Two and half weeks turned into three and a half weeks however, please don't let the time frame deter you from bringing your sewing machine for repair or maintenance. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional. The base price covered the repairs and maintenance for both machines. Both machines are now running so smoothly. I mentioned to one of the staff I had plans to get rid of the old Singer. He said keep it, it'll outlast me. Next time, I'm gonna skip the DIY maintenance and just bring them in.
