I brought it home and put it in my garage as I was going to be traveling. I went to use it yesterday and the rear tire was completely flat. I tried to pump it up but the air was seeping out. I brought it back up to Buchika's today and the service guy put a new inner tube in and gave me the package from it with $10 marked on it. I went to the register and told the person there what had happened and they proceeded to ring up the register for a $17 charge. I asked him why I would have to pay for something that was obviously defective as I hadn't even put my ass on the bike seat yet. He proceeded to tell me that if you leave a bike sitting too long the tires will get flat. I reiterated that is was less that a month since I bought it. He was not interested in discussing it at all. Needless to say I am very dissapointed in the customer service and will not be recommending anyone buy from Buchika's.

I can't say enough good things about TSR Hockey and Brendan. There's a reason so many hockey…read morefamilies rave about their customer service and expertise. With my daughter playing on two top teams this year, we felt it was time to really fine-tune her skates. She has hypermobility in her ankles that causes her feet to turn slightly inward, affecting how her blades sit on the ice. Brendan went above and beyond. He reviewed photos and videos, fine-tuned her Superfeet insoles, adjusted her skates, and eventually moved one blade ever so slightly off-center to get her into a more neutral position. The difference has been remarkable. Her balance has improved, she's skating faster, and the skates are working with her much more naturally. After spending considerable time helping her, Brendan even took a look at my skates. After eight knee surgeries and a recent ankle surgery, he made adjustments that have me feeling noticeably more balanced on the ice too. Brendan's knowledge, patience, and attention to detail are second to none. I just wish I'd met him before my college hockey career! Thank you, Brendan, for everything you've done for both of us. TSR has absolutely earned our business. We'll definitely be back!

The space here is quite large, although does not even come close to comparing to the Flagship Freeport Maine location. Despite that they did have a good selection still and you'll find many of the items you would expect from Beans. Prices were also what you would expect, certainly not the cheapest brand. Staff was friendly with a few offering help if we needed any and the cashier was friendly too. We ended up grabbing some gifts for some young family members, a few cute shirts. Not only is David a master of his craft, but he also shared a lifetime's worth of knowledge throughout the process. His passion for what he does is unmatched. In my opinion, he's the best boot fitter in New England, if not the entire country. They simply don't make people like him anymore, and no one will ever be able to replace the level of care and expertise he brings. If you need anything for skiing, snowboarding, or mountain biking, go to Ski Haus. You won't find better service anywhere.
