Very fun! Lance the manager is very helpful and nice. Definitely worth coming! The escape room we went was quite creepy and the puzzles are definitely solvable.

Went to this escape room on Thanksgiving and really appreciated Sosuke, the staff member, for dedicating his holiday to make sure we had a great time. We played the Asylum room, and it was so much fun! The game was spooky, but nothing too scary, just the right amount of thrill to keep us engaged. The puzzles were challenging and creative, and the atmosphere really added to the excitement.

We lost the game, but loved the experience ! We got to try the doctors asylum with only two people. Not sure if it was tough because we were so tired, but the puzzles were really well thought out and our host CJ was the best! Give this man a raise because he kept us entertained with his enthusiasm and sense of humor that kept us laughing the entire time. If we lived in vegas we would definitely come Back more often. A try great experience for those looking for something different to do that's not on the strip.

My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday and we did a room with just the two of us and let me just say we had an amazing time. The puzzle was engaging and rewarding. The atmosphere was perfect and the sets were impressive. Our game master sosuke was amazing. He made sure the game went smoothly, gave helpful but not too revealing hints and played 2 characters throughout out experience and gave such a compelling performance that my girlfriend actually thought it was 3 different people. Overall a great experience and an amazing time.

Our group enjoyed our escape room experience. Super happy that we could ask lots of questions. Some first timers and felt this was a lot of fun. This particular room required crawling into the next room. Paying attention to the clues proved to be important. We finished with time to spare, thankfully.

Ask the Community - Lost Games Escape Rooms

Is it okay to play Playtime without playing part 1?

    Yes, they're not related

Is it good for a five year old who reads and enjoys problem solving? Idk if you are familiar w the current exhibit at the children's museum, but you are given a series of tasks to help find clues to who kidnapped a scientist. He completed & loved it

This place is great for actual problem solving and puzzles, not just finding codes though might be a little challenging for a 5 year old. I would recommend at least 10 because of the creepiness of the theme

What's the age requirement for kid to not have adult supervision?

At least 16, but we do require a parent to sign the waiver which can be done via email.

I was wondering about the prices for this escape room?

Hi Jennifer, Thanks for asking. We charge $39 per person.

Thinking of taking my kids, bf & son's friends for his birthday party this Saturday. (6-8 people) Is there any group discounts or promo codes?

No. And it's not good for children.

Love this place! The lobby is unassuming but the rooms are fantastic! I also say this as an escape…read moreroom enthusiast that is a bit critical with rooms - went here with the husband for my birthday and had the best time. Did One Eyed Jack (one of their few rooms that can be done by two people only) and wow - the set design is incredible. Creepy but not scary (and I'm a TOTAL wimp). Sets the perfect ambiance. A few things made me jumpy but it was more so from me being in suspense than anything genuinely being super terrifying. Wouldn't really recommend for younger kids, but definitely for light horror or creepy-stuff enthusiasts. The puzzles were top notch with fantastic use of technology that made it feel very immersive. Our game master was attentive and honored our request well for no hints or judges. Definitely coming back to do other rooms!

It was small but had plenty of linear puzzles to do. Our GM who played Rowan was really great and enthusiastic. We found the room immersive especially with the room condition changes. For a one room room, this was pretty great. Overall I do appreciate that Trapped provides additional puzzles to complete if your party is flying through the room, and the addition of these puzzles are not disruptive to the game but rather feels the game feel complete with a feeling of achievement! Thank you Trapped! We hope to play some of your rooms in Upland CA!

We found this place and called around 830pm. They were able to squeeze us in for a 10:30 pm appointment. I have never tried an escape room before so they popped my cherry on this experience. I was a bit timid coming in but everyone in the shop was extremely nice and had a good vibe. So it was easy to get comfortable. We came during happy hour which I believe helped our tab. For the three of us, it was $105 flat. After signing a waiver, and a quick presentation, we were given one hour to solve the puzzles and save our girl. It being my first time in an escape room, maybe I didn't realize how practical the answers to the hints are. My advice to anyone going on this experience is to think practical. The answers are right in front of you. We were not able to finish the puzzle. We barely got into the second room with ten minutes to spare out of the hour of time given to us. And the second room seemed to be a lot harder than the first room. But overall we loved our experience. Destiney was a delight and even gave me a parting gift as seen in the photos. Since i decided to celebrate part of my bachelor party there, they made sure to give me a gift which was a beautiful touch to my visit. Thank you so much, I will be back a married man one day with my wife to check out the lingerie section. Five stars !!!!!

It's located off the strip which ultimately was the deciding factor. We booked the day before and still had plenty of availability to pick from. Since it was only 2 of us, we decided on "Chained" which made for a perfect date night activity. We were literally chained together the entire time which made it even more interactive. When we arrived, I loved how the entrance already was a light puzzle to get in. The staff were friendly and made it easy to navigate. We're already planning on coming back to try out a different room.

