Love this place! The lobby is unassuming but the rooms are fantastic! I also say this as an escape room enthusiast that is a bit critical with rooms - went here with the husband for my birthday and had the best time. Did One Eyed Jack (one of their few rooms that can be done by two people only) and wow - the set design is incredible. Creepy but not scary (and I'm a TOTAL wimp). Sets the perfect ambiance. A few things made me jumpy but it was more so from me being in suspense than anything genuinely being super terrifying. Wouldn't really recommend for younger kids, but definitely for light horror or creepy-stuff enthusiasts. The puzzles were top notch with fantastic use of technology that made it feel very immersive. Our game master was attentive and honored our request well for no hints or judges. Definitely coming back to do other rooms! read more

Trapped is an awesome escape room to try while in vegas, we did Pandora's box and Operation X13. We had a really large group of 9 for operation X13 so it was chaotic, but our GM was great. The next day we returned to play Pandora's box, we really enjoyed this room! It was small but had plenty of linear puzzles to do. Our GM who played Rowan was really great and enthusiastic. We found the room immersive especially with the room condition changes. For a one room room, this was pretty great. Overall I do appreciate that Trapped provides additional puzzles to complete if your party is flying through the room, and the addition of these puzzles are not disruptive to the game but rather feels the game feel complete with a feeling of achievement! We booked online and arrived about 10 min early. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They checked us in right away and told us to wait until our game time. While waiting, I noticed they offer ice cream and drinks for purchase, which is a nice touch. When it was time to start, they played a short intro video and then walked us to our game room. We played 'one-eyed Jack' and it was a lot of fun! It started off really scary, but after the first few minutes, it felt more spooky than terrifying. We finished the game in 45 minutes and escaped! Such a fun experience! I'd say this game is more suitable for beginners since it wasn't too challenging, but we still had a great time! read more

My friend and I went here in October to try out the one eyed Jack escape room that had real actors in it! First off everyone was friendly and we came at night and our game master nova was awesome and great going over the rules and I don't want to give away to much of this room with the live action but my friend and I really felt like we were actually captured and really trying to get away from one eyed Jack! We definitely jumped a few times and we made it through before time ran out! We can't wait to go back and hopefully get nova again!!! A fairly challenging escape room that's great fun for a friend group. We were a party of 5 doing the Pandora's Box which was fun, elaborate puzzles that stumped us for a bit and had asked for clues twice. The room itself was pretty fun and there were some mishaps with some props but nothing game breaking. There were pretty good jumpscares that were engaging. Apparently we finished the main puzzle with 21 minutes left, even though we didn't complete all four side puzzles (I guess side quests) and I would have wanted to use the remaining time to solve those size puzzles but the game had ended. Also, we were originally booked for a party of 6 but one couldn't make it so they had given us a voucher for future use, and it was a fun escape room with some thinker puzzles there that may give pause to the most confident of players, so we just might come back soon to use the voucher and try a different room. Overall, a great experience for everyone, from a newbie to an experienced escape room player. read more

This was a really fun room! The puzzles were creative, familiar to enthusiasts, and made sense. I loved knowing what puzzles to focus on next from the spotlights. The set design was amazing. Even though you could barely see the warehouse ceiling, it wasn't enough to pull you out of the setting. This is a perfect room for anyone who wants to try a spooky room for the first time. Initially we had signed up for a seasonal event (one eyed jack Halloween edition). The game evidently involves being blind folded and handcuffed at a juncture. Evidently this is a non-negotiable when it comes to this room. These elements are not listed on the website, and probably should be. The lack of labeling and subsequent inflexibility in the game design itself cost the Star. Now let's talk about the pros. Because while the above is true, staff worked with my party to find us something a little less intense, quickly refunded the difference in room and absolutely created a great gaming experience. From the manager down, the staff was helpful, kind and worked to resolve an akward situation. The game itself is immersive. I was initially on the fence about interacting with someone, but it turned out to be a fun way to experience the room. Without spoiling the room we were in had effects. I had never seen an escape room with so much production value. Puzzles were generally pretty intuitive. A good time ended up being had by all. I would absolutely do this again. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you have any sort of potential bondage or binding, make sure it's in your product description so that consumers can choose a different room (or create a version of the experience that doesn't use these :) ) read more

As a self-proclaimed escape room enthusiast, our friend trip to Las Vegas had to include booking Pandora's Box at Trapped! This is located off the Strip, and there is a parking lot just out front. The lobby is huge to accommodate as big or as small as your party is! The room itself was a LOT of fun! The puzzles were linear, but still allowed us to work in teams without overcrowding on each puzzle. The production was well done and helped to enhance the experience and storyline, and the interaction with the GM made this room so refreshing. We were also able to snag a small discount when we booked which is a nice cherry on top! Definitely recommend stopping by if you have the chance and are eager to do an escape room! read more

