I was referred to Escondido Body refinishing by a neighbor who had his motorhome repainted and it looked brand new. I had the body shop remove/replace/ and paint the lower front bumper on a 2004 Infinity g35. Hrand and his crew did a an excellent job and was able to perfectly match the 20 year old paint. It only took 4 days. My motorhome is now being repaired that had some body damage and they are also repainting/clear coating some areas that were sun damaged. I was referred to Escondido Body Refinishing Truck and RV by our RV dealer. We had a small ding in the front or our 5th wheel we wanted to have fixed as well as some small hairline cracks along the front. I contacted Hrand and sent several photos (with the small amount of damage, photos were sufficient). He got back to me quickly and gave a quote. We set up when the work was to be done and a finish date. They were on time with every aspect and Hrand even sent me photos toward the end so we could see where they were in the process. Our experience with Escondido Body Refinishing was excellent. We had our entire Motorhome painted which was originally gel coat. We always struggled with oxidization and it was impossible to get it looking fully clean and polished. We are extremely happy with the finished product, and it has drastically cut down on the time spent cleaning and polishing it in between uses. Their attention to detail was awesome. Bad costumer services. I went in for a repair estimate, and body shop owner Mr. Hrand wanted to know how much I want to spend for repair.. What..? Why owner asking client how much he want to spend? If you have your labor rate why estimate should base on customer budget? That mean if your budget lower your car can bad quality job or? Mr. Hrand owner of body shop promise email estimate for repair but after 5 days calling everyday for repair quote his employee tell me that he is busy or don't have a time. There seems to be some confusion over the phone number listed, so I hope I'm reviewing the right shop, just east of Enterprise on Mission. I dealt with Hrand. So here's the lowdown: I brought him a 2005 Isuzu box truck, 14 ft. box 7 ft. high. I needed the box painted white on 4 sides. Top not included. He told me $1800 on the phone site unseen. I whined a little as customers often do, and he graciously came down to $1650, still sight unseen. Deal. I dropped the van off. Came back less than a week later. It was BEAUTIFUL! Not just nice, BEAUTIFUL!! No orange peel, no runs, no problems at all, just awesome, awesome workmanship. I have used other shops in the past looking for a deal, but Hrand's price was fantastic and his work (whoever did the paint job) was terrific. Plus, he's a very nice guy. Thanks Hrand.
