Honest but Helpful I…read morereally wanted to like this new pizza place (it's under new ownership) and I hope the owner will take this review in the spirit in which it is intended, as constructive feedback. I called to order a pizza and asked for the "regular" size. The gentleman taking my order told me he had only been there for two days and wasn't sure what size that was. I ordered a pizza with onions and sausage on one side and mushrooms on the other. He repeated the order back to me correctly, so I felt confident that everything was set. When my husband picked up the pizza, the staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the box, the sausage had somehow become meatballs. The pizza itself was very stiff. I've certainly had good thin-crust pizza that was reheated, so I wasn't immediately concerned. I put it in the oven for about 3-4 minutes to warm it up. When I took it out and tried to fold a slice, a piece of the crust actually broke off and hit me in the face! The crust was extremely hard, and the pizza seemed to me like it may have been an older pizza that had been reheated. The cheese also tasted sour to me. After one bite, I decided not to eat any more and threw it away. I'm not going to comment on the price, but unfortunately, for what we received, I did not feel that the meal was a good value. I know this is a newly opened business, and opening a restaurant is no small undertaking. I'm sharing this because I would genuinely like to see you succeed. Hopefully, you can use some of this feedback to work out the kinks with the ordering process and, most importantly, the freshness and quality of the pizza. I would be happy to give you another try in the future. I really hope that the next pizza is the one that makes me say, "Now THAT'S good pizza!"

First, the restaurant at this location is now called Esposito's Pizzeria, but they have the same…read morephone number as before. I had never ordered here but saw it while browsing on Slice. I ordered a few things...my usuals when testing out a new place. Eggplant Parm, Eggplant Rolletini, fried calamari with fried shrimp and something called a Lent dish, which was rigatoni, a few shrimps in a cream/garlic sauce. The prices were excellent and so were portions. The shrimp in the Lent dish were decent size but had the tails on, so that means handling shrimp with sauce in your hands. Otherwise it was tasty. Both the eggplant dishes were quite good, as is their sauce. I just wished there was more cheese on top. Other than that both were nice and I'd order again. Calamari/shrimp was also good with nice sized butterflied shrimp. My main issue was packaging. I felt like removing stars for this (but didn't). The delivery driver arrived at my front door, and even though I had selected the option to leave it there, he rang the bell and waited. I guess I'm glad he did because my 5 containers were just handed to me individually. No bag. Not even a box...which I really don't like anyway. Then I saw most were in those metal tins with the clear plastic tops that crimp on. Half were crushed, and you know those were the eggplant entrees with the melted cheese. This was a big issue and could be a reason why I'd pause before ordering again. That's a shame because food and price wise they're a winner.

Delicious food, quick delivery and very friendly staff. Pizza is always on point. Definitely…read morerecommend