Came to Vegas and during the trip I had an itch to hit up an escape room and when I found this place close to the hotel I was staying at I knew I had to come Tried the x-13 mission room and it was so much fun! The person (Sal) who greeted us was also a part of our session and her role was great because it really felt like she was our third person along the way The rooms were setup great and having to figure out how to get into each of the other rooms added to the fun Finished it and had a great time! I've been to many escape rooms all over town. With different groups of people, different rooms, different themes...one time, we didn't escape but we escaped on all other times. My friends and I have been to Trapped twice so far. Both of them have been enjoyable. It's not just a basic escape room where you just solve puzzles - this is more interactive where you feel like you're really immersed in the story/ theme of the room. Before going into your room, you have to watch a video of what not to do for your own safety and so that you're not wasting time. Your game master will explain the room and the task, and answer questions before taking you to your room. Your game master will also give you clues via walk-in talkie if you're stuck on something. Tonight, we did a Christmas-themed room. Dallin was our game master and he's probably my favorite. He was in costume and he was totally in character and very enthusiastic. He made us smile and laugh. We had lots of fun! Thank you, Dallin! They have stamp cards which I didn't know they had! After a certain number of stamps, you win something (a shirt). Been to more than a handful of escape rooms (Saw, #1 escape room, etc.) across the valley and think this place is one of the best we've come across thus far. The lobby is very spacious and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. Our game master, Haileigh (sp?), was great. They have a total of 4 rooms at the location. My wife and I did Pandora's box and were pleasantly surprised by the room. We were able to complete it with minimal hints and 5 minutes left on the clock. It was perfect for 2 people (wouldn't recommend more than 4). They have a loyalty stamp card for each time you go. Three stamps gets you a shirt and 6 gets you a free room. I would highly recommend this place if you love escape rooms like I do. read more

My family and I visited Trapped! yesterday and we had such a great time. I'm not a big fan of escape rooms, but my brother (who booked the reservation), convinced me to join the family. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it and we DID escape! We did the "How The Puzzlemaster Stole Christmas" which is the Christmas version of "The Lair of the Puzzlemaster" from what I was told. I visited with my daughter (13) and two nephews (8 & 10), and it was challenging enough that we needed a clue, but not so much that the kids couldn't participate. It was really a perfect one for the entire family. Our host was Haleigh and she was great. Request her if you're looking to book here. I'd 10/10 recommend checking this place out if you're looking for something to do with the family. Trapped has some great quality rooms! After playing 30+ escape rooms thus far my partner and I have been enjoying the quality and uniqueness of their rooms. We're going to try out their other (non scary) ones to get the full experience! Plus the gamemasters stay in character for the most part, which adds to the experience! Rooms: - Pandora's Box: This was ranked as being a unique room (and listed in some ranking websites) and I have to agree, there were elements that made this room quite emersive. It's a less harder room and we did require a few hints to get through, but the quality of the puzzles were unique. No lock-and-key type puzzles. Beware that the room is somewhat dark, and you may experience wetness! - Operation X-13: UGH the beginning of this room was FRUSTRATINGLY hard. Honestly the clues did not line up well which made us stuck for a good 20 minutes. UGH. Plus you're in uniform/character so communicating with your game master required paging them in with a walkie talkie. There are some creative elements and some unique puzzles, and I can definitely attest to the room being a few notches harder than Pandora's Box. UGH. We got out but barely. Props to the mid-game gamemaster(s) acting skills! Pros: - High-ish quality games with unique puzzles and stories. I can say they have some good games here after trying out many other escape rooms! - Private games. - Return visit discounts are available. Same day steeper discounts also available. - If you play 3 rooms you get a free t-shirt. 5 rooms and you get your 6th free I think! Ask for a stamp card. - Decently priced even for 2 people. Cons: - Some wear and tear for their props and game pieces. Some illogical puzzles...but somehow works out. Overall I'm glad to have tried out Trapped! My friends and I opted for Pandora's Box. Full transparency, I am an escape room novice. As usual, I'll have a TLDR and one with more details. Please note that your miles may vary of course. Sal, our game master, was incredibly patient with us. TLDR: Pandora's Box is an underwhelming escape room with frustrating puzzles, made even more disappointing by an unorganized structure to the game play and story. There is no real immersion into the world nor with any characters. This is not a scary escape room though, because sometimes it just gets dark, or things startle us. Here's the longer review: My friends and I decided to look at some reviews on Morty and try an escape room while we were in Vegas. Based on the positive reviews, and this being listed as part of the "Top 12 Best Escape Rooms in Las Vegas" in the Morty App., we chose Pandora's Box at Trapped Escape Room. Unfortunately, we were super disappointed. Your miles may vary. This room is 1 hour in game time. The mission is to figure out of the mystery of Pandora's Box before the archnemesis gets to the box to unleash havoc. When we first arrived at the establishment, my friends and I rung the doorbell, since we assumed the doors were locked as some other escape rooms do. A staff member came out to open the door for us and let us know that the doors were not locked. Oops. Once inside, we signed waivers and then watched a video on the safety measures we should practice during the escape room. Lockers were also provided for personal belongings, since cell phones are not allowed unless it's needed for medical reasons. Tickets are about $43 to $48, and personally for me, this was not worth the cost. We entered another room where we were told we're traveling by plane to be given information to our mission. I felt disappointed because this room had so space for the creators to immerse the participants into the world of Pandora's Box, which is described by some as having influences of Indiana Jones and The Mummy. The narrative of the story was quickly lost as the game continued where we entered a room filled with crates and other things. One of the characters we had to interact with in the game was disappointing, because I felt the company did not take much care into the costume, makeup, or character of the story. Our game master was incredibly patient with us, but honestly, the structure of this escape room was super unorganized. There was no real sense of direction to the story the game room wanted to present, and for novice participants, that was so frustrating. My friends and I had to constantly ask for hints, and we were quite frustrated with the majority of the puzzles since it felt like we were reaching blindly around in the dark and got through on sheer dumb luck. Some technical stuff: At one point, we found a floor board that was loose with no screws, so we thought it was part of the game...only to learn it was not, and a staff member had to come to fix that. We also struggled to see clues on the projector as well, and at times, it was hard to hear the character. There is potential because the company has so much to work off, but here we are. I later learned that this escape room is not a small business. It makes sense seeing this, but I am learning more the more I dive in to explore escape rooms. For this reason, I believe this might be why the attention to detail and care is missing here compared to ones that have a creator who pours their heart into their escape room. I'm also probably so spoiled by the ones in Los Angeles, CA. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this escape room, since I believe there are better ones out there. I prefer an escape room where I am drawn into the world of the story and there is a strong narrative that keeps me engaged. read more