Number One Escape Room is located about four miles from the center of the strip. Plan accordingly,…read moreas it took us nearly 20 minutes to get there by taxi on a weekday afternoon. They have a quite a few rooms and we booked The Cabin, where you have to escape before the serial killer returns. This is a unique location as the entrance looks like a dry cleaning business. Once you walk in the front door, the masquerade continues, and you must solve a puzzle to gain entry to the main lobby. It's easy, don't over think it. The main lobby and hallways to the different rooms are somewhat dimly lit and decorated well. It gives a good vibe before you even start your room. There are lockers by the entrance door to store your belongings. We were greeted by our game master Angel who got us started quickly. Before you enter the room, the exterior is decorated just like a cabin and looks very realistic. Once you step inside the room, it is very immersive and again very realistic. All parts of this room are pretty dark, but you will have flashlights. There are some good sound effects, and since it is pretty dark, it is a little spooky, but not scary. There are a few jump scares, one part that requires a small crawl, and a tiny bit of gore at the end. There is a good mix of locks and mechanical puzzles. Hints are requested via a walkie talkie. This was a fun, very immersive room, and we escaped pretty fast with sixteen minutes to spare. If you escape early, there is a bonus puzzle you can work on with your remaining time. Their listed difficulty level of 3/5 is accurate. They have a very generous same-day rebooking discount that I think was around 50% off. The only room that was available at the time was Chained, so we gave it a try. This is a two person only room and is normally only $29 per person, so with the same day booking discount added, it is a steal. This was a very unique room. It is narrow, a little dark, and the two people sit back to back in large wooden chairs with your hands in shackles and chained to the other persons hands. All of the puzzles are within an arm's reach, but you have to coordinate your movements since the chains are only so long. I think I remember a few locks, and the rest were mechanical or physical puzzles. It is described as scary, but we didn't think it was scary. But there is a psychological factor being seated back to back and chained together the whole time. You really have to work together as a team since both people can't necessarily see the same things. Hints are given via text messages on a TV screen. We felt a little dumb in this one, and asked for a lot of hints, but we did escape with about five minutes left. The listed difficulty level is 3.5/5, but I'd maybe bump it up to 4/5. Angel was a great game master on both rooms, and gave timely hints as needed. We definitely kept him busy while doing Chained. Their rooms are very inexpensive at only $45 per person, even for only two people. And the Chained room is only $29 per person for two. Definitely take advantage of their generous same day booking discount and do a few rooms. They even have an option to rent out the whole building from 12:30am to sunrise, and your group has access to all of the rooms. Only in Vegas!

This time, we did "Neverland," their most challenging room. So much fun! It was so immersive and creative. It's an expert-level room, but they also have easier rooms that are just as creative and exciting. Right when you walk into this place, you're transported into a fairytale. This family-owned business was voted Best of Las Vegas for a reason. It's just 1 minute from the Orleans Hotel, 2 miles from the Strip, and has easy, free parking.

Okay this is a novel so I'll start with the "Bottom Line": Love the concept and aesthetic,…read moreespecially as a family run business; very kind game master; would try the other rooms, but after the first one we did: boy, are we FRUSTRATED! We are escape room fanatics. Connoisseurs. Aficionados. Whatever word you want to use - we love this stuff. We've tried many escape rooms all over the US, to set a basis for this review. We were super excited to try OUAE. The website was adorable and from the get go, reservations were easy to make online. Given we were experienced escape room players, we chose the Neverland room, their most difficult room. The ambiance stepping into the lobby was bang on, felt like a darker, witchy corner of a Disney castle. We were pumped! On to the escape room itself... (Mild spoilers ahead, will try to keep this as vague as possible; if the business owners see this and are curious enough to want specific details, happy to chat separately). This room was supposedly difficult because some clues may apply to adjoining rooms. It certainly was challenging: we did NOT escape / finish (and usually we finish the hardest escape rooms in an establishment with a few minutes to spare), which is totally okay, but it felt less like we didn't finish because of the puzzles, and more like we got stuck on technicalities -- You know how it is: when the game master shows you the solve and you're like 'OHHHHH that's so smart!' and you are left nodding in approval and with respect over the ingenuity of that puzzle? Sadly that didn't happen here...: 1. On the puzzles applying to adjoining rooms, it felt like the puzzle mechanics were created first, then the theme was layered on top. The clues and how they were related across rooms felt clunky and forced. Some clues were either very ambiguous / unclear (mild spoiler: am a musician, I would definitely recommend re-drawing a clue completely), or totally broke immersion. 2. There's some non-traditional tech typical of escape rooms here (RFID, magnets, etc.). We had one puzzle we didn't trigger (which ultimately resulted in us not finishing) because of an RFID in a piece not being perfectly aligned. Felt like that was something the game master (who was watching along) should have overridden or nudged as this was a puzzle we "solved" and wouldn't have known to fix otherwise as we assumed RFID was aligned. 3. It was SO DARK. I totally get wanting to be immersive but man... there's an intro video in the beginning that tells you "we will give you everything you need, and you shouldn't use your phone, not even for a light..." HARD disagree. I needed a dang flashlight. We're in our 30s, I've had LASIK, my husband had his glasses on. We could barely see a thing, I can't imagine how bringing my in laws or someone else needing more vision support would have fared. We were carrying these lanterns around but they were flickering so much, it was practically useless. By the time we got to the second to last room, it felt so dark I didn't even want to try anymore. There's gotta be a theme friendly flashlight... Idk, maybe Tinkerbell's wand with a light at the end or something? All in all, ugh... was so sad, because I wanted to love this escape room so much! I think my husband and I would still try the other rooms just to see if our qualms apply to the others, but honestly, Vegas's escape room scene is getting more and more saturated, I feel like OUAE needs to get some of these basic things right to keep up. Again, I love that it's a family business, and I can truly feel their passion with fantasy and escape rooms. I just hope they'll continue to innovate their rooms to make gameplay more enjoyable for everyone!
