I have to write this review because without even having met him yet, my experience with him has been so positive. I had some issues with the online payment system that I needed help with. I explained the situation and the urgency of it and without giving me any excuses or systematic answers, he came to my aid, reached out to the online system 3rd party vendor, and had what would normally take two weeks corrected same day! It made such a difference to my family and I because we had our finances tied up in the issue and he realized this, the affect it had on us, and did not allow us to suffer any longer than he could possibly see fit. This kind of human to human (even though it was all by phone and email!) connection and service is really what makes Laurel Glen feel like Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, if it ever exsisted in real life. I'm not kidding. And, we even have our own resident superhero. I don't "think" he wears a cape, because I haven't actually met him in person, yet. But I think he should!

Maintenance is always on top of everything, as well as Albert being so professional and personable. Office staff is easy to communicate with. The complex is quiet, people are polite and peaceful. We've never had any issues with our neighbors, even in an upstairs unit. Parking is in an abundance between your garage, complex lot, and street parking. We've loved being able to walk to everything available in the area. And there is quite a bit to enjoy! Full washer and dryer on the patio for one bedrooms is quite nice. We never had to worry about the noise, heat, or humidity from running it inside. I only took a star off due to the one complaint about the residents that I have, and that's that no one picks up after their dogs. So be warned, you need to constantly watch where you're walking or you'll be dragging your foot through unpicked up dog poop. I've never heard anyones dogs though I will say that. And that was refreshing to not listen to barking dogs constantly like our last apartment had. The grounds are kept maintained beautifully, we loved that our unit specifically was under a gorgeous tree. So we had a cool and shaded patio all year round. Antonio can be a little loud, but for the most part the area is rather quiet. It's in a suburban area full of young families.

Our move-in was not the best w/ so many outstanding maintenance issues that were not completed…read moreprior to the start of the lease w/ the previous maintenance manager leaving the company just few days before our move-in date. The current maintenance manager who came back from a leave took care of all the issues as quickly as he could. The maintenance team is always helpful and friendly ~ they are great. Another major challenge is their policy on parking. The garage is so small that both of our cars would not fit ~ ended up scratching both front corners of one of the cars (unfortunately the newer one). For a 2 bedroom you get a garage (useless due to its small size) and a parking space, in other words you MUST park one of your cars in the garage and the other in a parking space. After several attempts in parking the smaller of the two we have, we had to give up as I did not want to put any more scratches on our car. I spoke with the leasing office (PLEADED my case) but the request of getting a 2nd parking space was denied by corporate office and the leasing office. They didn't seem to be concerned about listening nor helping on coming up with a solution. I offered to give up my garage as I heard people do look to rent 2nd garages for storage but the leasing office staff was not interested in continuing the conversation. As a result we had to sell our 2nd car so now we are having to deal with logistics challenge of one car. NOT a good quality of life...

Compared to other apartment homes we've rented in California and Florida. The facilities and staff here truly stand out. Every member of the team -- whether in the front office, maintenance, or housekeeping -- is approachable, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues. Genny is always pleasant and positive, providing excellent customer service. The building and grounds are always clean and well-kept, including the pool to the barbeque areas. We especially appreciate Genny's seasonal and holiday decorations, which brighten the foyer and common spaces, as well as the monthly calendar of community events like bingo and card games that bring neighbors together. We noted that one reviewer in the past complained that Heritage Square is not a smoke-free facility. Heritage Square's lease does not include such a restriction, which every resident reviews and signs annually. Of course, apartment living means sharing space with others. Sometimes neighbors leave early for work or start their cars in the morning, but that's part of living in a vibrant community of more than a hundred people. In our experience, residents are generally respectful, and the sense of community far outweighs any minor inconveniences. Overall, Heritage Square is a wonderful place to call home, and we highly recommend it.

In a time of corporate greed, this company had a chance to do the right thing and let me out of the lease which was now costing me 800.00, instead of the 500.00 I initially signed for. My office space has gone unused and I am still paying monthly for it. Regus is greedy and has no concern for the actual person renting a space from them. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

The issue is they never stop pressing for higher rent (already higher than most) to scrape every penny they can from you. You cannot get anyone on the phone either. You are forced to communicate with a call center and they refuse to actually call you. Every written answer is some standard non-answer. But, of course, the moment you put your notice in, they actually call you and want to figure something out. Too late, I already asked four times through your "customer service" system to figure something out. Then, the final straw is they rake you with a $4.50 per sq ft office restoration charge. It doesn't matter if you leave the office in pristine condition, you are getting hammered with that charge. And guess what happens when you ask about it? Yeah, you can't talk to anyone and the customer service system sends you standard non-answers. Yes, it is in the fine print of the contract, but there is no way anybody knows this or reads this. They certainly don't bring it up when you sign up. Sneaky. Sorry, I can't stand doing business with rigid automated systems rather than people. I would steer clear. Way too many other options out there!

I couldn't move in over a year ago, and as of today, the policy is still the same!!! I WILL NOT be living there. And if you all do not believe me, call them and ask. Until the policy changes, I will NEVER be a resident there!!!