My wife and I just played Pandora's Box and One-Eyed Jack, and we loved them both! Having played a number of other escape rooms, we found these two to be definitely up to par with clever puzzles, great effects, and good storylines. We would also like to give a shout out to gamemaster, Spenser, who dressed up for the part and gave the clues using voices that were appropriate for the theme of the room. My group of three tried out the One Eyed Jack Escape room and it did not disappoint! The first room was my personal favorite as it had some elements I have never seen before in an escape room. I also liked how there was a pretty coherent story behind the escape room and it was integrated into the actually escape itself. Most of the clues were pretty straightforward. We only needed a few hints and were able to escape 13 minutes early. $45 per person is definitely not a bargain, but I was glad to get a pretty good experience out of it. read more

The puzzles were clever and for the most part fun to work on as a team. This is an escape room located across I-15 from the New York New York casino. Easy to get to with parking available or simply use a ride share. I would not walk it. Four games to choose from. For this visit we did the One-eyed Jack. The game was well set up. The props and scene in which the game was played all made sense. Some of the "clues" were creative and fun. Megan, our game attendant, did a great job. We used minimal clues and managed to escape with three minutes left. We left feeling victorious discussing ways and pointing fingers as to who and what kept us from escaping earlier. In the end we all agreed this was a great escape and would consider coming back when we return to Las Vegas. read more

This escape room was our second one we've done. Walking in was weird because nobody was up front at the desk so we stood around for a bit waiting for a host. They finally came out of the back and apparently were setting up another escape room for other people to go in. The process to get started was really quick. We signed our names on a waiver and watched a brief video for safety. There were eight of us in the room we chose and according to the lady up front one of their more challenging escape rooms. We literally had one minute left and we completed the room. Compared to the other rooms we've tried this room you can ask as many questions as needed to escape. I think we asked for help about five times. Highly recommend this escape room. read more

Best escape room ever! We opened Pandora's box and needed to figure out how to put the spirits back ASAP! This experience included the elements! There was heat, water & loud noises. We also had a guide the entire way who's job was really commentary, lol. It also turns out, we finished the original game so fast they included a second game right after! I have been to at least 3 other escape rooms in Vegas and one in another state, and this one def keeps up w the best of them. (Including return visits, I have some 6-7 rooms total.) I love that the rooms are always private and the room itself (we did Pandora's box) was dressed 100% in the theme of the game. Also, I thought it was super clever that part of the game started outside of the actual room and the employee who "helps" along the way (in this case, Sal) was also in character. Sal really helped add to the fun of the game. Not sure who the characters are for the other games offered here, but I will be back and hopefully Sal will be part of it again! read more
