside. At the end, we got to take a photo with fun signs, got some of those "LIVESTRONG" type silicone bracelets for our "Under Pressure" submarine room, and a card to return for 20% off! We will definitely be back!

Super fun escape room! Did the 9.5/10 difficulty and escapes with a group of 7 with about 5-10 minutes left to spare.

    Ask the Community - Escapology

Is this for children 6 years of age?

I think one 6 year old could have fun if they went with a group of adults/family. But it's definitely not meant for 6 year olds in itself.

    Is this for adults?

    Yes! :)

Do we have to pay when we make a reservation?

Yes you do, you can call in on (702) 359-0805 or book online https://www.escapology.com/en/las-vegas-nv/

    Should I make an reservation?

Yes, especially if you have a specific scenario you wish to play or are bringing a group.

Can anyone recommend a good place for dinner near by? This will be a team building event so it will be a big group.

Goldilocks Bakery is a few buildings over. Amazing Filipino food!!! Served family style.

What room is the best for team building?

Any of the rooms would be great, they all promote team building and teamwork to be successful. Our website has difficulty levels for the games, if you've never played before pick an easier one, if you have I'd pick a harder rated room. You'll have… Read more

Is it suitable for children? 10 and 14yr old! We've never done escape games before. Which room would you recommend?

Yes. They are not scary at all. Some rooms may have harder puzzles meant for an older mind but kids can still help search for clues. They are all fun, I'd try an easy one to start, the difficulty of each game is listed on the website.

What's the best and most popular game here? Can't decide for when we visit next month. Also how long is the entire process?

We played the Train one. There were six people in our group and every single one of us had a blast. I'm sure you will enjoy any puzzle they give you. It took us about an hour if I remember correctly. Great experience.

We went to the Escape Game at Area15, as part of the lvl 3A experience pass. Having done most of the same rooms, at different locations, we opted for the Legend of the Yeti, which turned out to be mostly a re-themed (but also with new puzzles) "Goldrush". It was one of the more challenging rooms we've done (listed as an 8/10 difficulty), and while we typically don't need a lot of hints, we did use a lot here (completed as a party of 2). Having 1 or 2 more people in the group would help, but more than that would be too many, as the spaces are fairly small. I can't imagine doing it with 6-8, which it allows up to. We will always recommend "The Escape Game" as the experience is always fun / enjoyable.

I love the games at this company. I've done a lot of them at both locations in Vegas. The staff is…read moresoo helpful and personable and the theming of the rooms is always so thorough. My number one want for this particular location is flashlights! Please. The rooms are very dark so we couldn't see a few of the things we needed to find because they were dark and so was the room. This is the only one I've been to that doesn't provide a flashlight. I personally don't like using my phone. Depths - this room was really good but it's definitely the most straightforward game which would probably be very good for beginners because you can't move to step 2 without completing step 1. The rooms were also super cool looking. There is also a "game" within this game which I think was really extra fun. Ruins - I really liked this room, but, there is one puzzle where the pieces don't actually like up very well so it's insanely hard to figure out what goes where. Also. The last puzzle doesn't really work very well and some of the parts of it would be a little glitchy. When we were there the sound also didn't work on the tv so we didn't know when we were getting clues or anything. But the staff took care of us after the fact to make sure our next room will be fantastic. Timeliner (we did this in a different location) is one of my favorites. I really like the puzzles and the different themes included in this are really interesting. Prison break (also did at another location) - this was one of my favorites. The puzzles are challenging but really interesting and you start split into 2 rooms which I think is really fun and different. Heist (done at a different location) - another really good room. I will say the theming of this is way less involved than the other rooms but overall the puzzles are still very good. Gold rush (another location) - super fun. Very well themed and immersive room which are always my favorite. Getting to do more interactive puzzles is also really fun. Cosmic chaos - this unique because your clue guy talks to you and you talk to it. There is a part of this room though that ideally would want like 4 people for. It was insanely hard for 2 of us to do because we had to keep running back and forth to push buttons. Playground - this is easily another one of my favorites. I love the theming and I love the puzzles. They are very unique and have many different school based themes. There is also a checklist so you know when something is done correctly which is really helpful. Part of this are really challenging but in a good way. This is another one that would be ideal with more than 2 people. One of the last puzzles took forever for us to complete with only 2 people which definitely impacted our time.

It's located off the strip which ultimately was the deciding factor. We booked the day before and still had plenty of availability to pick from. Since it was only 2 of us, we decided on "Chained" which made for a perfect date night activity. We were literally chained together the entire time which made it even more interactive. They have a quite a few rooms and we booked The Cabin, where you have to escape before the serial killer returns. This is a unique location as the entrance looks like a dry cleaning business. Once you walk in the front door, the masquerade continues, and you must solve a puzzle to gain entry to the main lobby. It's easy, don't over think it. The main lobby and hallways to the different rooms are somewhat dimly lit and decorated well. It gives a good vibe before you even start your room. There are lockers by the entrance door to store your belongings. We were greeted by our game master Angel who got us started quickly. Before you enter the room, the exterior is decorated just like a cabin and looks very realistic. Once you step inside the room, it is very immersive and again very realistic. All parts of this room are pretty dark, but you will have flashlights. There are some good sound effects, and since it is pretty dark, it is a little spooky, but not scary. There are a few jump scares, one part that requires a small crawl, and a tiny bit of gore at the end. There is a good mix of locks and mechanical puzzles. Hints are requested via a walkie talkie. This was a fun, very immersive room, and we escaped pretty fast with sixteen minutes to spare. If you escape early, there is a bonus puzzle you can work on with your remaining time. Their listed difficulty level of 3/5 is accurate. They have a very generous same-day rebooking discount that I think was around 50% off. The only room that was available at the time was Chained, so we gave it a try. This is a two person only room and is normally only $29 per person, so with the same day booking discount added, it is a steal. This was a very unique room. It is narrow, a little dark, and the two people sit back to back in large wooden chairs with your hands in shackles and chained to the other persons hands. All of the puzzles are within an arm's reach, but you have to coordinate your movements since the chains are only so long. I think I remember a few locks, and the rest were mechanical or physical puzzles. It is described as scary, but we didn't think it was scary. But there is a psychological factor being seated back to back and chained together the whole time. You really have to work together as a team since both people can't necessarily see the same things. Hints are given via text messages on a TV screen. We felt a little dumb in this one, and asked for a lot of hints, but we did escape with about five minutes left. The listed difficulty level is 3.5/5, but I'd maybe bump it up to 4/5. Angel was a great game master on both rooms, and gave timely hints as needed. We definitely kept him busy while doing Chained. Their rooms are very inexpensive at only $45 per person, even for only two people. And the Chained room is only $29 per person for two. Definitely take advantage of their generous same day booking discount and do a few rooms. They even have an option to rent out the whole building from 12:30am to sunrise, and your group has access to all of the rooms. Only in Vegas!

We found this place and called around 830pm. They were able to squeeze us in for a 10:30 pm appointment. I have never tried an escape room before so they popped my cherry on this experience. I was a bit timid coming in but everyone in the shop was extremely nice and had a good vibe. So it was easy to get comfortable. We came during happy hour which I believe helped our tab. For the three of us, it was $105 flat. After signing a waiver, and a quick presentation, we were given one hour to solve the puzzles and save our girl. It being my first time in an escape room, maybe I didn't realize how practical the answers to the hints are. My advice to anyone going on this experience is to think practical. The answers are right in front of you. We were not able to finish the puzzle. We barely got into the second room with ten minutes to spare out of the hour of time given to us. And the second room seemed to be a lot harder than the first room. But overall we loved our experience. Destiney was a delight and even gave me a parting gift as seen in the photos.
